My car's windshield caught a rock on my way to work. I called these guys and got a really reasonable quote for a windshield installation because I purchased the windshield already. So I asked about a date and time and the gentleman agreed. I made it in at the agreed time and they took my car back with no problem. The cost we agreed too was a solid price so no issues there. Just to add I was hesitant at first because this was my first service for a windshield but these guys were a true blessing, extremely professional and back up there work! These guys did an amazing job replacing my windshield on my car. Not only did they do a great job they had the windshield in stock and completed the work faster than they quoted me. I would also say they were the best price for a replacement windshield. I have had them replace 3 windshield for 3 different cars and the experience was always great. Very Friendly service and great workmanship. My SUV has all of the lane assist options and everything works fine after they replaced my windshield. Went here to get both the front and back windows of my van replaced after it was vandalized. These guys had the best price, so I went to them. The work itself was done well, and they did keep their word on the price. My first complaint was that they took an hour nd a half longer than they said. I could very easily deal with that, it isn't a huge deal to me. My other complaint is that the glass they used was not new. It was clearly used before. I can see the shadow of a large decal in the back window. The decal was removed, but it is clearly there. I can forgive many things, but this seemed very underhanded. The actual work is good, but I will never go back to this deceitful business. read more

This place only has one guy that knows what he is doing so he has to constantly stop what he is doing to help everyone else. This has caused me to have to wait twice as long to get my front two windows tinted. When I got my vehicle back both of my doors on the inside were soaking wet and the tint was not matched up very well with the existing tint. They also killed my battery so I had to wait for them to jump start it. They have my car again to replace my windshield after an idiot didn't secure his plywood and a piece flew out of his truck and head on into my windshield on the highway. Very fast and way cheaper than Safelite Glass. Almost half the cost for a new windshield compared to Safelite. Clean with no silicone mess. I went to the shop and it was good too. My mother in law took her car in for a windshield they were reasonably priced for the glass but when they reinstalled the lower cowl they man handled it and it does not seal against the glass when she went back they told her it's not their fault that the cowl is a "wear and tear" part. The cowl is not a wear and tear part it does not move or wear at all it does is seal against the glass and keeps water from entering through your fresh air intake. It was flat against the glass when it went in and uneven/raised after the install. They offered to have her pay for a new one and they'd install it for free but that's $180 she shouldn't have to spend read more

Great service and price. My daughter broke a window on her 03 Beetle, and she was on a budget. Everyone else was twice the price. Yes the glass is second hand, but what do you expect for half price? Even though used, the glass is in great shape, and I know it's a good OEM piece. Got the job done when they said they would, cleaned up the car, and did a nice job. After a recommendation of this establishment I decided to check them out because i wanted my windows tinted on my car. Went Friday evening talked to Evarado Jr. received a quote, went back early Saturday morning Alex got me in & out by the time specified. The customer service was good. Inside waiting area was comfortable nd clean for a shop. These guys know what they're doing. I was very pleased with the look of the tints on my car thus far and the price was reasonable. Take you money and spend it at Safelite, I regret that I didn't as they did not make my window replacement an easy process, was anything but.... scheduled an early appointment so I could still make to work at decent time. Come to find out the window wasn't even in the shop when I got there, instead of making sure the window was on the way, the counter person started sweeping the floor with no regard to my time or any apologies. Two hours later I am driving out with pieces of glass inside my car as they did not vacuum my car properly, also the window installed had a non-working defrost, after they said that it did work and asking them to try it out.
