I was a member of their car wash "club" for a few years. After moving away I tried to cancel by…read morephone, and was given a hard time by a rude employee. I was told it was canceled, but here it is a month later and I see that more money has come out of my account. So I called again, again was told that i am really canceled this time, but they can't refund me because I can't come in. Going there is not possible because I moved. So basically Fullers Car Wash has "stolen" my money and are reluctent to refeund me. I would not recommend them at all. No excuse for rude employees.

They're a fully-automated wash with a ton of options and reasonable prices. A top of the line wash sets you back about $15, with a free return wash within 5 days. There are a bunch of other freebies, too, like a bug-scrub pre-treat, vacuums, and floor mat cleaning machine. My only complaint is that the drying portion of the wash is only so-so, but they even give ya free towels to dry off with (you have to return them before you leave - you didn't want to keep that manky old towel, anyway, did ya?)

I think the planning behind the layout could have been way more intentional. Unfortunately noon on a Friday is peak hours- this place was packed. So packed it got to a point where it was almost ridiculous, and the line wasn't that fast. However, I was really desperate for a car wash. I came in at 12:31 noon and I didn't leave until 1:06 pm. I definitely wasn't expecting a trip to the car wash to be 30 mins. This wouldn't be so bad if the performance made up for the wait time. However, unfortunately my car still had some dirt marks. My car was mostly clean- but not fully. Which is surprising because this place is uber popular. I got the very basic car wash for $7, maybe that's why my car wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. I would much rather go to my usual car wash spot that's $2 less. My car is usually spotless when I go there. At the very least I can finally cross very popular car wash off my list but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Unless of course I really REALLY need a car wash.
