I have to say it didn't feel right about taking a Toyota to a Ford Dealership, but had to give it a shot. Left side of service check in is for Quick Lane. Bob was the service manager and made sure work to be done on the car was correct. He was friendly and kind. Waited inside the Ford Dealership for about an hour for oil change and 5k service. I originally went to Firestone because I thought I had a tire that needed to be repaired, but they were unable to help. I then came to Tuffy, where Vince and his team took the time to properly inspect the tire. During their inspection, they realized the tire actually did not need a repair after all. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. They did not charge me anything for the inspection and simply gave me the information I needed.
