I told him I'll think about it and get back to them since then they decide to contact me every single day, asking if I'm interested in a car wash or detail, last time I checked I'm not purchasing a automobile so the car salesman technique and pressure is not going to work if someone is not interested and doesn't respond, contacting them every single day shows poor customer service when I mentioned it to them all I got was a thumbs up. Sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing else means guys can care less about their customers and all about making a damn dollar. I wonder why they don't have any reviews and I'm leaving the first one my show you something about a company I would never let these guys touch my car let alone touch my water. Next time a customer inquires about a car wash. Give them a price on a car wash not a full car detail and when they say they'll get back to you don't contact them every single day people do have jobs common sense

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a quality car that is reasonably priced (especially those who wish to avoid an overly-aggressive salesman). Tim, the owner/president, helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed before I drove home. I even got a complimentary car wash! Tim was also very easy to contact when I had questions after the sale. The experience I had beats all experiences I've ever had at large dealerships!

Arrived to their South Elgin location (attached to Key West Car Wash and detailing) and Custom Driven flaked. No show or no text, and I even waited a half hour just in case. The joint detailing company sharing the building space even tried to contact Eugene and Custom Driven for me and were super helpful. They couldn't get a hold of anyone either. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. Will probably end up finding a differing tint provider - but, if you're in need of detailing, hit up Key West in South Elgin. They were way more professional and customer service oriented.

Not only they did poor job of washing the car, I discovered cracks and paint chips on the car's body!
