Excellent car wash. Fast and easy for a quick wash . Love the heaters so you can get a wash in extremely cold temperatures.

Another day, where many of the vacuums are not working and the air hose to blow out around your mirrors are not working either. You should be able to pull into a stall and have a vacuum on both sides working so you can vacuum out your car and not have to move your car every time.. will you pay for a monthly service and the managers ignore the fact that most of their vacuums are not working do they even check them daily to make sure that everything is functional for what we pay for monthly? read more

Definitely skip this place. I have been here a few times and it's the same story with the soap. They hardly give you any. They told me that I have to buy the more expensive car wash in order to get more soap. Just go up the street to Mr Carwash. For $10 they give you plenty of soap. read more

I've always loved this car wash. Used to live with my parents right around the corner and I wish they had one up north where I live now! Whenever I come visit my parents I always get a wash! Good quality wash, love the dashboard wipes and all the different air fresheners you leave with as well. My husband recently told me about this car wash and after seeing how nice it is I knew I had to check it out. Well, today was the day and I loved it! Or should I say my car loved it? We both did! I pulled up and was greeted at the window by a nice gentleman who asked if it was my first time there. I said yes but my husband was part of their monthly subscription so he explained the pricing and the multi-vehicle discount, should I be interested in the future. He then asked what air freshener I wanted (black royale or lemon), provided me with dashboard wipes, exterior drying clothes, and a pricing guide. I opted for the 'Love my car' option as it's been quite a while since my girl has been washed. He then met me 'in the tunnel' where he guided my car on the tracks and sprayed down my car. After the car wash itself, I zipped to the other side of the building where I could tend to the interior of my car. I think because of the time of day, only bays 1-8 were operational, which I can assume saves energy so I'm all about it! I vacuumed my interior, wiped down my dashboard and air blasted my mats. My girl is sparkling clean and smiling bright now! They even have a pup wash!! I really enjoyed my experience here and with it so close to home, I think I've found my go-to car wash. read more

Have been a member since they opened in Bartlett and usually love it. However I am now using West Chicago locations as Bartletts vacuum system is horrible. Barely picks up anything. The last few weeks has been pretty disappointing. One day went through wash at 4:30 and zero lightning outside to dry my car with towel. Guys walking around but no lights. I pay for the Love my Car for three cars which is $75 a month and several times I get no wheel brightener, have to go through a second time , one of the flame dryers is out. So then I go to West Chicago and have same issues. Half the vacuums are done and not working. Not pleasant read more

I'm a big fan of this wash. Everyone is always very courteous and am always offered the free goodies without having to ask them about it. They usually have two people staffing the tunnel -- one to guide you in and another that manually washes the backside of the car. If you have kiddos in the car, they will put a smiley face on your window. Would be 5 stars but sometimes I've found that the air valves aren't working and that pot hole at the exit has been there a while and the water pools in there, which you have to navigate around. read more

We got in during a grand opening special. This allowed us to pay a monthly fee and allow us to have quick access nonstop into the car wash anytime we wanted to as much as we wanted to. There was always an issue with going through. The sticker in my window didn't work twice they had to fix it took 15 minutes each time. My credit card was declined. Impossible. I see that seven out of 10 times that I went to the car wash the sticker in my window didn't work and they had to try and figure out what was wrong. My wife who is on my account with her car had the same issue And at The end of the day I really didn't think that This car wash really did a very good job of keeping my car clean. Let's talk first about what is great, the items offered with the membership like the tire shine, items to clean inside your car and the air fresheners. They also have a friendly staff....when they are there. The biggest issue I have with this place is availability. The writing was on the wall when I signed up for the service because on day one this location was closed for "emergency maintenance" I put it in quotes because the people at a different everclean had the insinuation that someone may have purposely put up that sign to leave early. Well the trend continued as at the Bartlett location is has been closed more times than it's been open. I have a simple need the membership is supposed to resolve, washing my car, that is the only purpose of payment, if you can't do that what is the membership for otherwise? This might just be an experience with this location and maybe other ones are more available. But there hasn't been 1 full week in a month and a half that this location has worked the listed hours. The big downside for me is this is the location closest to my house, the reason I signed up and now it will be the reason why I cancel. read more

This wash is the best, they care about the cleaning of the car, and the customer's satisfaction. The 2 guys working today Wednesday 3/10, at 8:30 are the reason I drive to come to this wash. Yes there are several closer washes to me, including the Everclean on Lake in The Hills, but that location does not care the way Bartlett does. Robin- the 2 guys that worked today about 8:30 am, deserve a compliment, as they have proven to me this is the wash I will continue to come too. Great job team Everwash-Bartlett !!!!! read more

