I had an issue with my 2021 Camry panoramic sunroof in which it wouldn't close.. Took it to a Toyota dealership to try and at least get it shut for the winter time and later down the road get it completely replaced. Toyota is a complete scam. Did not want to close it but instead they insisted I would have to pay over 10k$ to get it completely replaced. I called Top Coverage afterwards, talked to Bob (amazing costumer service might I add) and told me he would take a look at it and try to get it closed same day. Didn't take these guys no longer that 45 mins to get my sunroof window closed. Thank you again, Bob for running a great business and shout out to Jose who is also a mechanic there who was able to get the sunroof closed. Would definitely recommend this auto shop. read more

Im extreme unsafied with the work done. I went today to pick up my vehicle from the dealership because I was told the vynil was done. I had to leave the vehicle because the vynil was not done properly. The vynil has been done by top coverage three times and now it will be the four time. The vynil was bubbling and chipped and was worse than it was originally. My vehicle only has 8000mi. I have been waiting for my vehicle since March 25th. read more

I bought my truck from Arlington Hts Ford and it didn't have a moon roof installed, but I chose the aftermarket option. I requested a little "tweak" to how the cover slid back and forth, so for a comvenience factor of not having to bring my truck in for service and get a rental, they gave me Paul's info and I set up a day to bring it in directly to the source. He was able to fit me in the very next day! Wow, talk about service! He did some checking and explained the features to me, as my request was no more than a typical feature of the moon roof! Lol. My bad! We just had our cloth seats converted to leather seats using Top coverage's services. Paul was very professional, polite and knowledgeable and absolutely knows what he is doing. The seats turned out amazing and look as good or better than factory leather seats. This is not the first time I have had leather seats installed and I have to say there can be a huge difference in the quality of installation so please do your self a favor and at least stop by and check out this shop as it is one of the best. These guys are the best. My aftermarket sunroof randomly opened on a Thursday and would not close. There was rain in the forecast and the original installers would not take me till Tues. I was given Paul's name and business. I called him Friday morning and he said to bring it in. I was warmly greeted by everyone there. They took my car and stated looking at it immediately! They checked everything and then closed it and disconnected it so it wouldn't happen again. It was done in less than an hour! They charged me a small fee, for all the work they did. It couldn't be easier to rate Top Coverage 5/5 stars. I had a '93 Grand Marquis which had an aftermarket sunroof. The sunroof was leaking and having issues staying on the track, so I ended up finding Top Coverage somehow (before they had a website). I'm so happy I found them! I was in high school, so I didn't have a ton of money to drop on car repairs. I had been back and forth to Top Coverage, looking for information about how I might be able to fix my sunroof. Paul could have easily blown me off because I was trying to learn the mechanics of the sunroof, and he wasn't going to make any money by me trying to fix it. Instead, he was extremely helpful, identifying what model the sunroof was, suggestions how to repair it, and ways to prevent the issues I was experiencing. Ultimately, I brought my car back to have the headliner replaced, and I wouldn't have taken it anywhere else. The job was done SPECTACULARLY! Even though it was a 93 Grand Marquis, I took pride in my vehicles and didn't want just anyone touching them. I think Paul even replaced my headliner on a Saturday, hours before he was headed to a wedding! That's Class A+ service. I just found out tonight that they do tail light tinting and I just purchased a new 16 Impala and you can bet I'll be taking my car to Top Coverage.
