The absolute BEST fast car wash you will ever get, trust me!! Pricing is great especially for the service they provide. They always do a phenomenal job with your car. The attendant hand scrubs your car to make sure the hard spots and the back of your car gets cleaned and another hand dries after you've gone through the wash. read more

If you are looking for a quick wash at reasonable prices, this is the place to go. They offer free vacuums before you enter the washing area. I normally go with the 5.00 basic which includes a towel dry. Depending on how busy they are tho determines how much time they spend drying your car. read more

We have been coming here for a while. Today right after I left I got a flat tire. 2 different people asked me if I got a car wash because the side of the tire was slashed and both confirmed this was definitely from the car wash. I tried calling but of course the number no longer works. My 8$ car wash cost me 240$! Not to mention my tires are only a year old. The car wash ruined my tire. Never returning here again. Will make sure to advise anyone not to either read more

Mr Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Bartlett, Illinois

See all

This is a terrible car wash. I went back after I saw the back of my car. It was still filthy. The guy said he doesn't know what I drove through, I said it is just plain dirty. He started yelling at me. I requested to see his manager. He said "I am the manager". I don't know if that was true but obviously this young man has aggression issues. He must have something going on in his life to put his job or his business at risk. He was still yelling as I drove away. You never know what a person like that could do. read more

While some of the staff may be friendly, others are wildly aggressive and downright rude. After my car was still dirty due to the lack of attention paid to it the first time, I tried to go through again and actually get my money's worth this time. However, I was met with the least friendly customer service imaginable from the Asian man. I was told today that the Carwash was not responsible for the dirt on my car.... Safe to say I won't return. Have found a new, and better car wash down the road (for a lower price and more features). Disappointed that one staff member in particular has pushed me away while others have been incredibly kind and hardworking. Will miss the good staff members, but not worth ignoring the ignorance of the others. read more

I live in Bartlett and frequent the Mr. Car Wash since its opening several years ago. Sometimes the staff missed areas, but they're also human. I don't expect perfection every wash when I bring my scum filled vehicle there. Machines are imperfect and I know it's my fault. The staff has always been kind to me and I ALWAYS tip because they are depending on it. Be nice to hard working people and it simply comes back to you. If you're not happy with them, I suggest you go get any detailer to spotclean your vehicle and pay for perfection you demand. read more

I love this place. The owner usually rings me up and gets me on my way through. He is very sweet. The guys work hard and do a nice job. For those of you who commented the dryers look like they hate their lives, try smiling... I always get a nice bright smile in return. Tip them too - I had no extra cash one day so I gave the guy a chocolate bar, his face lit up, guess he likes chocolate :-). Great wash for a great price and coupons for $2 off can be found on the back of your Jewel Osco receipt. read more

Great wash, great price. Simple thing that makes this place so good, having the towel guys dry your car at the end of the wash. Makes all the difference in the world to minimize those water spots. FYI, like many service jobs, these guys work for tips. read more

I went in and asked for a basic wash and then realized that I wanted the supreme with the under carriage wash.. The attendant told me that he already rang it up and that he couldn't do anything about it. He then said that I should have decided before coming in. He then continued to say that I was going to drive through puddles which would take care of the under carriage wash. The attendant was very rude and condescending. To add to this I called the number on the receipt and asked for a manager and the person on the line yelled who is this and hung up. I called back and got voicemail and left a message. No one has called back. The car wash must have changed hands as they are rude and the cleaning of the cars has deteriorated. My gift card has zero balance and I will not be using this car wash again. read more

Awful job! several spot on vehicle still dirty. The rude gentleman told me that i had to wipe them off by hand and that its dirt. they do not get dirt and salt off, but its a car wash " so" would not go there again read more

Not a bad wash for the money, but don't ever go there when they say they're open. I don't know what time they open. They say 8:00, but I live 3 blocks away, and pass it every day from 8:10 to 8:30 and they're rarely open. They need to re-visit their business plan. One day pulled in front of the door at 8:15, ( looked open) with two other cars behind me and we all left. No one ever opened the big door. It's local, but wish they would sell it to someone who appreciates customers and their time. read more

This car wash is affordable for a drive through wash. They also towel dry. Expect to wait on sunny days parking lot is small and they are packed usually when I go. Ranges for a wash are from $5 to $20 depending on what you get read more

Do NOT support this local business. This was the worst car wash I have ever had. Not only was my car still dirty upon leaving, the attendant when questioned, was rude and then verbally abusive because he had not done his job properly, and hand scrubbed (with his long handled brush mind you) the bumpers and windshields properly before entering the electric wash. I never asked for a second wash, but thought he might be able to wipe the additional spots off, but he got aggressive and then had the nerve to tell me, "no wash is perfect, I don't have time to deal with you, you can call my manager, I'm not giving you another free wash!" Shocked I said, "that's exactly what I'll do, please provide his information." To which he replied, while throwing his arms around, "get the hell out of here, get out of here!" read more

