Was going to bring it to Infiniti to get it fully assessed and fixed but the dealerships outsource this type of thing and I wanted to be sure it was done properly. Scouted around the Northshore looking for someone with a stellar rep and Windshield Pros is who kept coming up as the best rated so I figured I'd give them a try (Lombard). I called and explained the issue and the office manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating (she's definitely a credit to their operation). They squeezed me in 1st thing in the morning next day at their shop and the owner (I believe) himself handled things (personable, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and by all accounts truly trustworthy). He brought me into the shop to explain a few issues after assessment and was able to fix it without needing to replace all of the expensive pieces necessary. I was fully prepared to replace everything and get a new windshield and new trim pieces but after working his magic it turned out to be unnecessary for the time being. Honest, quite knowledgeable, and very good at what they do (also had an opportunity to meet a couple other techs and they were equally savvy, friendly, and obviously knew their trade). The price was more than fair, imho, and frankly I can't think of any reason why I would go anywhere else in the future for any of our 4 vehicles. Iirc, it was Bill Simek who I dealt with and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, the Lombard front office, and the friendly techs I met.

However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

I ended up having them come to my house to do the repair on a day I knew I'd be home. They called ahead, an hour before to let me know they were on their way so I wasn't waiting around all day. 2 men show up and get right to business- they were funny and gentlemen. I offered them some drinks and and food and they accepted the soda and water but declined any snacks... he said not to worry, they ate last week (I let out a laugh). They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.
