This is a very rude and dishonest business. Do your self a favor and research reputable shops and take it to an honest shop. The owner Rob is very rude and is not customer centric. We brought in the easy one first, my husbands. When we picked it up it looked and smelled brand new. The next day we brought in the challenge, my car. It had been through some things. A can of paint had been spilled in it and cleaned up, but not well. Hay had been transported in it, muddy dogs had jumped in and out of it, a crate of pigs had driven in the back, two pygmy goats had ridden with the seats down...we were worried! But there was absolutely no reason to be concerned! When we picked it up, there was no sign (or smell) of livestock, no remnants of hay, no more muddy dog paw prints, and there is no way anyone would ever guess a gallon of paint had been spilled. It looked brand new. My only regret is that we didn't find Taj detailing sooner.

This could possibly be the worse car wash I have ever been too. I just got my car washed there…read more Soap still all over the door. Not water, but soap! Also I paid for the "works" car wash. I get in my car and the inside was not vacuumed. When I said something he guy told me that the "works" car wash does not include interior. When I asked him "why didn't someone offer me vacuuming when I paid for my wash". He told me "I have been telling the owner for a year to put a sign up". Now I have to find another car wash to get my car wash. Right after I paid for a car wash at this location. Suggestion to the management. When a customer gets a car wash, ask them if they want interior. Also have the guy drying down the car wait for the owner to inspect the car before they walk away. Again my car was dripping wet and still had soap on it! You get one star because 0 Stars is not an option.

This place has new ownership and is ran by the new manager Bill, absolutely amazing service!…read more I had 2 years worth of train dust and tar on my car and was worried about it never coming off. I called St Charles Auto Spa and asked to speak with the manager. Once we talked with Bill, he asked me to come in to get a look of it and did a spot test for free to see if it would work. After looking at my car he ran me down his plan and was very transparent with his thoughts on what would come off and what could be tricky. He gave me a good price based off the state of my car and was very personable. I dropped my car off and it took him and his team 6 hours and they were able to make my car look brand new. No more train residue and I am so thankful!
