I was pretty impressed with how simple the appointment process was online. I when I arrived they got some info and told me it would be about 250 to do a diagnostic test and identify the issue. I left the Keyes and they told me they'd give me a call. After about 30 minutes they called to tell me te they needed to run a more in depth test and it would actually cost $340. Not ideal, but I get that when they go in, things might change. They sent me an email about an hour and a half later with the details of what they needed to fix. I gave them a call and they walked me through ever thing. They were frank about what needed immediate attention and what could maybe wait. I was grateful for the thorough explanation and candid feedback. They finished all the work about an hour ahead of schedule. The car is running super smooth and it seems all issues have been fully resolved. Everyone at the ship was so nice. They all had such a friendly demeanor. I hope I don't have to come back here, but if I have any car issues this will be my go-to shop.
