I was going to go to Safelite for the crack in my windshield, but the quote I received from Aaron Auto Glass was significantly better than the Safelite quote. I was able to quickly get an appointment at Aaron Auto Glass. They replaced my windshield extremely quickly, and the quality has been fantastic. I will be recommending them to everyone! read more

Have used Aarons several times. They always do a great job. Price is more than fair. They will come to your house and do installs. My car mechanic even uses them. Im sure Ill be calling them again soon, just got hit with a pebble from a truck while on the highway recently. Recommend ! read more

I had a large crack in my windshield. I called them and they were able to get someone out to my house the next day To fix. It took the technician about 30 minutes from start to finish. They also gave most reasonable quote I received from any shop in the southwest suburbs. Highly recommend. read more

Fixed a crack in my windshield for 1/2 the price of other Auto Glass repairs. Awesome jon!!

I wish I could give 0 star. I'm confused as to why they have good reviews. They didn't properly vacuum all the visible glass. When I pointed out visible glass in my cup holder, back seat, trunk and floors that needed to be removed, the manager said the service wasn't a detail, got really disrespectful.. everyone was staring! I'm mad I paid for the service before inspecting the car. Update 10/04/2019 Manager's response is a complete lie. I did not become loud and aggressive, I left the place in tears because of the way the manager treated me. You don't even remember which customer it is leaving this review but will say anything to defend your rude employee. He ordered me to get out of the place like he was talking to a child when I asked for a proper glass cleaning. He's the one who got loud and aggressive. read more

Aaron Auto Glass of Joliet may actually replace windshields faster than pizza delivery. The Joliet location is a hidden gem. However once you discover and experience it, you will want to tell the world. My vehicle is a 2013 model with the funky rain sensor (James Bond style). The process really only took 30 mins although they say 45 mins just to make sure. I decided to walk down the street to the local market to grab a cold beverage and explore the shops to kill some time. Upon my return...TADA!! My vehicle was just pulling out of the repair bay area. Talk about fast. Super happy and cost effective. Aaron Auto Glass does have a mobile repair service straight to your home as an option too. read more

It nice to be able to call a business and speak to a live person as opposed to another glass company. I tried to deal with from start to finish the customer service was excellent. The tech did a great job! read more

Called and scheduled an appointment for the next morning and was in and out within an hour. Very clean seating area , friendly staff.

I had my windshield installed here in 2017. They did a great job on the install and customer service was great. My windshield started cracking a few weeks ago from the corner and I called to see if I had a warranty. I was told that my receipt is my lifetime warranty and they would only honor it if I had the paper copy. I asked them to look me up in the system and they found my original purchase and work order in their system. I asked if they could use that as my receipt and they said no. I said nobody had told me that when I got the windshield from them, and they told me that there are signs all over the shop stating it and it says it on the receipt. I asked if they could meet me in the middle because they were able to find my receipt in the system and was told no. Although the person on the phone was very curious, that policy is garbage. It's 2020, we all have computers to save stuff like that. Sorry but because of this policy they have lost my business. read more

Aaron Auto Glass - Cracked windshield after 3 years - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Joliet, Illinois

Car window had been shot with a BB gun 3 times. I called Aaron's as soon as they opened and they were able to take me same day as long as I came before 10. They were fully booked but were able to fix my window between appointments the same day and for a great price! read more

I went in for my windshield repaired and they did not put my rear view mirror back on correctly.

A few weeks ago, Chicago experienced a heavy hail storm and my car fell victim to mayhem. When I finally got around to calling Aaron's Auto Glass on Armitage for a quote,($135 to replace the windshield), I find out my boyfriend is driving the car out to Matteson all this week for work! Argh Yesterday, I called Aaron's of Joliet for assistance. After being placed on hold for quite some time, the Receptionist came back with good news. For an additional $15, a Service Technician would meet Jason at his location between 10a and 3p. The Aaron's Receptionist, a Service Technician and Jason all spoke to confirm the actual address and time to meet. While Jason worked his shift as a plumber, he waited and waited and waited for the Service Technician to show up. He turned out to be a no call/no show! Jason called Aaron's of Joliet, letting the Receptionist know about how he was stood up. I'm happy to report that Aaron's Auto Glass of Joliet made amends today. Not only did the Service Technician arrive in Matteson by 1p to replace my windshield, he made it possible for me to open the front passenger door for free! When and how the door handle broke is a story that doesn't need to be told... thank you Aaron's for taking care of it! read more

