The only one that has hospitality is the girl at the front desk. she mind as well did my tints herself. she was very pleasant. I said Good Morning to the owner he didn't acknowledge a customer in his waiting room , or if I was be helped, nothing of that sort. when I was all done he just placed my keys on the desk and no " Thank you for trusting us, and checking us out, and if you have any questions or concerns please give us a call. would have saficed. Sadly my visit was not it. The whole time I felt like just take my money and that was it. I'm just another money sign to the owner. I work in customer service so hospitality is a huge thing that makes my decision to come back and refer my people or never come back again. Out of the three lanes at least one is ALWAYS closed, vacuums are frequently out of order or one side is missing the piece that you need. The dryer absolutely does not dry the car, and it doesn't get my car clean- it's more of a rinse. I used to have the pricier membership but switched to the cheaper one since it wasn't cleaning well anyway. I don't notice a difference between the tiers. Staff is mostly kids that don't give af about your car.

I think the planning behind the layout could have been way more intentional. Unfortunately noon on a Friday is peak hours- this place was packed. So packed it got to a point where it was almost ridiculous, and the line wasn't that fast. However, I was really desperate for a car wash. I came in at 12:31 noon and I didn't leave until 1:06 pm. I definitely wasn't expecting a trip to the car wash to be 30 mins. This wouldn't be so bad if the performance made up for the wait time. However, unfortunately my car still had some dirt marks. My car was mostly clean- but not fully. Which is surprising because this place is uber popular. I got the very basic car wash for $7, maybe that's why my car wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. I would much rather go to my usual car wash spot that's $2 less. My car is usually spotless when I go there. At the very least I can finally cross very popular car wash off my list but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Unless of course I really REALLY need a car wash.
