Fox Valley are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to glass. They help me with a piece of glass for a glass table. We broke one of the legs by moving the table and they were able to match the leg that we broke for a fair price. Highly recommend them. read more

I have had these folks make glass panes to protect furniture not only in our home but they did such a great job they did my neighbor's too. They come and do a free estimate and have the glass ready in a very reasonable time. Installation is included and even polish and clean glass before leaving. They also put the wall-size mirrors in our bathrooms and the shower panels/door in our master bath. They are courteous, professional and do a great job. We love all their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have done so with all my neighbors. read more

Fox Valley Glass sent two guys to my home to look at some broken windows I had upstairs. They gave an estimate and returned later in the week to fix both windows, cutting the glass on site. The windows look really good now. The technicians were super professional, easy to talk to and friendly. I am very pleased with the entire process, it was easy to schedule the job, and it turned out to cost less than the original estimate. I highly recommend this company. thanks very much! :) read more

Yesterday, my rear window cracked and shattered, as I was driving my kids to school, with no warning due to the extreme low temperatures. I literally had no back windshield and had to get it replaced ASAP. I first called Safelight Autoglass (just because it's the most well-known and only one I could think of) and they informed me they couldn't replace it until Friday (4 days)...simply not possible given the temps and the fact I have children I need to drive around. I then contacted Fox Valley Glass and the rep not only understood my urgent need for a replacement but also called her tech team to see if they could squeeze me in asap. She called me back 2 min. later and said they had a cancellation and her tech would be at my office (where my car was parked) in a few hours as they were coming from a job in the city. They showed up on time, replaced the windshield at my company parking lot while I was at work, and finished in a little over an hour. They cleaned everything up, very professional and had amazing customer service. I very rarely leave "good" comments for companies/service (as most pppl usually reserve those for the "bad" experiences) but I wanted to go out of my way to praise this company's level of service, speed, understanding and seamless cooperation working with my insurance agency. My morning started with an anxiety-inducing problem, and I left work with a new windshield, paying $0 deductible, and no problems at all. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anybody that needs windshield replacement in the future. 5 STARS!! read more

The car was vandalized and the back window smashed in by a hammer. The 2006 car had a "soft top"- remember the Landau top. Because it was soft we could not find a glass shop or repair shop to fix the glass. We finally found only 3 places in the greater greater Chicago are to perform this work. Fox Glass was the most responsive and the most reasonable. Bennie was very patient with our many calls and helpful. The work was done as promised - on time-quickly- and exactly as estimated/quoted. We had lots of storm pass through over th next few days and no leaks! It was great! We would highly reccomend Fox Glass based on our experience Thanks read more

We had some windows with broken seals, but had a difficult time finding someone that does that type of work. We finally found Fox Valley Glass. The gentleman was pleasant on the phone, came out to do an estimate and measurements and then came to replace the glass a few days later. They were accommodating with our schedules. We were so impressed, we recommended the company to two other friends who also used their services. We would not hesitate to use Fox Valley Glass again. read more

Fox Valley Glass did a great job on my broken window. I called another place first, but they told me they would not repair glass on Pella windows - they said I would probably need to call Pella and have them replace the whole window. Luckily, Fox Valley Glass said they could repair it. Louis came out, gave me an estimate, and told me how long it would take to order the tempered glass. We scheduled it, and everything was done on the planned schedule. The window now looks like new. They were very professional, courteous, and prompt. read more
