Can't say enough nice things about these guys. Got me in first thing in the morning. Not much of a waiting room but when I asked if there was a coffee shop nearby the owner Jim gave me a ride to one down the road and we had a great conversation. He runs the businesses with his son and you can tell they care about their customers. Fixed my windshield and I was back on the road in no time. Moore Glass is just terrific. We had a glass-topped coffee table and we chipped the edge. Moore Glass was able to take off about half and inch and round the new corners to match the original design. I was closing on a house and the buyer wanted the glass in the sliding glass door replaced as a condition of the sale. This was problematic because I would be out of town for all but a few days in the weeks before the closing and the closing was 17 days away at that point. Moore glass came out and measured the door when I was out of town and quoted me within a day. They ordered the glass and installed it two hours after it arrived in their shop, just in time for the finial walk-through. Moore's exceptional service is the reason I was able to close on time. I cannot express what a great business this family has! Everyone was extremely welcoming, kind, and most importantly, knowledgeable. They went above and beyond as far as explaining what they were doing, how long it would take, and even called my car dealership for me to make sure I had the correct replacement windshield. They were kind to my children and even let them watch tv while they waited. As far as pricing goes they were upfront and honest. Their prices were exactly in line with that one company that advertises on the radio and the one my dealership recommended. Within $10. Amazing customer service and all around really nice people. Maybe its was a small order for them.... I ordered 6 shelves at $10 each. I was told on Wednesday morning that it be done "by the end of the week". I called on Friday morning and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet. I explained I would be in their area that afternoon and would like to get them and she said she'd try and if so call me. It was getting close to their closing time so I called back. I was told they had not been started and that they "may be able to get to them tomorrow". My reply was "go ahead and cancel the order". She hung up on me. Maybe they are only interested in the big orders. Luckily for me this led me to a place that would actually be quicker for me to get to and they were less expensive. Let's hope their service is better. read more
