Peter actually arrived a little before the promised time, which is rare for any service provider! The results of the interior detail were absolutely amazing. My van is almost 14 years old, and hadn't been detailed since before my kids were born 12 years ago. 12 years and 3 kids later, it was a mess! He mentioned he was using a new product and said he wanted to stop by the following week to check on how it performed, but that follow-up never happened. He also advised me that I would need a special pH-neutral car wash for the ceramic coating. When I reached out to arrange that wash, he was unresponsive. After three attempts to contact him, he responded that he was out of the country but provided no information about when he would return or whether he could complete the job, and I have not heard back since. At this point, I'm not even sure if he's still in business. While the actual work was 5-star quality, the lack of communication and follow-through afterward really soured the overall experience and brought the rating down for me.

They take your vehicle through the wash after vacuuming it. When the vehicle gets through the wash the clean up crew takes over. They clean all your windows inside and out. Towel dry your vehicle. If you only wash your vehicle once a week its great. I wash my truck every day. I work in construction. The value is there. Fast Eddie's is my favorite car wash. If you actually care about your vehicles paint and the condition after being detailed then i highly recommend to avoid. My car is black and i noticed several high swirls in the paint from there drying towels. Also my wheels were poorly cleaned, they had left over combined wheel cleaner and brake dust that would not come off after drying on. Moral of the story is the $30+ dollar car was cost me a $200 dollar professional exterior buff and wheel polish to get my vehicle looking good again.

The level of detail on the cleaning is top notch, as they get every nook and cranny, pocket, drawer, under, over, you name it. We come here several times a year for our minivan, as it can get messy with three kids, sports, activities, and road trips. We have the nice WeatherTech floor mats throughout and they clean those too! During the winter, when the clean out the car and we let them know we're on the way to pick it up, they will let the engine run to get the car warm for us. We were also borrowing a relative's car while we were looking for a new vehicle. It was an Acura MDX that had a faulty trunk release. We even took it to the shop to see if they could fix it and they said it would cost over $300. When we brought the Acura to Expert Hand Car Wash, we let them know that the trunk wouldn't open, so don't worry about cleaning it. The owner said that they could get it open and it wouldn't cost extra. Sure enough, when we came to pick it up, it was completely fixed! No extra charge! We've had our cars detailed at other local shops and the pricing here is comparable if not less expensive... but for the service and the quality, it's worth every penny coming here. We also tend to tip generously because we are always impressed with the quality and speed.
