I made a road trip from LA to here with my wife and our five dogs. You can imagine the amount of dog hair that accumulated on the ceiling, floors, and every spot in between. The exterior is flawless. All the swirl marks are gone, and the plastered bugs are no more. I went with the Monster SUV full detail package, including a buff add-on for one panel. Let me tell you, I have not seen my car this clean since I rolled off the dealership lot. I recommend you support this family business. They are very nice people and do wonderful work. I wish I took before pics but here are a few after.

I recently visited one of the best car washes I have experienced so far! They come very close to…read moreperfection, with just a few exceptions. Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

I expected solid work going in, but the final results honestly blew me away. One thing I really appreciated was the correction of damage on my trunk lid from a previous botched paint job. The pricing was extremely fair, especially for the quality and amount of work put in. He clearly takes pride in what he does and went above and beyond. The quality of the ceramic coating itself was excellent. He mentioned he was using a new product and said he wanted to stop by the following week to check on how it performed, but that follow-up never happened. He also advised me that I would need a special pH-neutral car wash for the ceramic coating. When I reached out to arrange that wash, he was unresponsive. After three attempts to contact him, he responded that he was out of the country but provided no information about when he would return or whether he could complete the job, and I have not heard back since. At this point, I'm not even sure if he's still in business. While the actual work was 5-star quality, the lack of communication and follow-through afterward really soured the overall experience and brought the rating down for me.
