We didn't realize the roof was in such terrible shape - holes, hail damage, concrete around the bases of metal vents. Matt went through the peroper channels to make sure we have an energy star and energy efficient roof (as we requested) which is worth the extra cost! We were scheduled early on in the spring and not a moment too soon, I frantically called saying that water was coming in my ceiling light fixture in our bathroom. We were on schedule a couple days later, but a couple guys came out and tarped our roof in the interim. The job was completed in a day and a half and the team said they have not seen such warped mdf (sorry not sure on the terminology) plywood before, and it happened to be that our vents in the roof were covered the entire time. They made sure everything was uncovered to allow proper airflow. They handled everything through our insurance and were extremely professional. Bravo. I'll always recommend them to anyone looking for quality work for replacing their roof! We know who to trust when we want to install new siding and new windows or gutters! A couple weeks later we had our solar panels (different company!) installed and zero leaks!

Once the job started, Javi answered every question I had and checked in with me daily to explain the progress made and what was coming up next. The crew worked 12+ hour days in 90 degree heat, and were very respectful of my property. I have honestly never seen a crew work so hard. Don and Sandy were great and easy to work with, timelines were exactly what they mentioned, and the day of install couldn't have gone more perfectly. Jereen came by and did an incredible job on the install, with beautiful trim finishing around the interior / exterior and sealing everything up beautifully. We had a great experience with Naperville Windows & Doors. One of our windows was blown off our…read morehouse by violent winds during a thunderstorm. We did our best to seal off the opening with thick plastic and tape until we could get the window replaced but knew that wouldn't last long. One company we called wanted over $500 just to nail plywood over the opening. In the meantime, we called two window companies to get estimates for the replacement. The first company spent very little time and was rather short with us. They offered nothing in the way of covering the opening for the 6-8 weeks it would take for the new window. Then we called Naperville Windows & Doors. Their representative came to our house and took time to listen to us and address our concerns. Shortly after receiving our estimate (which, by the way, was over $1000 lower than the first company for the same window), Don (who I believe is the owner) came out to get exact measurements. When he saw the gaping hole in our house & our makeshift repair, he offered to nail the old window into place and seal the opening so we wouldn't be without a window for 2 months. When we tried to pay him for his trouble, he wouldn't take any money. Very impressive customer service! Needless to say, we chose to go with NWD. When our window came in, Joe came to install it. He was super nice & did a fantastic job! The window is beautiful & very solid. We were very happy with our experience with NWD and would whole-heartedly recommend them. In fact, we plan to begin replacing our other windows over the next few years & will go with NWD again when we do. Thanks again!
