Feels like they suckered me. Street style is definitely a good name for these guys, since it seems like they have a shady street style approach to how they do business. On 1/07/22 I went in to buy a replacement air filter for my work suv. They had to order it and I had to pay in advance; with a NO RETURN POLICY. I was told it would arrive in a few days and would receive a call to pick it up in store. THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT. A little over a week later 1/17/22, I follow up because I needed it. I was told it would be in that Wednesday and I could pick it up Thursday.Another week later, no part. I follow up again 1/25/22, this time someone else picks up the phone and has no idea about my part, says he'll call me back because PAUL handles that.  6 hours later, I CALL BACK. Tells me part isn't here, doesn't even see if the order was placed and will follow up and call me back. Still no call back. At this point its been over a month. 01/31/22 Paul said he's " not going to keep guessing," about when the part will actually arrive and issue me a refund. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS since my refund was supposedly issued.Paul said he issued it on Friday 02/04/22 and could prove it to me; but wont?When I called again to find out where my money is, he says THAT NOW MY PART HAS COME IN AND WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. The schmuck didn't even give me a courtesy call to give me a heads up that he lied about my refund to buy EVEN MORE time and instead had the part "finally delivered." I still don't have my part. Instead im repeatedly being told that the part is at my house. I tell him to feel free to check under my hood and my house for the part that supposedly there.Paul looses is shit at this point, as I should be loosing my shit with these schmucks, and wont issue a refund for a part I didn't receive because according to him...."its at my house?" Paul, you said I would get my part in a few days.Then week after week you said its still coming in a few days.Then you said you didn't actually know and you'll give me a refund. Then you said its at my house now and when I tell you I dont have it; you call ME the liar and start crying(in a stoopid SpongeBob voice) that "its been delivered, i have a tracking number that FedEx gave me." I can't get my money back because of their NO RETURN POLICY and PAUL refuses to issue one or pick up the phone when I call for an update, because "hes still working with fedex." When I call from a different number he picks up, then hangs up when I ask for my F***** refund. I guess he can't handle business or confrontation.when I went in today 02/16/22 to ask for my refund, or file a claim to. Actually get my part. I was harassed by paul. When I helped myself to complimentary 7oz soda and apple juice for my son,Paul tells me to "HELP YOURSELF, I'LL BILL YOU FOR THAT TOO." and follows me to my car like a dog in heat mumbling profanity. When i stepped up to him and asked him to not piss me off as ive been patient, he started to coward back to the shop yelling and telling me to, "BRING IT ON! COME ON, BRING IT AND IM CHARGING YOU FOR THE DRINKS TOO BITCH." Seriously? Not wanting to be charged for a complimentary drink too, i left it for Paul to take care of.i couldn't even get a complimentary drink for my $81 dollars. Take my money but no drinks, no part.My mistake for giving them my business instead of going to; AUTOZONE, O'REILLY, ADVANCE AUTO PARTS or another local similar business; 4WHEELPARTS. If I didn't need it like yesterday, I wouldn't be disappointed. If they had "remembered" to call me back and keep me updated, I wouldn't be frustrated and if paul issued me my refund I would have dropped it. Instead, he chose to provoke me.My wife was right, I gotta remember to read the fine print with small businesses instead of trusting everybody. We had plans on going back there again in late February to make some upgrades to our work suv before the season starts with suspension/exhaust/wheels and tires because we haul a trailer around and install remote start/smart phone tracking.That is not the case anymore. However I wouldn't mind giving StreetStyle a better review despite Paul's piss poor performance, dropping the ball and fumbling it ever since, just give me a reason to do it and make it right.Not that this kenny powers wanna be would even care to resolve this. Just to be clear. This is definitely a review based on Paul's service, I cant speak for my dealings with anyone else at street style as I dealt with Paul the entire time. I purchased an expensive stereo for my motorcycle. It was an agonizing experience. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into 3 and still was not completed. He said he would order part and it would take him a couple of hours to install. I never got a call, when I called him he said he had the parts, set an appointment to have it installed on Monday. It still was not fixed at close of business Wednesday. He lied to me. belittled me was arrogant and condescending. I had to call the police to get my motorcycle back. He pulled all of the equipment out and hacked the wiring and only reassembled the fairing after the police insisted that he did. I'm surprised he is in business. You have been warned. read more

