Doug and his team are great to work with. With detailing it's important to communicate what your expectations are so its upfront what can and can't be done so that people are not disappointed. Setting the appointment was easy and I left my car for the day for a full detail. I usually detail the interior of my cars and know detailing is not an easy job and takes a lot of patience, time and a need to be detail oriented. But these guys took it to a whole new level and left my Mazda brand new. They cleaned out the road tar residue and polished the car where I can see a mirror-like reflection. Quality work with great value. read more

I haven't properly cleaned my 5 year old car since I got it. I contacted Prime Detailing. They came to my house and worked on that thing for nearly 6 hours! Inside, outside, windows, seats, carpets, tires, the little corner in the back where the window slopes down. Everything. I joked that I was afraid to touch it! I say I could eat off it - if the food wouldn't slide right off. The staff is professional and the whole thing was easy to book. I especially love that they have the option to do it at their business or at my home. read more

Found these guys on yelp for Car detailing services. I found out they did home visits so I was happy to have them come and detail my car. I agreed to complete detsiling inside, engine clean as well as outside wash for $180. Oh my god, these guys spent 3 hours scrubbing, using a bunch of different machines etc to get the car cleaned. I'm not joking, looks like a brand new car! I have an old penny stuck in the cup holder for years and couldn't get it out - they did and it looks like u can eat off the damn car!!! Anyways I would highly recommend. read more

Doug is fantastic. Only one certified in Illinois to do ceramic finish on your vehicle. Your vehicle will look like new or keep your new vehicle looking new. He stands by his work and if you find something he missed you can bring it back to him and he's gonna take care of it. I was in the refinishing business my self doing furniture and then Bathtub and tile refinishing,so I know about quality and Doug is quality. Thanks again Doug. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Prime Detailing. My car was covered in dog hair and dander from many dog park visits and dog hikes here and there. They did a PHENOMENAL job and my car looks and smells like a new car again. I wish I had taken better before pics but this is the only one I had. They are super easy to book online and make the whole process so smooth. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. read more

I did a grocery pickup and had milk spilled on my carpet. They did a thorough clean inside on all carpets, mats and surfaces. He even sent a spray home to use the next week to make sure there was no residue left. And told me to bring it back if the smell returned. Doug, and his team, definitely take pride in their work. Since I was bringing it in I also had them do the exterior. I think it was shinier than when I bought it! The paint looked great and all the residue, sap and oxidation was polished off and all the chrome was slippery shiny! I would highly recommend Doug and his team at Prime Detail. read more

Wonderful job! My car had been neglected for some time and I just did not have the energy to do it myself. I opted to do just the interior detailing at this time. They got all the crumbs, residue in every nook and cranny, which is such a relief. The most amazing part, though, were the seats! The car had collected a multitude of stains over the years. Most of which happened about six years ago due to some unfortunate events...so they were there for a long time. I wasn't expecting much as far as stain removal BUT they got them out! It's beautiful! I should have done this a long time ago but at least I get to enjoy it now. :) Note: They were in contact with me the entire way which was super appreciated. I even emailed them after I had accidentally booked a full detail instead of interior only and Doug got back to me immediately. read more

Very happy with our experience with Prime Detailing. We brought our 2018 Malibu LT in for a full detailing (inside and out) and they did a fantastic job. They were great about communication when scheduling and with drop off and pickup. They got the job done within the timeframe they quoted and their work was great. We will be bringing in our other car for the same service soon, and will likely make this a semi-annual event to keep our cars in great shape. Wish we had done this sooner. read more

So happy with the interior detailing they did on my SUV for Mother's Day. I didn't realize just how dirty it was until he told me he had to shampoo several times to get old nicotine out of my upholstery and carpets (I bought it used.) I feel they went above and beyond, and will now be taking my husband's car in for Father's Day! read more
