Not necessarily a really nice place, like the dealerships where it's comfortable with fake leather seating and choices of fresh brewed coffee by machines, but there were plenty of seats, though a lot of customers (was 3-4pm) but the guy I was greeted with was very helpful in every way - no BS Anna's to the point. This is not the Beverly Hills Rolls Royce dealership, it's a windshield repair and replacement shop! My chip and small crack was deemed to be very minor and he recommended that I don't do the repair as it could last a month or the lifetime of the car. Since I have coverage, he said that if needed, windshield replacement is covered by insurance so just schedule another appointment later when needed. But if I really wanted to, I could still do the repair and or replacement. I decided against the repair and will come back later per his suggestion, which saved me time and maybe some money too. Since I got great advice and saved allot of time, I'm more than happy on the 4 stars. And will come back when I am back in the area and need to do windshield work on my car. Also, since it is wintertime right now, service at your site might be iffy due to weather and availability (there were allot of customers at this location, and it's winter). I'll be back for sure!

Morse glass & radiator (yes, I said radiator) opened at its current location soon after WWII. Not much has changed in the way they do business as you can tell the moment you walk in. Don't let that deter you. Those same values of honesty, quality, and hard work everyone talks about of the "greatest generation" still shine here every day. I was brought up this way, but I have found that it is hard to truly find these qualities across this country anymore. It's sad... If you want the job done right with no run around, go here. Enterprise rental picked me up from this location and I was able to drop the rental off at Gerber once I picked up my repaired vehicle. This was coordinated by the staff at Gerber. Front desk agent was pleasant. All in all, I had a positive experience with the service and team at Gerber and would use and recommend their services as I have in the past.
