Go somewhere else...ANYWHERE ELSE. Or just drive w dirty car. The "full service car wash" took 30 mins on a Friday at 1pm. They wash and dry one car at a time. 1 girl (great job) by herself taking all cars in and 3 men at the other end. Mind you only one was drying, other 2 were on cell phone and counting tips. While other cars pull in and wait!?!? Best part is, I asked to speak to the manager & he was the one counting his tips. Then was rude when I asked what was taking so long as one guy worked. Glad I waited 30 mins for this! read more

Soooooooooo sloooooooow. If there are 2 cars ahead of you, plan on at least an hour wait, for a full service wash. They do a decent job but the need more people. read more

This car wash is a joke! Literally took and hour to get my car cleaned. They only put one car through every 8-10 mins. No one cared and apologized for the slow service. There are other car washes in the area like Fuller's, Key West and Brittain's that are fully staffed and do a great job. Please think twice before giving your hard earned dollars to this place. read more

Close by location, good price and they do a pretty good job. But it could be better ! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a fast car wash read more

I'm giving this 2 stars only because the women at the desk was very sweet... I just got the 25 dollar car wash and I was so disappointed... read more

First time coming here and I was pretty disappointed. I checked in with a photo of my rims- which I paid extra for to get cleaned. There are some spots on my car from spilled drinks that I'll have to go home and wipe down. Everything done to my car is subpar. Wouldn't recommend read more

EZ Breezee Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Elgin, Illinois

They are understaffed. I was waiting for 30 minutes only to find that my truck had not even been in the car wash yet. This car wash is not inexpensive. They should not take your money for.a car wash if they don't have the.workers to wash. read more

If I could sum up this place in one word, it would be THOROUGH. Their attention to detail is top-notch and they really take their time here. The guy that dried my car did an excellent job. I also liked how the guy who took down the type of wash I wanted saved me some money by suggesting I just do an exterior wash with the mats as an add-on. Doing it this way instead of purchasing a package I really didn't need saved me a few bucks. The only reason that I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that I don't like to wait. Yesterday was the first nice day in a long time so as you can imagine, the car wash was packed. Start to finish took about 40-45 minutes (from the time I got in line to the time I drove away). I appreciate that they are thorough, I just felt like I was there forever. read more

Sloooooowwww! Waiting an hour for 2 cars ahead of me! Will think twice next time about coming here

Stopped by with a filthy mini van. The kids destroyed it! I got the ultimate wash and they took their time cleaning it up very nice. I moved to NJ not too long ago and compared to the terrible job that is typical there, this place is so much better. They weren't quick, but it was a slow day and they took their time cleaning which I greatly appreciated! read more

They were extremely short staffed and we waited for the basic $5.00 wash (as did everyone there) for close to 40 minutes The end product was good though read more

Very thorough (as previously mentioned), but a little understaffed and slow. Allocate a half-hour per vehicle you take (at least). read more

We moved to Elgin a month ago, been looking for car wash like this one. They have simple wash for $5, came out clean with hand dry. Didnt wait too long as there are not too many cars. I will try the full service next time for $15 including interior vacuum. read more

I am at EZ Breezee right now. They don't have any staff to do the cars. They only put through I car through at a time and only if the people detailing it are almost through with their current car. There was only one car in the detailed area and while they put my car through they left it sitting dripping in the bag for a 1/2 an hour. I used to only come here but never again. The young man who was the "manager" was nice - but they need to let people know it will be at least an hour. It's a car wash. It should be the assembly line mentality. People are busy. You will lose customers and they won't ever come back. It's too bad. I don't know where the owners are but if they were here it may help move the process. read more

Got my car washed here by the one and only paolo and he did an amazing job! Great prices and 10/10 recommended!

