With a new Tesla Model 3 inbound, I knew I wanted to treat her good with tint and paint protection film. I made a lot of calls, sent a lot of messages to many shops in the area. He was more than happy to meet me at the shop the very next day, a Sunday, so I could drop it off. Work started on it first thing Monday morning. I did make 2 unannounced visits during the week, and indeed, the car was being worked on. Very happy about that. The only idle time there was was for my wheel powder coating. I brought my new 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance to Auto Image immediately after delivery. I had paint correction done, PPF installed on all critical areas, 5 year ceramic coating applied, ceramic window tint installed, and black emblems installed. Jeff the owner is old school in that he genuinely stands behind his work, something that is hard to find today. The work at his shop is second to none and pricing is extremely competitive. Shortly after the work was performed I noticed a small area on the fender where the PPF wasn't laying down right. He fixed it no questions asked and even found another area that wasn't up to his standards and had it replaced. Fast forward 18 months and the PPF looks great but there are naturally a few areas that got more abuse than others. I called Jeff and brought it to his shop for him to take a look. Once again he noticed a few areas I didn't even notice and he wanted to replace those areas as well He stands behind his work in every way. I don't know about you but lately, especially post-Covid, I've been having trouble finding good, qualified technicians that take pride in their work. I don't know where they've gone but rest assured there are still some left; like the team at Auto Image, my go-to detail shop. They've done both ceramic coatings and clear film coatings on three of my cars and these guys are artists. My latest vehicle is black and I just picked it up-the paint looks like it's 3" deep! They corrected it, applied clear film on the front clip, rear of the mirrors and the door sills (so my dogs wouldn't scratch the paint getting in and out) and charged a little over half of what my selling dealer quoted me. Jeff, the owner, has over 30 years experience. Kevin, his main-man, is a detailing magician. The whole team is great at what they do and enjoy doing it and it shows. I have never spoken to someone who is as passionate and knowledgeable about car detailing as Jeff was. I was skeptical at first seeing only 5 star reviews. Let me tell you that they are very warranted. I brought in a black Roush mustang. Jeff and team did a fantastic job. Other detailer shops often leave a little bit of wax on the car in hard to reach places. My car was spotless and meticulously finished. They are certainly not the cheapest but are the best in my opinion. The car has never looked as good. They even got rid of some paint imperfections that I had from day 1. They earned a customer for life. To give you an idea of how passionate Jeff is. I was supposed to pick up my car on Friday night or Saturday morning. The weather was awful on both days. Who else is there to use? Jeff and his team do the most amazing job always. Anytime need work done to any of my cars, it comes here. Of all of my cars, one has only been washed and waxed by Jeff and his team. That is a Porsche Cayenne that is 5 years old at the time of the writing. More recently, my 15 year old BMW came in for one of its washes and waxes. Later that day someone asked me if it was just repainted! They offer some of the new cutting edge coatings/waxes (e.g. Opticoat and others) and also window tinting. I made the mistake of not getting the opticoat when I bought my porsche but defiantly will have them do the next car I buy. Check them out but call ahead, this isn't a drive in hand wash center, it's a detail center and they do exactly that - inside and out. read more

What a treat! I live nearby but, knowing what I now know, I would drive a long way to go to Auto Image! I brought my Black 2019 BMW 530i in for ceramic coating, wheel protection and tinting. Jeff and Kevin spent a great deal of time explaining what they could do and what it would cost. There was absolutely no pressure or up selling. They realize that everyone has different budgets and they truly want you to be happy with you choices. These guys do a premium hand wash! I've brought my 911 here twice and each time they've surpassed my expectations. Hand washes are by appointment only and run about $50. They are also a Modesta coating dealer and utilize the conditioning spray if your car has been coated with the product. read more

I don't normally take the time to do reviews and this was the first time I had tried Auto Image based on some forum posts and yelp so I thought I would give them a try on my new daily driver. I decided to try out the Opti Coat Pro I had read so much about. My Jetta GLI is red not as much work as black but close. Had the haze and swirls from the dealers new car prep which I cringe every time I buy a car. Almost want to prep it myself. Well I went in met Kevin and he explained the whole process to me. I dropped the car on a Thursday and picked up on Friday afternoon. All I can say is "WOW" Super impressed with how the car came out. I can't review how well Opti Coat works since I just had it applied but I can tell you from now on my cars will be going to Auto Image. The shop: Overall very organized and clean. All the cars that got worked on were meticulously cared for. I felt completely at ease leaving my car with Auto Image. The people: Jeff and Kevin were both extremely helpful. Jeff gave the initial look around and described what the process and the prices for the work was. Then when Kevin got to the shop he took some time and discussed more about the products and answered all of my questions with no issue. Jeff even worked with our schedules and came in after hours for us to pick up the vehicles. The work: I brought two cars one that was getting a light detail and another one that got a full modesta BC-04 coating. Both turned out amazing. When we picked up the cars Jeff went through some of the details and pointed out some things they found during the work. He gave us tips on maintaining the work and said his line was open for questions over the phone.
