Rather than simply proceeding with the repair, they stopped, investigated the problem, documented what they found, and brought it to my attention. I was particularly impressed by how thorough they were. They took extensive photographs, explained what they were seeing, and provided me with a detailed explanation of the problem. Their investigation identified that a second layer of paint had been applied over an improperly prepared base and clear coat, which created a potential future delamination issue. They could have simply repaired what was visible and moved on, but instead they took the time to investigate and determine that there was a larger underlying problem. Throughout the process, I felt that Royal Coach was looking out for my interests as the customer. They were professional, transparent, responsive, and willing to stand behind their work and their findings. Even though the paint issue ultimately became a much larger matter involving the manufacturer and dealership, I am very grateful that Royal Coach identified the problem and documented it so carefully. Their diligence gave me the information I needed to address the issue properly. The final repair itself was outstanding. The vehicle has a black metallic paint finish, which makes any imperfections very easy to see, but Royal Coach completed the work flawlessly. The repaired areas look perfect, and the quality of their craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Royal Coach based on my experience. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.
