May 12 2026 I came to this store in romeoville just to replace both rear valve steams (had cracks ) upon their inspections I need to replace the rear passenger tire (some cracks and not safe to drive ) I agreed. But I'm very disappointed to the sales lady when I told her my reason . my valve steams had cracks . She told me they don't replace the valve steams if they don't leak . I got a new tire. But I don't understand why they installed the tire inside out. I can't see the DOT. When I get home I remove the tire then I saw the DOT (1825) I bought a year old tire why they have to hide the DOT? It's ok it's only a year old . But don't install inside out just to hide the. DOT. We can't see the DOT. I won't buy tires withe belle tire in romeoville. Anymore. read more

I'm very upset about the customer service on romeoville location, one day I get to the location about half hour before closing time and they didn't help me out with a flat tire, on my following available day I scheduled an appointment to fix the flat tire, the appointment was 9:00 am I get there about 10 minutes earlier and they told me I had to wait one hour and a half but on their schedule board i was 10:45, so what's the point to have an appointment if they are putting another customer that are buying tires in front of me? brought my have a slow leak in one of my tires checked out. Took them four hours and they said there was no problem. Drove five minutes away to Mavis tires and they found and plugged a leak. That has been in place for several weeks with no problems whatsoever. So save yourself some time and just go to Mavis. read more

I went in to get 2 tires replaced that were under their tire protection plan. I got the tires done in January. When I went in they told me okay we can take a look. I told the first desk they were covered and he didn't say a single thing about it. Once the mechanic came back the front desk said I had no tire protection. I said yes they are 8 have reciepts in the car. He did not let me go to the car to grab them instead he tried to sell me new tires and rip me off. Even printed me out a sheet with all the new tires. I then went to the Plainfield location and they even said ya these tires are under the tire plan so I'm not sure why they told u they aren't. I got my keys said have a good day and he said "we're here till 4 so u can come in later and see my smiling face again", "you too baby". Do NOT go here they will try and scam you. read more

They told me it would be considered Road damage even without looking at it. I never hit anything. Just went to the grocery store a couple of times. I went in 9/6 to get a tire patched since it had a nail in it. Sales guy RENE HERMOSILLO was the one taking care of me. He told me he'll take a look at it. After, he tells me that the tire needs to be replace since it was "leaking too much". I said fine, if that's what needs to done. He gives me a quote on a goodyear tire 148$ for tire and installation. I pay, get my receipt, and head home. I get home and notice all my tires are the same and I don't have this new goodyear tire I was charged for, specifically it is a Kelly Edge Touring Plus tire. So I look at the tire that was supposedly replaced and can clearly see where they marked and patched the tire. So RENE HERMOSILLO, charged for a new tire when they just patched my current one. I called the store to confirm and some other salesperson said they couldn't refund over the phone. He did however confirm the tire I was supposed to get and I explained I don't have that tire on my car. Luckily I paid with a credit card and will be disputing the charge. Be careful if you are working with RENE HERMOSILLO. He was sleazy since I first walked in the store and interacted with him. read more

Originally came here because they had the best price for the tires I was looking for (Michelin Cross Climate 2s, which I highly recommend). The place is very neat and clean and the entire staff was friendly and helpful! They were able to get my tires replaced, balanced, and aligned in a very impressive amount of time! While my car was being serviced, they pointed out to me that one of my ball joints and arms were wearing out and needed replacement. After careful consideration, I agreed to have the work done and brought my car back a week later to finish the job. Again, they got everything done in a very reasonable amount of time while keeping me updated throughout the process. The sales rep Emily is terrific! She was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions/concerns. Showed up for my appointment and was left in the waiting area for an hour without any communication from any of their employees. Received a text upon checking in stating that my car would be finished at 11:49. At 11:30 my car was still in the parking lot where I parked it. The ENTIRE staff is customer conscious and makes you feel like you are dealing with a member of your family, not just a typical wrench spinner. They get to know customers (at least they did in my case) on a personal level and ask how your wife, son, grandson, etc are doing. In addition, they are comfortable to share some of their personal related issues with some customers. Researched tires the day before Thanksgiving and they had multiple rebates because they just opened and were the best deal of all the places we researched . Super busy that day so we purchased online Friday. Installation was super easy to schedule, overall wasn't a terrible experience. My reason for 2 stars instead of 5 is after installation they gave us invoice and rebate forms and rebates were for $100 less. When asked about it we were told that the Black Friday rebates weren't as good as the Grand Opening but that they would talk to a manager and give us a call later in the day "We'll definitely get you taken care of". No return call and I made a follow up call with no return call from anyone. I have 2 other vehicles that need tires and would have brought both vehicles there had someone at least called me back. Even if it was to tell me sorry there is nothing we can do. read more

At 13,500 miles on my EV, I got a warning for low tire pressure as I left my house. I stopped and looked at my tires, but they looked ok. I figured it was due to sudden cold weather. I checked pressures and found the rf tire was 25 psi but should be 42. I then headed for the new Belle store, a mile away. it was my first time there. I was greeted and directed to the free inflater and put 42 psi in my tire with no problem. A week later the same tire was low again, so I knew it was bad. I went to Belle and left my car to be repaired. They soon found a nail in the tire and were able to repair it. When I picked up my car, there was no charge for the work. I am sold on Belle and will go to Belle again when I need tires or repairs. read more