Avoid this business at all costs. I have both of my vehicles on the unlimited monthly sticker (which really isn't unlimited) which is besides the point. This location has always been convenient up until today. My car had oil spills from construction and I went to get it washed. The Asian man was irritated that he had to scrub a little harder than usual. After going through the wash and noticing my car was still extremely dirty, I went through again and asked him to scrub my car a little more like he did the previous car. He proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't come there and I should hand wash my car if I wasn't happy. I'm sorry??? Is that anyway to speak to a loyal customer with two $30 monthly stickers? We will be taking our business to Everclear Wash down the road. read more

$5 for a basic car wash... Who could complain?! The wash is just off Route 59 in Bartlett. While it may look busy, the line of cars moves fairly quickly (10 minutes top--definitely beats getting the hose, buckets and sponges out yourself!). The cashier is friendly too. All you're required to do is put your car in neutral, turn up the music and sit back and relax while the machine does its thing. Once you reach the end of the "bubblecoaster," two employees (mind you, who look like they hate their lives) use rags to dry off what the ginormous blowdryer missed. While there were a handful of missed droplets of water on the windows and car, the price can't be beat! read more

Some of the staff is professional while others are extremely rude with a terrible attitude and very unprofessional. As I passed through the wash portion and fan drying section I noticed the hand drying staff shaking his head. As I approached to stop, his frustration continued and it was obvious from his body language that I had upset him. He then took the towel with both hands and slammed it on my car's windshield. After a 30 seconds I decided to have him stop as I did not care for his unprofessional behavior. He became very upset trying to explain that I didn't allow enough time for the fan dryer. He raised his voice and so did I. While I admit to taking part in exchanging angry words, this person should not be employed in a position where you have to interact with people at all and conduct yourself in a professional manor. I would not recommend using this service unless you enjoy the unexpected confrontation. It's obvious life hasn't worked out for this person and he should consider a different source of income and additional education. read more

Went there twice specifically to clean the brake dust off of my wheels. Paid for the 10 dollar wash which I asked up front if it included the wheels. Answer was yes. Wheels looked terrible coming out. Good thing it was only ten bucks. Won't go back, they got me twice. At least they are consistent ! I even mentioned to the guy at the end drying my car and he said the wash got it. They should specify that for the extra money they will spray your tires with water not classify it as a " wheel brighter". In any case it was a waste of money. read more

I came here quite often during the summer and for awhile I thought this was a great place to get my car washed. Then I started to notice all these scratches throughout my car and even on my newly painted bumper. I was sure it was nothing else doing it to my car because I always park away from every other car in a parking lot and etc. I do not recommend bringing your car here unless you want it to get scratched to hell. Instead I go to this self wash off prospect and only pay $3. Sorry but this place is garbage except for the free vacuums, I'll bring it here for vacuuming. read more

Great place. Very thorough cleaning-- I felt that all sides and corners of my car were clean. They have a guy to dry off your car at the end. Very thorough. Nice guy. They offer free vacuums. read more

This place is really inconsistent, it's local and provides an under carriage wash, that partnered with the coupon I get from Jewel is the only reason I return. The staff are always on their phones and very unfriendly. I always have to complete the drying and cleaning process once I pull out. The older gentleman is fantastic and always greets me with a smile, to bad the other staff don't have 10% of that. read more

Free vacuums. I did have to wait about 10 minutes (Friday 1pm) for my turn as there were only 3. The car was only cleaned my car so so and that was the $10 wash. There were still bug guys on windshield and front of car. So basically just your average car wash. read more

When it's nice and sunny out and don't feel like washing your own car, take it through Mr. Carwash! $5 for a Basic Wash! $7 for a Deluxe wash include the undercarrier after a snowy winter will be a grand idea. They towel dry your car. Those prices are very do-able. It gets your car very clean. This location also offers FREE vacuum! read more

I have the monthly supreme car wash plan for $30 which is a very reasonable deal esp in the winter months. I am pleased with the quality of the wash as well as the strength of their vacuums. Their workers are nice enough and efficient. Helpful and responsive when I inadvertently locked myself out of my vehicle. Convenient hours and clean premises. read more

The wash is just ok, my wheels and parts of the car were still dirty after the wash. I think i've had a better wash at a gas station.

A decent job for a quick and cheap wash. OK for winter to get salt off or if the car is full of bugs . There are better choices if you want your car to really look sharp. read more

I have been going to Mr. Carwash in Bartlett for years. I went yesterday and as I was going through the car wash the brush hit my side view mirror and broke it!!! When I got to the drying area I told the person drying my car that the car wash broke my mirror. He went back into the car wash and found the piece that broke off and told me to "TAPE IT ON" really TAPE IT ON..... I think not!!!! I went to the cashier and he gave me the number of the owner DINO I called and got no answer so I went to the other location on army trail road and the owner Dino pretty much said "im not responsible" really your not responsible??????????? I went in with a perfect mirror and came out with a broken one. Now a $5 car wash has cost me over $200. DON'T GO HERE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR AND TELL YOU ITS TOOOOOO F'IN BAD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope everyone who reads this will put them out of business. Maybe if Dino would stop counting the cash and pay attention to the customers who bring it to him he will wake up. read more
