This place used to be awesome! My whole family used to bring our cars in every two weeks and get amazing washes for a great price. Every single employee was like a good friend. They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either! read more

In short, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Booking an appointment was seemless but after the subpar services was provided (I've attached photos of after the first cleaning), it was very difficult to get in touch. I had to go to the store physically to get into contact with someone. I left several voice-mail made calls in the morning and afternoon and received no calls back. After being promised another cleaning, I tried to schedule the appointment. I called several times trying to set something up but no response. I had to, yet again, go there physically after 3 days of calling to set something up. When the car was finished up for the 2nd time, the roof my car is no longer the texture it used to be and my trunk is now busted from the first visit. Not to mention, they did not call to let me know my car was done. I placed and uber at 4:30pm. When I arrived at 4:45pm, they were locked up and left my car outside with the keys in the driver-side door. Really disappointed in the service that was provided and the lack of response I received as the customer. Was not worth the almost 300$ that was spent. read more

After requesting a quote through Yelp, I proceeded to get my rear window tinted to help keep the sun from blasting my baby's face. After originally thinking I wanted 50% tint, I began to think 30-35% was best. However, the display the shop had was extremely helpful and I ended up getting 15%. It has just been a few days but so far it's been fantastic and I'm super happy with my purchase. It took just an hour and I was very grateful since I had to bring the baby with. I also appreciate the warranty of the tint for the life of the vehicle. I would definitely go back to get the back side windows done as well. read more

We had a great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help. Seems they have taken over this location and we caught them when nobody was there. Need the carpeting interior to be shampooed but not sure they could do it at that time. Car came out very clean. Better than I've had at most places in the area. I had my front windows tinted here and they did a good job so I brought my car in for an interior cleaning(not detail) so I understood that some parts like the dash may not be wiped down however, the carpets were not vacuumed as seen in the picture, nor were the cupholders. The cost was $15 and all that was changed in the interior appearance was that the rubber mats were cleaned/washed. A bit disappointed. read more

I made an appointment yesterday to get my car detailed today, at 11:30am, and was excited to get in so quickly. This morning I arrived at 11:25, and they appeared to be closed. I left them a voicemail, waited 20 minutes, and then gave up and went home. It's now 1:15 and I still haven't even heard back from them - what a waste of time and energy! I've had 5 previous cars tinted at 3 different tint shops. Prestige Auto Spa is the best, by a wide margin! Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about tinting. I asked about tinting a specific area of my vehicle and he knew that there may be possible issues with doing so. This was news to me, as I contacted 5 other tint shops and they didn't mention it. A quick Google search turns out that Andrew is correct! They run an honest business and don't try to upsell, which is definitely appreciated on the customer side. My tints look great! The guys here did an amazing job with detailing my car. They were responsive when I called, fit me in right away, and completed the job in less time than they had originally quoted because they had extra staff that day to help. They were able to get toddler vomit from 6 months ago out of the little perforations in my leather seats. I truly thought it was going to be impossible. They were very approachable when I noticed one area that had a mark, he wiped it up right away and said if I noticed anything else, they would do it at no charge the next time I returned for a wash. Great car wash and service. After my car was sitting for a couple months with the dust, it came out perfect. The car was in a rally and still had the stickers on while the car sat, including one that was erroneously applied to the windshield which was protected by a layer of protection film. I called and spoke with Agnes (assistant manager) to see if they could remove it without damaging the film. She asked for me to bring the car to have it looked at before saying if they could or not. I took the car in, they looked at it, and were able to remove the windshield rally stickers without any damage to the protection film which was pretty impressive, along with the door stickers that were sitting on the car in the heat for two months. This might be the best, real, car wash in the world. They wash your car by hand. No big brushes or the other crap they use in those tunnel things. This place is for real. A little hard to find but wow, what a car wash. My car is cleaned and looks like new. They are super careful and get it all correct. They treat your car like its their own. I am so impressed. I got a remote started for my kia Sorento. I called and set up an appointment. The day I had my appointment I just dropped my car off and they told me they were going to give me a call back when my car was ready I think it only took like 2 to 3 hours and they called me and they told me my car was ready. I was very impressed with how fast they got the remote starter installed. And then when I got there they show me how to use a remote starter. The price is very fair. read more