Beware of deceptive sales practices and horrible attitude. He tacked on an additional $99 mystery charge. The Groupon is not exchangeable or refundable, so he knows he can add whatever he wants and you either pay it or forfeit the $200 you already paid for the Groupon. When asked what the additional charge was for he just kept repeating "additional fees may apply". You could tell he had done this over and over to people. We were also told it would take less than three hours and it was finally finished after almost six hours. read more

I just purchased a groupon, I read the fine print prior to purchasing one of two different remote car start-ups at this facility. Spoke to a man named Paul who's attitude definitely changed once I said I bought a groupon became short, curt and defensive. Told me I bought the wrong one and said I needed to buy the more expensive one. Both fine prints said the same thing in regards to vehicle exceptions. Very Rude man. DONT BUY GROUPON from this place. Bad customer service. I waited for them to do an installation for 2.5 hours, when they were finished they told me I could not take the vehicle because i was not the owner. They knew i did not own the car and that i was waiting there for it. I said to them that it would have been nice to know this when i first brought it in so i could have made arrangements and employee got extremely defensive and freaked out and blamed me for not knowing the owner had to sign the paperwork. Made an appointment with Paul to install a modern Bluetooth stereo in my 8 year old minivan. He spent some time both on the phone and in person reviewing my options and cost and really helped me decide what would best meet my needs. Brought in the van and the installation went perfectly and took about an hour. When I came back and picked up the car, Paul walked me through all of the features, helped me pair up my phone with the unit and answered all of my questions. I did not spend a ton of money, but the way I was treated you would have thought I spending a fortune on a high end luxury car. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Initially, I had a friend install a suspension lift who apparently got in way over his head. A local dealership pointed out numerous mistakes and suggested I take it to a place that specializes in aftermarket upgrades. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was gifted a voucher through Groupon to go to StreetStyle and get a remote car starter installed in my car. I called twice during normal business hours and left messages over several days before someone called me back. Then, I was surprised by how rude and condescending the employee was as I tried to schedule the appointment. I found out that my friend gifted me the wrong package as an additional part was needed for the year of my car, but when I asked questions about this the employee aggressively said "well, ya could have called," (even though I didn't actually buy this in the first place). I understood that it was not this man's fault that I was gifted the wrong package and I would have been happy to come in and pay the additional $100 to get my car done. However, I was so upset over the terrible customer service that I didn't want the displeasure of doing business with him again. I ended up refunding the voucher, and I will take my $250 somewhere else. read more

I brought my jeep in to have an alignment done. I lowered my jeep a few months ago and I couldn't get the alignment back in factory specs. There was some serious camber issues and the inside of the tires were wearing quickly. Paul thought he might be able to get it back in spec. After looking at my jeep he told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to buy some control arms. My options were to buy the control arms, go back to the stock springs, or leave it the way it was. I decided to go back to the stock springs. I was at work at this point when I was talking to Paul about my options. The stock springs were at my house and I had no way of getting them to him. Paul offered, I didn't ask, to drive to my house and pick them up himself and bring them back to his shop to get them installed. I was shocked. Most places these days try to get by with doing the bare minimum, but not Paul. He went above and beyond in my opinion. To top it off, the price he charged me for the install, plus an alignment, was much less than I was expecting. Paul earned a customer for life and I will refer his business every opportunity I get. I purchased front Weathertech made to fit floor mats for my car. They were 2 inches too short. The manager told me he would reorder new front mats replacement. After 2 wks and no mats, I asked and the manager agreed to issue a refund. It has been 4 wks and still no refund has been issued. The manager is not cooperating with my credit card company who is pursuing this matter. If there was zero for an option rating that is what I would select due to this poor service and dishonest business practice. read more

This "business" lacks one of the most vital parts of customer service: communication. For months I tried to get my radar detector fixed by them through my warranty holder. Although the workers there truly believed in quality work, the manager Paul truly has no idea how to run a business. He wouldn't return the phone calls of me or the warranty company, it took him weeks to return emails and he never delivered on what he said he would do. To make matters worse, when I took my vehicle to another location, they discovered that some of the essential pieces of my $2k dollar radar detector was missing. read more
