Don't know what happened to Fullers but it's now called Sparkle Wash and the quality of my more expensive car was absolutely horrible. There's left over soap all over my car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unless you support maltreatment of employees and like paying for services you're not going to get... I suggest you drive the extra 5 minutes down the road for a better wash. I paid $15 for the medium level wash and my car looks dirtier than it did when I went in (pics). I asked the young lady to come take a look and was told no re-wash's or refunds per their policy. Unhappy with this, I asked for the owners number and after dialing his number, she started crying - clearly a red flag for toxic management. I hung up as the last thing I wanted to do was upset her. He called me back and to my surprise - his concern wasn't about resolving a customer concern at all. It was clear from the tone in his voice that he wanted to reprimand the employee that gave me his number. When I refused to give him the employees name or hand her MY phone, he hung up on me. So here I am, out $15, dirty car and feeling like crap for making the young lady cry. The concern should NOT have been with the employee but with the crappy equipment they use to wash cars and the self-serving policy they have in place (that is no where written on signage). This should really be for zero stars. It's my fault for not listening to the reviews but I guess you make bad decisions in a pinch. This car wash couldn't even get the bird poop off the windows. And your manager has no business being in customer service. I asked to speak to him after finding some curious marks on the side of my car that weren't there before, including a chip on a car handle. All on the same side. I wasn't yelling, I didn't even ask for anything. But he immediately began patronizing me saying that something must have hit the car door....okay...multiple times in different spots in a consecutive row over a foot long?? That is highly improbable. Then he said why don't you check the other cars and see if they have damage? Then he started walking around the car saying, "oh, is this from the car wash? Is that scratch from the car wash, too?" Excuse me. I didn't bring up any other scratches. Just the ones from the door. He was extremely rude to me. If he's that sure that there's no way that the damage could be from the car wash then you could at least be nice about it, especially if I'm not being hostile (annoyed maybe). this is the worst carwash ever... after having long standing monthly memberships on 2 different cars. we took my 2022 jeep wrangler through the wash only to come out with a cracked windshield. after days of attempting to contact the owner, he basically told us to get lost and it's not his problem... Mr Collin fuller was the most unprofessional person ever! needless to say we have been told that in the past week a few other cars have come out with the same problem and were told the same thing.... we canceled our memberships immediately and are very disappointed in the way we were treated, especially by a local establishment. read more

Some mud was on the mudflaps that did not clean off and they have no pressure washer to clean it off nor is the car wash adequate to do a good underside cleaning. I come to fullers quite frequently for car washes and they always do a great job. Today I had a some sort of tar substance on the side of my car that just wouldn't come clean. The owner Bob stopped what he was doing and came over to personally work to get it off by hand with wax and whatever else. I don't normally leave reviews for businesses but this one was bad enough to justify it. I purchased "the works" (a $17 option) anticipating that it would at least get my car clean but frankly that isn't the case. The entire rear end is dirty, the front bumper doesn't seem like it was cleaned whatsoever, and the wash failed to remove even the simplest of dirt splotches. The only thing that functioned even remotely well was the vacuum's, and even then they were sub-par. If you're looking for a good wash, this isn't the place. read more

They do a good job at cleaning your car. The price isn't bad either but just be careful. They tend to be rather rough and not tell you that they've broken anything in your car. I wish they told me about them breaking my rear view mirror. I can put it back in but it's just a hassle. read more

Went to get my car washed this am. When I came out - still had bird droppings on the hood of the car and bugs on the windshield. Guy in charge said that the (standard equipment) rails on the top of my Suburu Ascent tell the sensors not to use the center brush, so the whole center of the car will not be washed. Paid $7 to get Jeep Wrangler washed. It was still very dirty upon completion of wash. Showed manager and he advised that any car with a spare tire mounted on the back of a vehicle does not get cleaned properly as their sensors do not allow brushes to hit the side of the car. We asked for refund and were refused. They offered another car wash - drove the Jeep Wrangler through the wash again and still came out dirty. Manager indicated that they are unable to provide refunds - and we left with a dirty car. Would not recommend this car wash. They must have been paying close attention to what the manufacturers minimum distance was because you darn near touch the bumper of the car in front of you. One star only because I have too. I have been a customer since opening day coming WEEKLY! Today as I was vacuuming I noticed my car was still pretty dirty so I asked one of the guys what he thought. He sprayed my car with something smeared (what may have been grease?) all over them got the manager, Juan. Juan was SO rude to me telling me he couldn't help me and to take my car somewhere else?!? I asked if I can go through wash again because my car was still dirty all over (NOT GREASE) he said no, then I said can I have a refund and he said no because they wasted soap on my car already! WOW!
