The diffuser install ended up being a headache. Rather than force it or tell me it wasn't going to work, they reached out to the company that supplied the part and worked with them until it was done properly. It took a lot more time than any of us expected, and they didn't charge me anything extra for it. I also had them PPF the trunk, which came out perfect. I've taken this car to two other detailers before, and the work OGD did was a clear step above both. Good people, and they clearly care about doing the job right. I'll be bringing my car back.

The communication before drop-off was excellent. They answered every question I had -- and I had a lot. Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. I was so happy with the full body PPF that I went back and had them do window tint as well, which also turned out great. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend Aesthetic Styling, especially for anyone who is particular about their vehicle and values quality workmanship, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

They didn't align the driver side door back correctly so the soft close wouldn't work and the jam wasn't aligned. This also made the vehicle wrap bunch up and peel off within a few weeks due to the weather stripping rubbing against the body unnecessarily. They also broke my passenger side mirror. Admittedly it had been cracked but I never got a chance to swap the spare one I ordered because they JB welded the mirror back in place after snapping it which then also made the motor not work. They also cracked the rear bumper during removal but claimed it was hidden by the wrap and didn't matter. All of these issues were wrapped up with "well, it's a little bit older so it's gonna break". For the price I'd expect a bit more.

I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised.
