I've been to other car washes locally and although they are cheaper by a little, they lack the amenities this little gem has! The car wash experience overall was wonderful. My car is sparkling clean! I decided to clean the inside of my car as well and there were many stations to do that! They even had a little air machine to blow out your vents of all the dust and such! So cute! I've never seen that before. I've got to say I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning back!

The quality of the ceramic coating itself was excellent. He mentioned he was using a new product and said he wanted to stop by the following week to check on how it performed, but that follow-up never happened. He also advised me that I would need a special pH-neutral car wash for the ceramic coating. When I reached out to arrange that wash, he was unresponsive. After three attempts to contact him, he responded that he was out of the country but provided no information about when he would return or whether he could complete the job, and I have not heard back since. At this point, I'm not even sure if he's still in business. While the actual work was 5-star quality, the lack of communication and follow-through afterward really soured the overall experience and brought the rating down for me.

I HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH THAT OTHER PLACE HAD BEEN OVER CHARGING ME!! Until, I discovered this wonderful, & trustworthy business!! These people are straight forward, & charge such reasonably rates, that I've questioned them, to make sure they did everything I wanted. Have no doubt! They've done the work on my 17 year old baby's car! They've fixed things, I thought were new... but, saw w/ my own eyes, the dealer had not done what they said!! The first time I called them, I had asked this cute little auto parts store, on Wilson, a few blocks away, where to take my Daughters car. They gave me Batavia Avenue Mobil's phone number. They went & picked up my Daughter's car, right away! Then, they called me, just an hour later, w/ the diagnosis, & price. I talked w/ them about different options. I, always do the best, most safe thing, for my Daughter (still my baby!). So, I braced myself, for the $1500.-$3000. I was used to paying, the dealer! Especially when he warned me, it would be expensive! So, he says: $300. I kid you not!! He got everything fixed perfectly, in no time!! I can't tell you, how relieved, & happy I am, to have discovered this sweet, little Bedford Falls-esk ("It's A Wonderful Life") Auto repair/gas station! Omar, in response to your response below; groupon does NOT write the details of your groupon. YOU DO THIS. I'm well aware of the process, groupon cannot possibly know what you are trying to sell. In fact I asked them about that and they told me you provide all groupon details. You then proceeded to try to sell me just an interior detail at 85% of the interior/exterior detail so i'll let the consumer be the judge if you are just trying to use groupon to get people to call you after you renege on your groupon details and sell them something else. For those interested in his "mobile detail" It is not 20 miles from his location and he does NOT provide the water tanks he says he does.
