Extremely professional; they handle all aspects of your repairs including insurance issues, ensuring you are worry free. The owners are honest, respectful, trustworthy, helpful and they take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It is a very busy shop because their work is impeccable and everybody loves them. Their rapport and personalities makes you want to hang out there, work there, become friends with them. After this experience I really don't want to take my precious car anywhere else. It's a salon for your car! I wish they had a service department. The shop service experience was pretty much straightforward, dropped off the car talked to the insurance companies and they worked everything out. There was a small issue with paperwork but that was insurance company related and quickly resolved. They didn't have a few parts in stock so we had to wait an extra few days for them to get everything repaired. Quality takes time and this job shows how they took time and used proper skill to restore our vehicle to mint condition. Can't speak for costs since it was all covered by the insurance. The estimates given to the insurance company didn't seem overpriced to me though, but that's coming from someone with no prior body shop encounters. And hopefully this will be our last. I chose the highest rated Gerber in my area even if it wasn't the closest. Only to receive a call a day after drop off that my car was being taken 45 minutes away cause they actually were too busy to work on my car. So it was brought to a lower rated shop without my consent. Multiple times I was told my car would be ready in a specific day and received NO notice that it was delayed. I got out of work early for pick up and arranged rides with friends. Only to find out my car wasn't even ready. When it was done 3 weeks later they drove (not towed) it back to the WRONG Gerber. So I then had to drive to a third Gerber for pick up. After pick up I took my car to be looked and elsewhere and was told I had severe bad alignment in my front tires -interestingly enough the same part of my car that was hit. I called Gerber to ask if they checked my alignment I was told they couldn't legally tell me, a separate time I was told u can't mess up ur alignment in an accident, I was told they would have someone call me back. I called 4 times and was never given an answer as to the repair. Finally in December tow months after my accident I was called to get my alignment fixed. Only to find out the only place I could go was 50 minutes from my home. Then after my appointment they called saying I owed 500$!!! They had lost my original payment for my deductible. They corrected the situation and offered to try and refund me for my deductible cause of my troubles and to look at my car again. I called after the holidays to go through with the process and never heard back. Now I've had to pay to get my car checked out elsewhere and can't trust my original repairs there. Also found it strange that ok pickup my car magically had a small crack in the windshield after being worked on by a glass shop...

This last time they even fixed a clip that was missing from my right front panel, and they did it as a courtesy and for free. Such great people.
