Had some body damage on my 2016 Tacoma and brought it to Turks. THE BEST Idea I've had in a long time. The truck looks great and you'd never know it was even damaged. Finished on time. I have NO complaints and LOTS of compliments/praise on the repair of the truck and the service done. The gentleman that I spoke to when I picked up the tuck was very helpful and informative, explained fully what was done. Paint is "Perfectly matched" body work "Perfectly done." One would be hard pressed to even know it was damaged. I give them a "perfect 100%" rating for the repair. 100% on the repair that is absolutely perfect, and looks like it was never damaged. The gentleman, I'm sorry but forgot his name who explained everything, IN DETAIL as to what was done. I'd recommend them to anyone for body work. As an aside, the gentleman who turned the truck over to me and explained what was done, and I was talking to mentioned "old classics" and I mentioned I had had a two owner 1969 Coronet Super Bee and one thing led to another in conversation and he mentioned he was a MOPAR fan and if I was ever around could I stop by with the car, so he could see it. Since I live only 10 minute away I came back with "The Bee" so he could see it. He found a wheel opening moulding bent, gave it a temporary "fix" checked the gas tank filler and said it "may have the wrong gas cap. Explained why, anad told me I should buy a new one, and took some pictures of the car. I would recommend Turks Collision Repair to anyone who wants a TOP NOTCH REPAIR done on their vehicle. In fact I'm so impressed I'm bringing the wifes 2019 Subaru to them to have some scratches, dings and small dents repaired! I know it'll be done right and on time! read more

Worst Place you can take your car. Was recommended by State Farm as a one stop shop. Body work was good. But the paint was the worst color match ever they had two chances to get it right and couldn't and State Farm sided with the body shop. Worst Experience Ever read more

My car had debris from the road hit the front end, scratched the paint, and chipped the paint. Turks did not do the repair properly and refuses to do repair after I explain what needs to be done. Worst body shop. The one star is bare minimum it allows.. they don't even deserve that. read more

I took my Vehicle to Turks to get repaired after someone crashed into my bumper. I had read the previous reviews on this place and decided to give them a try since they were conveniently close to my home. This shop was amazing! The woman at the front desk greeted me like I was family, I felt super comfortable leaving my vehicle there. They took 3 days to Repair my vehicle which they told me ahead of time(which was great) when I picked up my truck it looked like brand new. They not only repaired it but washed and I could tell the cleaned it up on the inside. This shop really knows how to take care of their clients. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of body repair work. I'm super happy with the outcome. Thank you Turks for providing outstanding customer service! read more

I brought my car here immediately after my car accident based on State Farm's recommendation & their proximity to my house. Class act business & team. From their front office receptionist to the men that assisted me in my post-wreck troubles for two months (during the holidays), I cannot say nicer things about them and how they handle customer service. Thank you guys for the treatment & I will recommend your team to friends & family! read more

I recently had my 2014 Chevy MALIBU repaired at Turks and I am very impressed. The paint match was perfect and the quality of the repair was excellent. The repair was done very quickly and they handled all the rental car paperwork and scheduling. When I picked up the car they had not only detailed the outside, but the interior as well. Fast friendly service and they treat you like family, can't go wrong here. read more

Wow! This place is awesome! Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with after I had to bring my car in for a big repair. The gentleman (I forgot his name) perhaps the owner? Is beyond polite and great! I was very impressed with this service here. I did not anticipate hitting a raccoon and the damage that would occur, but they made my situation easy! read more

I was involved in a accident, I had my vehicle towed to Turks and could not be more happy with their service. They kept me updated on the condition of my vehicle throughout the repair. If you rent a car from enterprise, they are a authorized drop off site, very convenient. read more

Many thanks to Turk's. After my car was hit, our son in law recommended we go see Brian--we couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process. Not only was the work performed exceedingly well, everyone in the office was wonderful. Paperwork was handled efficiently and we were always kept apprised of the status of the repair--thank you Dawn. Please give our best to Hudson! read more

Great customer service! Felt like family while I was there, they were so nice. they went above and beyond for sure, since they had the rental car delivered, my car was repaired in the time they specified and the inside was vacuumed and the outside was shined up. read more

Turk's were very helpful in repairing the body damage to my car. Dawn is a sweet heart, everyone there is friendly and helpful just downright genuine people. I was originally going to drop my car off at a more well know collision repair shop (starts with a "G" ends with an "R"), but they weren't accepting "Drivable cars" until OCT 2nd (mind you the accident happened on the 14th and my car wasn't exactly drivable). Thank God that was the case because I stumbled upon a great body shop with great service! I dropped my car off Sept 16th for repairs, and the car was ready the Sept 22nd (not even a full week). Not only that but they let me drop off my Hertz rental there and they returned my rental for me. If that wasn't pleasant enough already, they cleaned my car inside and out! I'm extremely pleased with their service. I believed the gentleman that first took the car back to the shop was Brian. He was just as helpful as Dawn was! Come see these guys they do fabulous work in unbelievable time! read more

Turk Collision failed to fix my truck after the hail damage. It appears they lack the skills to work on nice vehicles.
