This is my first Yelp review. That being said, I had to give this business a shout out for their excellent work. Not only were they fast, friendly, and cheaper than anyone else in the area, their work was excellent and warrantied for life. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and all the cars I've owned have had their windows tinted, Schaumburg Auto Tint is by far the best. Thank you for your excellent work and value. Terrible place. DO NOT GO HERE. FAKE REVIEWS. Before the job is even attempted, the guy says I'll give you a discount if you give two good reviews on Google. How do you give a review BEFORE a job is complete? That makes a lot of sense. Don't trust their rating on Google. HAD to pay only in cash, too. Prior to beginning a job, the customer should be consulted about what will be done and if there are any special situations with the install for my specific vehicle, as all vehicles are not the same and require different methods. I was not consulted about anything before the job. Only after the job is complete they tell me the back window was difficult and they tried four times. They claim my car is very difficult to do and usually requires the back panel be taken out. But they didn't take the panel out so they claim they did the best they could (which was terrible and uneven). By the way, they dented my speaker in the back (probably during one of the four times they tried to do a simple install). Went back to complain and the boss said there was nothing he could do and that it's a fantastic job. He had the audacity to tell me he'll do my other car that I left there for a few days after picking up my tinted car, and he tells me he'll give me a good price on that other car as well, after I just got done complaining about how I was unsatisfied with the job. That should tell you everything right there about his motives: money, and that's it. Went back to complain a second time and they were very unprofessional and refused to give any kind of refund. A worker managed to tell me he doesn't know what I do for a living but I can't afford a good tint job and have no real money cause I'm asking for a refund. Boss never responds to my calls or texts. Unprofessional, money-hungry hustle. Not a real business. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra and get the job PROFESSIONALLY done, trust me. read more

Went here about four years ago got all my windows tainted by him except my windshield was told everything was under lifetime warranty once I encountered him about lifetime warranty I never got an answer. he told me to come through one day went through. I went here off a suggestion from a past buyer saying everything online is true, I find it quite the opposite. Went here for window tints and a sunstrip and their prices changed over 4 different times from calling. I paid for a 6" Sun strip and when I got home it was cut too short and only about 4". I had to call 4 times just to get him to redo it to the legal limit but when I came back he put it almost 2" below the legal limit. Ended up cutting my losses and avoided the headache by taking my business to "Precision Tint & Vinyl Experts". They got the job done for half the price in half the time. Go with someone experienced and professional, which you won't find here at Schaumburg Window Tinting. read more

I'd been wanting to get my windows tinted for a while but never had time and I didn't want to go too far to my family's friends who own tint shops. Finally, I decided to call since this place is only 10 minutes from my house. The guy who helped me told me to drop the car off at 4 and by 8pm it was ready. He explained what he was going to do before and was very nice and chill. The price was very affordable. It felt amazing finally getting my windows tinted after wanting them for so long and now everyone's hitting me up to ask where I went to! I will definitely come back soon to tint my brother and parents cars and a few of my acquaintances said they will check it out here too. So I highly recommend it here if you want perfect tints on the same day and for a fair price. read more

This is the best place to get your vehicle tinted. They're honest, quick and reliable. I called on a Friday, and they were able to get me in the next day. I told them exactly what I wanted for my 2019 Mazda CX-3, and they were able to provide that exactly. The two front windows are 35% while the rest are 5%, and I couldn't be any happier. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their vehicle to be tinted. I also want to add that it was estimated to take 3-1/2 hours to complete, and they were able to get it done in 1-1/2 hours. Perfect place! Perfect service! read more

Had a great experience here. Making an appointment was simple and fast - I could have even brought it in same day but chose to make an appt for the next day. They were super accommodating and fast - had the car there at approx 10:30AM and picked it up around 1pm. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great tint job and quick turnaround. read more

This place is great. I found them on yelp searching for a place to get my windows tinted on my new car, saw the reviews, and called and scheduled an appointment. The garage is hard to find but its not a big deal. They are extremely nice and worked fast (done in about 2 hours, told me it would take 3). Payment was processed on the owners phone and receipt was texted to me. They give you a lifetime warranty which is great. Very good price compared to other shops. Go see them!!! read more

Thibs and Christian was able to tint my windows on the 2014 Scion tC and I was not disappointed. They do quality work and you'll be happy with the result. The price was reasonable and they did the work fairly fast. The only problem I had was locating their garage but other than that I'd highly recommend them to tint anyone else's car! read more