USERS BEWARE! My husband had a membership here for several months as it was the only car wash he trusted up until a couple weeks ago. He brought our car in for a wash, left the premises to get gas and noticed several dings on the roof of the car, all perfectly aligned. He's the type that inspects his car each time he gets in and out of it so he was certain that the car wash caused the dings. He immediately rushed back to the car wash to speak with a manager and was presented with a teenager who claimed to be the shift captain. The shift captain said that there was no management present (which we later came to find out that Destini was sitting there the entire time) and that he would notify management of the incident and of course this did not happen. A few days later, he returned to the car wash and spoke with a young manager, Destini Minor, who was so incredibly rude. She refused to cooperate with any of my husband's requests, such as providing corporate's phone number. She also kept saying that in her "expert" opinion there was no possible way that the car wash's machinery could've caused the damage. He went into great detail to explain how cars have different thicknesses of metal on different areas which is why the dings weren't present on all areas of the vehicle. In my opinion, these are things an "expert" should know. He went and got a quote for the repairs which came out to $485 and we had to pay out of pocket. He returned today after getting his car repaired in an effort to get pictures of what could have possibly caused the damage. He also asked for some kind of proof that he visited that day or video camera footage to which she claimed that the video cameras are only for show and don't even record! She then proceeded to follow my husband out of the establishment after stating that he wouldn't get a dime out of them and began taking photos of his car as he was trying to leave. Then, to add insult to injury, dropped her phone on the side of his car. I have never heard of such horrific management in my entire life. We'll see who gets the last laugh as we've already contacted legal representation! read more

Finally a car wash that gets it right close to home. We signed up for the monthly package for two cars it's about $40. I get unlimited washes for both my cars. I take them before the rain I take them after the rain. The customer service is outstanding. I'm offered air fresheners, drying towels, and dash wipes with each visit! Great car wash but had to take off a star for the wait. We went on a Saturday morning and it took 30 minutes to get through because of all the members skipping the line and making everyone wait longer. It was our first visit and we got a free car wash for first time customers! The dashboard cloth, air freshener and dry rag were a nice touch. This is hands down the best semi self service car wash I've ever been to. Great customer service from the girl up front and the kid who pre sprays. The wash itself was excellent. You know those "spots" on your car that always seemed to get missed? Didnt happen here. My only small complaint was with the drying.... not as good as I hoped, but honestly it was totally made up by the disposable towel I was given. I like to post dry my car anyway. The other thing that I totally appreciated about this car wash is that there vacuum system is excellent. A lot of times at these places they offer free vacuums, but they stink. These had a lot of power and also included an air hose to blow out your mirrors. I dont live super close, but if I did I'd be a member. Great job! read more

I have a monthly membership. I always go to the Bartlett location and can only go once a week or 2 weeks because of my work schedule. They don't have convenient hours and today they were closed. When I called the employee was rude and did not offer anything to service the inconvenience. read more

What a rip off! This place is a joke! I paid $12 for a crappy car wash that left my windshield filthy along all of the edges. The dryers are terrible. My car was left totally soaked. For what this place charges, they should have guys hand wiping your car off when you come out. You can get the same quantity car wash for $3 on Gary down the road. read more

I have subscribed to the Love My Car (premium plan) monthly membership since the company opened in Bartlett. They used to display the type of car wash on the monitor as you enter. For several months now both Everclean car wash locations (Rt 59 location & Lake street location) no longer display your car wash type. I've noticed that on occasion my car will be loaded with soap and the rest of the time there is minimal soap used. I feel like they are down grading customers to the lower car wash plan without them knowing. My car used to come out clean & now I am left with dirt spots on several areas on my car. They also used to spray your windshield, front bumper, and side mirrors with bug remover in addition to scrubbing the windshield with a brush. Unfortunately it is now hit or miss. The quality of the car wash has significantly changed for the worst. read more

Good car wash, friendly staff, but none of the vacuums are in service. There are laminated signs on all of them saying "Vacuums are nonoperational. Sorry for the inconvenience." Feel like it's a bait & switch. The staff at the payment window should tell you that there are no vacuums before you enter the wash, so you can make the decision to exit. An important part of cleaning your car is vacuuming the inside. I paid $17 for an outside wash only? I'd like a manager/owner to respond. read more

