I am not the customer to complete reviews after services. KAON dried my car after a wash today. This is the first time in 18 years of being a member that my car was actually dried off properly with no streaks. I opened the door to thank KAON for his service due to me not having any cash. He was so kind and thankful. read more

Hands down the best and hardest working car wash guy is Eduardo! The care and professionalism he showed in cleaning and detailing my car will ensure that I come back! I would like to leave this review for Emmanuel because he dried my car and he did a great job he was nice and admirable.

I was in for a wash Thursday and Daniyah dried my car. I love the fact that people hand dry your car when you're done with the wash, it really leaves my car looking great! read more

Taha did an amazing job with my vehicle! I've had this vehicle for 10 years with German shepherds shedding and kids eating and drinking, and he cleaned it better than new!! It was amazing when he drove it up and then he had me inspect it with him to make sure I was satisfied. I am more than satisfied! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

Always great service even though the nice weather meant much longer lines and wait than usual. They do a great job on both exterior and interior but I feel some of the interior charges are overpriced. read more

Love their new look! It still gets crowded easily, but not as bad as before. I feel like it's easier to navigate. They really overhauled everything. read more

Favorite car wash! In and out. Does a great job and priced reasonably. Sometimes it is a wait, however if you go early you avoid this. read more

Went in for ceramic coating on my car as well as a steam clean of the interior. They were extremely busy for 8:00am on a Sunday but they really pulled together and moved cars through. I sat and watched it all and the cars looked pristine and showroom ready when they were done. Ron did an extraordinary job on my car which made me fall in love with my car all over again. He was kind and very thorough and my car looks fabulous with very reasonable waiting time. Thank you for loving my car too!! read more

just a super small location where the sprayers get upset with you for "disturbing" the egregiously long car line to the car wash. all i wanted to do was do a plate transfer and the associates were great!!! but the sprayers get so upset for no reason whatsoever i have never had any issues at the oswego location, and it is a much bigger location to go to than the one in Naperville OR Downers.I would rather drive the 40 minutes to the Oswego location then have to sit in the Naperville location again. Front desk was very nice, but they should be able to do membership transfers from one car to the other. read more

Delta Sonic Car Wash - drive in line to delta sonic in Naperville - Car Wash Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Excellent experience at Delta Sonic Naperville on Ogden Road that I had to write about. I have a car thats several years old with some interior staining that has never come out over the years---that is until Employee MICHAEL M got a chance to take care of it. He saw the stains, got his magic tools and formulas, and went to work--before you knew it--the interior was like new. I couldn't believe it. No one else has been able to to do that. Thanks Michael and thanks Delta Sonic!!!! read more

They do have a lot of customers, but there is a reason for that. I have had an unlimited membership for years, and in my experience, the employees have a great attitude and do a great job. The line is sometimes long, but they keep it moving. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would, easily the worst car wash ive ever been too. Even the easy areas like the front and back doors weren't clean. Didn't have time to go. Ack thru read more

Experienced amazing service from, Bryan. Bryan is employed with Elmhurst, Illinois Delta Sonic, and is diligent and efficient.

They did not have any suds on the car, they just used straight up water. I called it out to the manager and he never came over to talk to me. He said that he was going to check the titration. This was on 10/5/2024 @ 5:00 pm! Shame on you Naperville Delta Sonic! read more

Paid for 5hr interior detail clean & it was not clean... many many areas not even touched? They did take my car back after I pointed out the areas thankfully! But unfortunately I had to wait there even longer. Would not recommend :/ read more

I did an interior and exterior car wash. I was upsold on the car wash, my car was still dirty afterwards. There was no instruction on where to go. Staff were not friendly at the drying station. I was told there was no wait for detailing, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes but by that point I had already paid and couldn't get out of line. As you're sitting in line to have your car detailed, you're getting sprayed by the person pressure washing/the car wash. I asked questions and wasn't given clear answers on what the service included. I asked for my trunk to be vacuumed and it didn't happen. My windows are smeared even after they "fixed it". My grill of the car has bugs on it still...I have crumbs still on my counsel. I would not recommend. I've used detail kings in downers grove and friendliness and what you get for what you pay is 10/10 better. read more

Delta Sonic Car Wash - Not cleaned - Car Wash Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

I liked their car wash, but they become very expensive in last one year, jumped the price twice. Started with 10 dollars few years and now it's 45 dollars. I had memberships with them for two cars and I cancelled both. read more