Hidden away near downtown joliet sits this auto glass shop. Very friendly and fast service. I unfortunately had a crack in my window from a pebble. These guys patched it up for just over thirty bucks. I have only good things to say about this establishment. read more

After looking at my windshield thoroughly I notice it has a huge gap at the top of the windshield. I called twice and spoke to manager Danny. Both times Danny refused to look at the car or speak to his installer and just kept telling me its fine. His final feedback was for me to go have a new windshield installed somewhere else then go give him back his windshield and they will reimburse me . What kind of ridiculous resolution is this? So I now have to lug around a giant windshield to return to them AND have to come up with several hundred dollars again to have it replaced somewhere else ?!....then HOPE they actually reimburse me like they say. Absolutely ridiculous. If he would have just humored me and looked at the windshield I maybe would not be as ticked off but he could care less. I will never come back to this place and will be sure to tell everyone how lazy this place is. read more

By far the best auto glass shop in Joliet! I called and was instantly helped, asked for a specific window, they didn't seem to have it in stock but they ordered it for me, that took about 3 hours which is pretty impressive the repair took about 30-40min and was only charged $150, window works fine and everything, if you are on a budget I'd definitely recommend Aaron's Auto Glass Thanks guys read more

Technician arrived and starting to replace my windshield. No knock on the door... New windshield left dirty, smudged and dried adhesive inside & out. Left debris on my dash. I've had 3-4 windshields replaced, never have been not happy before. read more

They replaced my windshield in 30 minutes and gave me a great price with a lifetime warranty. I am very pleased.

My car went into the shop with a black trim on the windshield and came out without it. My dealership that checked the window prior to Aarons doing the work verified there was a trim on MY car. Aarons refuses to put the trim back on my car. It is a 2014 and looks ridiculous as all the rest of the windows have this trim except for the front and there is a nasty looking gap around the window. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

If your in need of a new windshield because a rock from road construction hit it (construction is happening all over these days) go see the guys here! Staff was friendly and I was in and out in no time and most importantly the price was right! :D great experience! Thanks again! read more

Replaced my windshield fast and WAY cheaper than any place around town. They did a great job. I was impressed. I'll be back!

Fast, friendly service. Our windshield they ordered had some minor scratches at the bottom where the wipers lay and asked if it would be okay at a discounted price. We had no problem with it and had it installed. It took less than an hour and we were out the door. Not a single issue since. And it cost less than $150! I would highly recommend this place for windshield replacement. Plus there's a warranty on scratches! Great local business! read more

Brought my car in for a windshield replacement due to it being cracked by a rock on the eway. Price wise it was decent. Still cheaper than most places, but $166 for a new windshield still hurt. I'm originally from Chicago, so I had to tell them not to dispose of my Chicago city sticker. I would assume this would be an automatic assumption not to throw them away-they are expensive!? But the signs posted tell you to let them know, other wise they aren't responsible for them. I let then guy know and he quickly went to the back and let them know to put my sticker on my new windshield. They told me 45min to an hour for the replacement, it only took about 25min. Over all I was satisfied, and i'm just happy my windshield is fixed! read more

I came in a few weeks ago to have a side window replaced. I dealt with a rep named Zach who made it hard to feel noticed. When we discussed the price he was very condescending and acted like I was wasting his time. Well he was, because I did not get my window repaired here and I will make sure all of my friends and family know not to waste their time here. Very dissatisfied, if you don't like your job, get a new one you're there to provide a service I would be embarrassed of myself if I were you, Zach. read more

This guys are great. Very quick to respond, do an excellent job and save you a ton of money.

I had a very pleasant experience with Aarons. I called to confirm that they had a windshield for my 2007 Cadillac, they did. I was in and out in under an hour. the price was great and they explained how I should care for the glass. I hope I will not have to see them again but if I do I will be a return customer to Aaron. read more

Our truck was hit with a rock while driving on the highway and made a very large crack on the windshield. Called my insurance and I was recommended a different auto glass shop, but the cost is almost my deductible! So I had to find one that is much lower in cost! I called several Auto glass shops to get an estimate, their prices are between $230-350 to replace the windshield! Then I called Aaron Auto Glass, and they said it would cost $166 to do the work tax included. What?!? Why so cheap, I asked myself. And so I checked the reviews of this place, and they have great reviews! Since I didn't have a chance to make an appointment, my husband and I decided to just walk in on a busy Saturday morning. We were told it would be done in an hour and a half...but they did the work in less than 45min! They really did an excellent job and I saved a lot of money. Aaron Auto Glass in Joliet is highly recommended! read more
