We had some work to be done on one of our cars, which required special attention due to the sensors involved. Royal was very understanding even though there was a situation with the insurance that was paying the bill. Royal was able to not only get the parts and repair the car in a reasonable time frame, but they went above and beyond with cleaning up the car. They removed some "Art" my young children had made on the inside of the car doors (which I appreciated) in addition to making the car look brand spanking new. What was interesting is that the last time we had to have our car worked on, at another body shop, they had to drop off the car at a dealer to get the sensors calibrated. Royal was able to do it onsite and get it done quickly, which was great! Royal also made it easy to get our rental car situation addressed. Not only from the body work but the extra touches. Joe and his staff do an incredible job. They have done collision work, rust work, cosmetic custom work, rebuild work to my vehicles. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.

This body repair site is second to none. It is a family owned business and Dominick the owner really took car of our repair better than I would have expected. He called me because he found something that he didn't think was right and wanted to get my approval even though what he was doing was perfectly okay. He kept me up to date and even replaced the rear gate because he was concerned about how it was closing and didn't want me to have an issue later down the line after the insurance company had paid. What really impresses me about Linos is that he stated that if anything comes up that I'm not comfortable with he'll take care of it. Also if I have a minor issue and I want him to look at it then feel free to bring it to him. Just the other day a week after getting my car back, a check engine light came on which I thought might be attributed to the repair. I took it back to Dominick, and without hesitation he said no problem, let him know when it was convenient for me to bring the car back and he'd get the situation resolved. This shop is completely ethical and has an honest approach with their customers and secures quality replacement parts from the dealer.
