I had a very good experience with Rick. He's very responsive, professional, and is an expert on windshield replacement. One look at the loooong crack on my windshield and he knew immediately the rust caused it. I didn't even know that rust can crack windshields! As a bonus, Rick works out of his home's garage, so I felt very comfortable leaving my car overnight with him. During the installation, Rick texted me several pictures of my car and kept me informed of what needed to be done. I saw the condition of my car and understand the extra work to clean up the rust.