Wow! They did such a wonderful job! It was as simple as a call to set up a same day appointment and the work was completed in a couple of hours. Lastly, the price is very reasonable and was less than what I expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade the look of their car with a sweet tint job. read more

Got my front two windows tinted on my Infiniti and I have to say they did a great job. Took about 40 minutes which was amazing and for a really good price. Tint looks great and couldn't be happier. read more

Man, what do you say about a place that has never let you down? I mean never ever. They've tinted windows on 3 (a sedan, a suv and now a pickup) of my cars and I don't know how many people I've sent to them, 5, 10... not one single complaint. Fast, friendly, professional, pricing is better than anyone in the area. Every time I drop a car off I head over to village tavern, get the wife and kids some chicken strips, have a pop and I get the call my vehicle is ready. If you're thinking about getting your windows tinted you owe it to yourself to let these guys do it, you'll be happy you did. The tint looks so nice you'll fall in love with your car all over again thanks to these guys read more

Made an appointment for 10am. As I am waiting in the parking lot I get a text from a random number at 10am that they are running late and to drop my keys in some garage slot. I've never met these people and the location was shady. They told me if I wanted to wait I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. I drove off and didn't say anything. No follow up, no apologies for missing the appointment. Business must be booming for them to act like this. I'll go to a real business that honors appointments. read more

Did an amazing job! They're knowledgeable and very honest. My car turned out to look luxurious with tint on. Highly recommend it. Thanks Josh! read more

Got tints for my boyfriend as a present. They did a wonderful job, friendly service and great price. Windows even came with a lifetime warranty. The only gripe I had was cash only and since it was a small shop I couldn't get a receipt, but I was assured that if anything were to happen I could just call. So far so good. read more

If I could give 100 stars I would. I have had numerous vehicles of mine tinted here ! Best experience I have ever had. They use great film and have the best prices! If you miss this place you will be missing an opportunity of a life time. The owner is professional and all about customer service ! Love this place and will continue to recommend them! read more

Wonderful service and super friendly. I found this business on Groupon for $151. Dispite the hour drive, it was well worth it. The tints makes my caddilac look amazing. Please send your business this way. The only strike was that it took 3 hrs instead of 2 that I was promised. That made me 1 hour late for work. Other than thank..good job read more

DEFINITELY would not recommend!!!! I scheduled and appointment with this location 3 weeks in advance, confirmed my appointment the night before and to my surprise I came to the location to have my windows tinting and NO One was there. I made 3 calls left voice messages and still no response. A simple call to cancel my appointment from this business would have been acceptable and even a call to apologize for wasting my time would have also been better, but I received neither. I will definitely choose the businesses that I plan to do business with more carefully in the furure. Unhappy in Mount Prospect IL read more

I just took my Chevy Silverado in because I'm a landscaper and my truck heats up quickly. They got me in on a Sunday and were finished in their quoted time of 2 hours. I found about this service online and I contacted them! I was scheduled on the next day! Don't be put off by the location (lots of cars in the parking lot they share with other businesses, etc.). These guys did an excellent job on my car and pricing was great. They offer same day service (which was super convenient for me) and completed the work quickly and professionally. read more

Nice service overall got 3m 25% for $240 on my sedan. Also on my other car I got my windshield tinted for $60.

Fast, efficient, same day service and lifetime guarantee! What more can you ask for. For a good price too!

Best tints I ever installed on my car! This little shop is operated by two guys who really has best workmanship in town. I am totally satisfied with the job that they did on my 2016 camry. Two years ago I got a 3m 35% installed on my car and i thought it was too light so I decided to have 25% reinstalled last month. It came out flawless! These guys (Tiv and Christian) are great! And they are very good with their hands. I told them how I wanted to be installed like tight edges and they did it flawlessly. I've had a bad experience with tint world in Bensenville in the past, such as bad installation(too many bubbles), bad film alignment, new car being damaged, being harassed by the owner after writing bad reviews and etc....So I was pretty hesitant about getting it installed on my new vehicle. Probably not all but I think other places that has big names like tint world is all about marketing that just makes them look professional and hires amateurs with no skills. Majority of those businesses only cares about money and reviews. At least that was my experience with them. Do not waste your hard earned money or get ripped off at those places! Tiv and Christian will work with you and really listen to what your preferences are.a perfect job. I totally recommend this place and I will keep advertising for this business and keep bring my future business to this place! Thank you for your flawless job guys! read more