Do not go here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a car wash. Only 3 vehicles in front of me! They literally have 3 people working from start to finish and need WAY more help. Ridiculous...... read more

Took my husband's car to Key West Carwash yesterday and paid $18 for a terrible 5 min long carwash (exterior and interior). Came to EZ today with my SUV and paid $22 for a GREAT 20-30 min long, very detailed carwash. Liked their page on FB too for an extra $1 off!! read more

Went there for the first time ever, today, 1.3.19 and purchased a $25 level wash. Could NOT have been more disappointed. Inside windows were horrible and the back shield window was never touched. The front of the car ( grill area ) was never pre soaked and filthy after coming out of the wash. It took close to an hour to get the car only partially done. The staff, although friendly, spent most of their time pulling up their pants and little detail to the job. Great job vacuuming but it's a new car and didn't need much detail there. What a total disappointment. I doubt I'll return and certainly would not recommend this business to anyone. 1/2 star from me. read more

Horrible. I paid for the expensive wash. No one else was there and still only one person worked on my car while I sat for 30 minutes only to watch the attendant Open and turn over the bottle of tire shine which was clearly empty, pretend to pour it on a brush and then went around as if he was putting it on my tires. When I called him out on it he did the same thing again so I left and I will never go back. It was marginal at best before. I guess there's a reason that no one else was there! read more

I have taken my car here for over 5 years now. My cars have been through their very basic hand wash through full service details. Every time, EzBreezee does a fantastic job! I had minor scratches on my car, I took it in for a detail and you can't even tell they were there. Very happy with the service. read more

EZ Breezee Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Elgin, Illinois

AMAZING WASH! All 3 times I've come in. Good job everytime. If you want a speedy crappy job - go somewhere else. EZ Breezee takes their time and does an awesome job! I stopped in between snow storms on a Saturday morning to get the car cleaned off and windows cleared up. I purchased the $15 wash that covers the outside and then inside windows and vacuum and dash wipe down. The guys came right over and got right to work and were super polite. They used the manual spray jets and soap 'ball' to do a pretty thorough cleaning of the exterior BEFORE it even gets to the automatic wash (soft cloth and very gentle). They even cleaned up door jams, wheels, those hood and trunk crevaces that tend to get ignored. After its wash, rinse, and blow dry, the 2 guys working on my car took another 10-15 min drying everything down to the wheels, around mirrors etc. (Yes this is getting wordy but this is my new car and I'm going to be "that guy" for awhile). They did a great job on the windows! This is my #1 review point when I go to a car wash. I absolutely can't stand the places that use the same rags that have been used on the 73 cars before you and you just get a smeary mess as soon as the sun goes low or windows fog up a bit. Did I mention this was only $15 (but please - tip the staff - they are good)? The owners are onsite working and are very engaged with the job being done. Its a bit of a drive but I'll be making it at least once a month from now on! More as Illinois does its worst to my car! read more

Just had car washed here - very impressed. Many pricing options depending on what you want. Guys were thorough and car got best wash I've had in a long time. Well worth ~$15 paid (plus tip for job well done). read more

I've been here many times but after today will never go back... After paying close to 30 dollars I drove away realizing this kid did not do one thing to the interior of my car..the dash was dusty, console still had spots on it. My mats were a mess and although my seats weren't that bad to begin with it was obivous that my seats were not wiped down. I also noticed when he was putting my mats back into my car the bottom of the mats were still wet with soap suds on them. Then there's the exterior that has dried water spots all over it.... Better off going to the local spray it yourself and clean the inside yourself. The worst part, I tipped this little jerk five bucks. read more

I would not recommend this place. I had the full service wash & wax with inside cleaning. When my car was done they hadn't vacuumed half of it & the plastic trim on the outside looked worse then when they started. They did clean the plastic trim & finished vacuuming after I complained. read more

Exceptional service! Went in for a seat cleaning, fair price. They even vacuumed the floors for me. Very friendly and helpful! I will be back again. read more

Great place to get a quality car wash by people who care about your car as it is your investment. Try their detailing services as their prices are better than most. Worth the drive for quality service and care for your cars read more

Love this Carwash! The people are so nice, the prices are very reasonable and most importantly the quality of the wash is so much better than all the other quick washes. This is a family owned company in Elgin and it shows! read more

The only downside I had at this place was the lack of knowledge about services offered by the two employees at the pull-up station. Neither person knew the answers to any of my seemingly basic questions and I was told that to get a wax and just have the inside of my car vacuumed that I need the $95 package!! After getting over the initial shock of the employee's answer and waiting for them to consult with someone else to answer anything else I asked, I found out I'd only have to pay $30. I was happy with the quality work the employees who washed/waxed/vacuumed my car did but was extremely disappointed in the professionalism and lack of knowledge of the business of the employees who customers come to first when pulling up. Those employees either need to learn a lot more about what services are offered at their workplace or they definitely should not be placed in a position where they offer the first impression for a business. Luckily my car turned out nicely otherwise I probably would never come back. read more

