What sets this place apart is its affordability and the range of complimentary amenities it offers. They provide free access to vacuum cleaners, compressed air stations & floor mat cleaning machines. During the summer, they even offer complimentary water bottles with every wash or free microfiber towels & car fresheners on certain days. While the blow dryers are inept, they provide compressed air & I always keep a supply of microfiber towels in my trunk to ensure a thorough drying. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience has been positive. The staff here are consistently friendly & accommodating.

The line for the car wash during good weather extends onto Farnsworth, and the staff does almost nothing to manage this aside from put up a few signs telling people not to block Farnsworth. Getting to the vacuums or the mat cleaner with the line situation is a total nightmare as well. I'm really not sure why they haven't expanded this location, as it's next to a completely vacant field. The place is constantly SLAMMED, so you'd think more room and maybe another car wash lane for people to go down would similarly increase how much money they're making? I think the planning behind the layout could have been way more intentional. Unfortunately noon on a Friday is peak hours- this place was packed. So packed it got to a point where it was almost ridiculous, and the line wasn't that fast. However, I was really desperate for a car wash. I came in at 12:31 noon and I didn't leave until 1:06 pm. I definitely wasn't expecting a trip to the car wash to be 30 mins. This wouldn't be so bad if the performance made up for the wait time. However, unfortunately my car still had some dirt marks. My car was mostly clean- but not fully. Which is surprising because this place is uber popular. I got the very basic car wash for $7, maybe that's why my car wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. I would much rather go to my usual car wash spot that's $2 less. My car is usually spotless when I go there. At the very least I can finally cross very popular car wash off my list but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Unless of course I really REALLY need a car wash.