The service has gone way down. The last couple times I had my interior done I had to clean my inside windows when I got home. I did call and complain and was told "sorry about that". Yesterday I thought I would give them one more shot and it was the worst yet. Still had bug smears on the windshield, water spots all over the place and even missed sand on the door jam. I called and again was told sorry about that. This is basic stuff that never happened in the past. I would look elsewhere as I will be doing in the future. read more

Always SLOW at the carwash!!!! I mean, snail service! From the cashiers to the dryers. They move the slowest they possibly can! I don't care what time you come here they move SLOW. They're very nonchalant about it too. They seem to hate life or their jobs or both. But you'll definitely be inconvienced by their lack of concern to move with urgency. Other than that it suffices. read more

Emmanuel was a great help and did such an amazing job with helping to dry my car, i highly recommend him!

I took my Mercedes Benz SUV in for a hand car wash. Ron did an excellent job. I was pleased with the service. They are a bit costly, especially with any additional add-ons. However, the basic hand wash was worth it, especially with the cold temps here in Illinois. Great job Ron. Thank you. read more

I have a monthly membership and I can't tell you what a waste of money for the car wash. this is the second time I've done the wash and car is still dirty looking. it's not like it's covered in caked on, muddy dirt or overly dirty when I come in but it's just dirty when I leave. most of the time I skip the towel dry but even with that the car doesn't get 100% clean. it's a real rip off when you think of what youre paying for. read more

Delta Sonic Car Wash - That's after going through the car wash. It looked like this when I went in. - Car Wash Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Their car wash is good but I was really disappointed with the detail shop. I paid $160 to have the inside of an extended cab truck detailed. (Small space) and when I got it back, I asked them to redo parts of the dash and I was told they couldn't do it. Ended up going back and spending about hour or so redoing all the things they missed myself! Kim C, just an apology instead of how can I fix this? How about a partial refund for the lack of work done? read more

Noel was amazing to finish us off! Made the experience 10/10. Unbelievable. Amazing AmazingAmazingAmazingAmazingAmazingAmazingAmazing

Alan S Id # 41618 from Naperville car wash did an excellent job cleaning my car. He went an extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

On July 1st, I was charged for my monthly unlimited plan. Today when I pulled in to get my car washed, there was a sign stating the wash would be closed until September. Called to cancel and was not given a refund for the remainder of the month. read more

Waste of Money I've had enough of this car wash. I used to faithfully go to the one in Downers Grove and my car was always cleaned thoroughly. For several years I've gone to the Naperville location off and on and I've determined they just don't care. When they clean the exterior there are always streaks and water still dripping. When they do the interior the mats aren't cleaned even though they say they clean them. My car basically looks the same with an air freshener. I complained recently and instead of saying something like what can we do to clean it better, the person said yeah we have a lot of young people who don't have a lot of experience cleaning cars. I was speechless. That's my last visit. read more

I am a loyal member of Delta Sonic for my gas and car wash. Today, I had the pleasure of having my car dried by Ron. He did an excellent job making sure all water was removed. He gave special attention to my side mirrors and the front and rear windows. Thank you Ron for your attention to detail. read more

Ricky Esteban and Ron helped me today at the car wash. They were very friendly and helped identify the right service for my needs.

I have been going to Delta Sonic for months now with no issues. Today I arrived and was immediately given attitude by 2 employees in the car wash, Andressa and Jocelyn. They were both extremely unpleasant and very disrespectful. They were yelling at other costumers in the car wash line as well, it was very off putting. It's a shame that these girls are poorly reflecting Delta Sonic. read more

I LOVE this place. Only 19.99/month for unlimited washes. You even get a special lane for the wash so you get in faster. They have a lot of bays for vacuuming (free). One of the very best things is the gas discount: .10c off just for being an unlimited member THEN an additional.10c if you pay with your Delta Sonic card. It's not a credit card, you just attach it to a bank debit card. read more

Alan C did a good job detailing my truck today. Entire interior was clean, no scrub marks or scratches.

I am a car wash club member, I just ask for additional tire shine, I have been asking for years and the supervisors have been very kind. But today Jessie the supervisor was very rude and did not value my membership for a couple of dollars of tire shine. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional. It is not worth a membership, to dispute a asking for additional tire shine. read more

I took my car today for interior detailing along with car wash and seat shampoo, the service i got was worst. I could see dust still remain on the doors and dashboard and panels, also on the cup holders. this is not what I expect for the money I paid. read more