Excellent customer service AND a clean car, um, yeah...I'll be back!!! This was my first time here. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a super friendly and helpful gentleman (I didn't know what I was doing- ok? Ok then). Moved on to more super friendly and helpful folks at the window. I was pleasantly surprised when offered dash wipes, choice of scent #lemonfresh and regular wipes- it's a courtesy at Everclean and it's a classy touch. My car was sooooo dusty and dirty from the construction going on around my house and my son's baseball. Came out sparkling clean!!! Super happy with the car wash and the upbeat customer service made my day. :) read more

While their actual wash service is satisfactory, their customer service is next to none.....I signed up for a membership right after they opened. I only went a couple of times, so tried cancelling my membership. You cannot do anything with your account online, so I tried calling many, many times. Never an answer. Had to actually go in and talk to Destiny. She said that she cancelled my membership. Well, that was in October and my credit card is still being charged every month. I still cannot get anyone to answer the phone, and the email that they have listed (Bartlett@evercleancw.com) is invalid "no such user". So, now I have to dispute the charge every month, and go back when she is there (I certainly don't keep her schedule) to try and get this figured out. Oh, and I also found out that they have nothing to do with the actual "Everwash" chain. They were only using the same name. Very disappointing........ read more

What a disappointment. We were here last week to inquire about the dog wash. We were told that it was open year round and told us to be there one hour before the car was closed. Today we brought our dog and we were told the dog only opens in the spring.... REALLY? The advantage of having a neighborhood dog wash is to be able to wash my dog in the winter. I would avoid this car wash at all costs. I recently had my car washed there for the first time and after the wash while vacuuming my car the windshield wiper came flying off. I notified staff immediately and filed a complaint. I was told the manager would call in 2-3 days. Needless to say I never heard back so I called the manager. I was told she was at home and would call back that afternoon once in her office. I have not heard back since and every time I try calling no one answers. Long story short, my car was damaged and I had to buy a new wiper. I also have the manager Destini refusing to follow-up with the incident report or have any kind of customer service skills. It has been over a week with no response let alone a resolution. All said and done this carwash cost me well over $20 with a lot of frustration. read more

Bartlett resident for 16 years. If you've been going to Mr. Carwash, forget them and head to Everwash for real quality, speed and customer service. Manager, Destiny = A+. Heated air drying instead of a dirty rag to scratch your finish. OK, they're new...still on the honeymoon...but if they stay 80% as good...they are 80% better than the dirty, lowly mess that Mr. Carwash has become. July, 2019: customer service continues to decline. Arrived at the automated wash entrance and it did not open. Apparently some kind of issue with my account due to confusion of having a whopping two cars on the same account and needing to get a printed receipt for one of them (for business). I asked, "I'm in a hurry. Can I please get a wash?" And the result of that is even more questions back to me. Has my credit card been billed? Yes. Your system problem is not the customer's problem!! I'm certain there's a little button in the office that allows that gate to be lifted immediately. THAT should have been the only thing that happened. August, 2019 Went back to resolve the problem. (Which has been persistent.) Not a thing resembling an apology. "Hey, sorry for the hassle. Let me upgrade your wash." Nope! It's the only place close I can get a decent wash in a fully automated fashion and without long lines, so I'll still be a customer for now. read more

Just like everyone else I received my first carwash for free, but I had already done my research in advance and one freebie does not blind me. I signed up for the membership plan on a subsequent visit. I received the sticker from the very young men working the window. I asked if it could be attached in the middle of the windshield behind my mirror where I would not see it. I was told that having it next to my IPASS would be an acceptable location. My next visit was the first time that I went through the express line as a member. I wasn't sure exactly how it should work. The gate didn't go up. My wife suggested that the screen might help. I started touching it and a woman came out and said "don't touch it". She then proceeded to chastise me for the location of the sticker. When I mentioned that it had been allowed by an Everwash employee she seemed incredulous. She indicated that other customers had indicated that they did not like the sticker on the left either. I then received a lecture about how I would be holding up the line on busy days. I suggested that perhaps some changes would be in order to accomodate the needs of the customer. She indicated that she was the manager and this was the way things were... that she does not make the rules. Wondering why a manager would respond that way, I asked if I should instead talk to whomever makes the rules. She responded with a sarcastic "good luck". Thanks for the customer service lesson Destini. I have not decided whether I want to continue doing business with Everwash, but you definitely didn't encourage me. I know that I don't talk about the actual washing of my car. It was good enough that I decided to buy the membership. I was disappointed in the rest of the experience. I just want to get my car washed with as little inconvenience as possible. read more
