I just got done bringing my car through this car wash and felt with the reviews. I've seen that it was important. I share my thoughts. I also have a brand new Ford Explorer ST I brought it through the wash and there was no damages that happened. I also used the vacuums. Both sides worked very well. They were very strong. I also liked how they had the different fluid so I could also do additional cleaning on my car. I also noticed that they had a Matt station I didn't use it but as I was driving away, I saw a lot of people going to it. I will definitely check that out next time. Been working on trying to get my membership cancelled for 2.5 months (since April 29). Anyone considering getting a membership, plan on keeping it for life or putting in a ton of effort to cancel. They have an AI system that gives you very nice responses, but is absolutely terrible. I actually recorded the past two calls, and finally got the system to give me email addresses to send all of my evidence to. I guess giving 1 star reviews and disputing with CC company are the only way to get their attention. (I traded in the car on April 24, 5 days before calling the first time to cancel, so I could not have even used the membership for the past months even if I wanted to!) read more

I used this exact car wash for years under Fullers with little to no issues. Under the new sparkle ownership they haven't made repairs after 1.5 months for the tire shine (something I'm paying for). Moreover my car was damaged (2022 Tesla Model X) and my charge port was broken off (it was not a flimsy piece but a fully molded and enclosed piece of the tail light assembly.) They claimed it was "loose trim" and my responsibility. Please steer clear of here!! I had 2 cars with monthly subscriptions - paying them $70 / month. I disputed the charges through my bank and thought it was resolved, but I was charged again in November ($20.95), December ($20.95), and January ($10) -- even though I have not used this car wash since July. Horrible car wash. Ever since Fullers sold it to sparkle it went downhill quick. Unlimited wash is now limited to once a day. The word is unlimited. Manager is the most unqualified person there. If I could give this place zero starts I would. I had a membership for three months and it was horrible. Every time I went either it was closed for an issue or the fire alarm was going off or I had to wait 30 minutes. Last week the hood of my car got scratched all over and the manager was supposed to call me the next day and never did. I was also told my car was one of a few that got damaged that day. I called their HR number multiple times and they said they would get it taken care of and no one even bothered contacting me. I will never go back to this car wash and would never recommend it to anyone. I now have a damaged car because of them. Horrible customer service. read more

Terrible car wash. My car is still dirty and has scratch marks on the rim of the quarter panel by the wheel. Standard wash is overpriced for the quality you get. Not only that, as the worker guided me in the machine that pushes your car once in neutral, they gave me the okay to put my car in neutral however, as my car was getting pushed, I heard a loud thump and my car shook as if it wasn't fully in place which I hope my suspension is okay and not damaged. This clearly shows a lack of paying attention on the worker's end. Never coming here again. read more

I had a monthly plan when this car wash was Fuller's but when they changed to Sparkle the price went up too high and the cheapest, basic drive-through wash went up to $10 - the same quickie wash that other places charge $5-$8. Plus my rear window wiper on my SUV was ripped off and the attachment on my window was broken in half. I was told by one "manager" that they had just installed new brushes and the speed was probably set too high. He filled out a report and said I would be hearing from corporate. I heard nothing. I went back and spoke to another "manager" who kept me waiting for 20 minutes and I finally had to go looking for him and he told me the same thing. I would be hearing from them. That was over 3 months ago. I never heard anything and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone. I needed the wiper fixed before snow and the Subaru dealership charged $265 to repair it. Sparkle is the closest car wash to my house as I live in the Del Webb community only a mile away but I will never return to that car wash again. Beware using Sparkle car wash. Their equipment can damage your car and they will lie to you about making it right. No customer service. read more

Management is extremely rude here and they told me there is no way to cancel a subscription once it was activated. Every month I have to do a chargeback with my credit card and every month they continue trying to charge me. I don't even live in the area anymore and they still make me go through the hassle. Terrible all around and last time I was talking to manager again about stopping this nonsense she told me go away because the car wash damaged someone's vehicle and police were on site and needed her. They doubled their price but the quality of the wash has declined. Just used their services again today and and my car was not clean when it came out. Vacuums didn't work. Sign says vacuums can only be used customers for a max of 8 minutes. Really? You can't even get to the vacuums without going through the wash. read more

Since they have become Sparkle, the wash is terrible. Over half of the time the second cleaning device on the drivers side doesn't work. The tire shine is intermittent or has no shine liquid in it.