This place is bad. Paid $25.00 with tip and they don't remove mats to vacuum, nor did they wipe off dash or console. The $3.00 car wash by my house is better!! read more

The Good: Very reasonable prices. Greeted me twice - once outside and once inside by the owner. Family owned and operated. Went in for a carpet shampoo and they did a complimentary hand wash and dry. The Not So Good: When they vacuumed for the shampoo they didn't get in the tight spaces like between the seats. There was a tight space between the firewall and the gas petal which with the right tool could have been cleaned out a lot better. Mats were cleaned but they did a crappy job with some easy mud spots. I took them home and in a couple minutes they were all done to satisfaction. In summary they are very competitive in prices and I think if they took a little bit more time and put in a bit more effort they could outshine all the others establishments. Overall they did a good job on the shampoo and as a bonus washed my car too. I will be back. read more

Once again a great job. My truck was dirty inside and out and it looks like new again!

I have been using this carwash for quite some time. Over time service has gotten much worse. They are very sloooooooow. If there is more than one car ahead of you, plan to spend an hour there. More staff needed. I like to get the Express Wax but 9 times out of 10, when asked if they can do it, the answer has been "No", we don't have anyone here to do it right now. Come back tomorrow. Why offer the service if you don't staff up to perform? I have started taking my business elsewhere. Sadly, there is nothing EZ about this carwash. read more

I've tried this car wash 4 times in the last 8 months and I'm always disappointed. They do an awful job cleaning/vacuuming the inside. I kept going just to give it another chance since it's so close to my job but it is just terrible. I always have to check it before I leave and tell them to clean the spilled coffee around my cup holder, vacuum spots that clearly they didn't vacuum and add the air freshener that is advertised. Customer service is okay but the work itself is awful and if you go, be prepared to wait at least one hour for your car to be done. read more

On 2/15 I took my car there around 12:30. There were 6 or 7 cars in front of me, and it took me 75 minutes for a simple exterior wash. I'm glad I didn't pay for interior service because it would have taken even longer. When I asked the receptionist, she told me a couple of people had called in sick. If they would have told me that up front they were short staffed and it would take longer, I would have had more patience. This is unacceptable, and the last time I'll be visiting this location. read more

I will NEVER go to your car EVER again... and I will tell everyone I know not to go either! I waited 30 min to get my car washed and left without getting it dried. When a worker was informed of my frustration his only response was.. we are under staffed. read more

I spent 1 hour there today getting my vehicle cleaned. I asked if they were short handed and was told the boss had a worker send some men home. There were 2 line men to service 5 vehicles while I was there. Owner should watch tapes for 2011 Explorer that was there at 2:30. When I left vehicles windshield was still dirty, and bird poo still on window. Never going back on a Sunday, if I choose to go back there at all read more

The prices are super reasonable! The women at the front desk is very sweet as well! My car was done in roughly 10 min and I got a car wash and the inside cleaned as well. Great customer service. The man drying my car Sam even told me that since the forecast was calling for rain tomorrow if I came back Thursday he would do the whole service again at no cost. That's great service! I will forsure be back! read more

I was very disappointed in the car wash I received yesterday. I bought the top of the line car wash for $25 in hopes of getting all the bugs off of the front of my SUV after a week long road trip. That didn't happen. The car atendant said that if it didn't come of while in the car wash, there was nothing they could do, not even trying to run it through the wash a second time. Avoid this place if you really want to get your car clean. FYI don't expect to get your air fresher at all, they forgot mine. read more

This place was closed several times this year for various reasons,. I have had my car washed here 4 times. The first three were ok but today was something different. I decided to spend more and have my car cleaned inside and out. After waiting 45 minutes because they were understaffed, I discovered that my 18 dollars did not even cover washing my front floor mats. I'm not going back. read more

I went there on 1/5 and they were severely understaffed. The staff that was there did a wonderful job given the circumstances but they need to evaluate their workforce. I hate leaving bad reviews but there were 5 cars in front of me so I figured it wouldn't take too long, maybe half an hour. It took about an hour and a half from start to finish for an exterior wash. Everyone else in there had the same sentiment. If you plan on bringing your car here, bring a sleeping bag and don't have plans for much much later in the day. read more
