I have used this shop in the past because they had good reviews and are close to my work. Recently, I was driving to work when I felt one of my break lines pop. The timing was awful as I was set to start driving to Boston right after work for my daughter's wedding. Not only did they take me right away, but they were able to replace both break lines before my shift ended. I can only imagine how disruptive it was to their schedule. They could have charged me triple what they actually did and I would have happily paid. It would still have been cheaper than two plane tickets and a rental car with less than 24 hours notice. If they would have charged me for a wheel bearing anyway, I wouldn't have blinked an eye. They are honest, fair, and awesome. They also will send you electronically a quote for every piece of work they might do, and you can individually accept/decline the jobs. Matt is a stellar guy, and I missed the secretary's name but she is always kind and patient with people (even those that might not deserve it). I tell everyone to bring their vehicles here and I firmly believe it.
