I brought my Kia car to them because the trunk was sticking up on one side quite a bit and thought maybe the hinge needed to be adjusted. Originally I had brought it to Kia and they said to bring it to Collision Center. In less than five minutes it was fixed and no charge. I need some body work done to the car and plan on bringing it back to them because they care about the customers. They could have charged me and they didn't. I highly recommend them. read more

I had some scratching on my bumper that I wanted fixed up and they were very thorough. I had taken my car to another service center first and Collision had a better eye for detail noticing all of the imperfections that would need to be fixed. They would call and keep me updated on their progress and were very quick and friendly. Very easy to work with. read more

I was referred to this shop by my dealership after my SUV was sideswiped in April. Since it was minimal damage I didn't take it in. In August my SUV was backed into and badly damaged. So, I took my car to Collision Service Center for an estimate and told that my SUV would be ready within 3 - 5 days after I dropped it off. Dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. They do excellent, quick and quality work. The staff is very helpful and friendly. read more

Incredibly Honest business , great work, and they've got themselves a client for life . Brought a Range Rover in for some cosmetic damage. I found the entire staff to be very professional. The day I dropped the car off for repair, I received a call from the owner. He informed me that, after giving it a second look with the repair professional, they would be able to perform the job differently than initially thought, it would be ready the next day, and it would cost me only 1/3 of what I was originally told and had agreed to. This type of honesty in the car business is unheard of. Wow. I picked up the car, repair looked great, and they detailed the car to make it look like the day I bought it . I highly recommend this business. read more

My white Kia Optima was rear ended and sustained a small crack in the bumper along with a black scuff mark. CCS did a great job restoring the bumper to its original condition. When we received the car we noticed that a small crack on the trunk was missed . It was so small that both my husband and I and the technicians missed it.....nevertheless CSC made the necessary calls to get the supplemental damage approved by the insurance without issue. Alex did a great job explaining tHe process and updating us about the car. Couldn't be happier! No doubt in my mind this will be our go to spot! 5 star service. read more

I wish I could rate this business with a 10 star review! I have had body work done a few times & each experience was beyond a pleasure. Besides there work being perfect they even have the job completed earlier then quoted many times. The owners & staff are so nice to work with & they keep you informed of progress while the vehicle is there. When the vehicle is completed it is cleaned inside & out cleaner than when I brought it in for the work. An overall great experience! Thank you Ernie, Aurora, Nancy, Alex, & team! read more

After having my car for only a week, I was rear-ended and the guy that hit me sent me over to the shop because he knew the owners. I checked out a couple reviews and we decided to take a chance. I'M SO GLAD WE DID, we just got the car back an hour ago, and it looks AMAZING. The owner Ernie fixed up a few other scratches we had as well for next to nothing. The girl who answers the phones was super sweet and answered all my questions when I called in. We're so happy that we found this shop for our future needs. My Fiance is super picky when it comes to work being done to his car and said he's even going to take his Porsche in for some touch ups. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to fix up their baby. read more

This family business is by far the best group of people I have ever dealt with. They do fabulous work and always try to help you out with cost, rentals, and will even have someone pick you up. They are such personable people. I had a car in their shop a few years ago and recently brought another and they remembered me and asked my how my daughter was as my first appt I had to cancel due to some medical issues she had. I highly recommend them as they are fantastic and treat you like your family. I will forever be a customer! read more

Had an unfortunate run in with a deer that decided to play chicken on the highway right before the holiday season. They were recommended through a friend for their friendly and quick service, so of course I was surprised that A) They could help me during a busy season B) they could get my car parts in this economy and C) the time frame I was quoted left my jaw on the floor; in a good way. Upon arrival i was greeted with a eager smiling front desk assistant and one of the owners. Both gladly helped me and ran me through their process as well as had an available person to take me to the rental facility where I could get my temp vehicle. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, I arrived bright and early like a kid on Christmas morning, I was greeted by the other owner who was finishing up an amazing job on the holiday decorations and offered me a complementary beverage. Never saying no to something free I gladly had a freshly grounded and brewed piping hot coffee that would give your average barista a smile. Adding to my already delightful mood was my baby Jeep looking brand spanking new like I had just purchased her fresh off the lot! 10/10 would always recommend read more

I rarely do reviews, but Collision Service Center deserves a shoutout. Nancy did my estimate for my vehicle. She did a excellent job explaining to me all the damages for my repair and following up with me from start to finish. There was also another guy in the front desk area that helped me out as well. He helped me schedule a vehicle rental. Sorry I forgot your name, but you were awesome as well. The customer service at Collision Service Center was the best that I have ever experienced. I chose this place because of their positive reviews and it exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service and my car looking brand new. I couldn't ask for more. read more

First and foremost I want to apologize for such a late review. That said, I want to thank you Joe & Staff for taking SUCH great care of me. For those of you reading this, I had an unforeseen accident and collided into a tree with my Thunderbird Convertible - my summer toy. I didn't go through my insurance company, as my rates would skyrocket. That said, I researched reputable companies with excellent reviews and found Collision Service Center. Best decision I've made, EVER! Outstanding service! Superior quality! Impressive communication! My entire experience from beginning to end was PHENOMENAL. My Thunderbird looks the same as I drove it off the showroom floor, absolutely stunning! I will ALWAYS recommend Collision Service Center to anyone who needs repairs. Thank you all again for your superior service! I will post before and after pictures with the week. Thanks again! read more

I cannot say enough about this place. I've had the misfortune of having my car hit four times in the past year. The first three times I went to the dealer from whom I bought the car for body work. The last time I went to Collision Service Center. The difference was night and day. The work was finished exactly when they said it would be, which was a welcome change from my other experiences. Ernesto was exceedingly friendly and thorough to work with. And the girls up front, Nancy and Aurora, were not only cheerful, efficient, and helpful, but were also really knowledgeable about the repairs being made and the expectations I should have. They contacted me to let me know that the cost of my repairs was going to be slightly higher, and also contacted me when they found a way to lower my costs. In the end, I paid less than the original quote, and they took care of contacting the car rental company as well. After my first visit, I got the distinct impression that this was a family-owned business--everyone I came in contact with seemed to have pride in what they were doing. When I picked up my car, Aurora told me that it was in fact a family business, and that they knew they needed to be better than the big dealers and shops. They definitely are. They took what had been a terrible experience (due to the crappy insurance company of the guy that hit me) and made it a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend them without qualification. read more

I was very impressed with Collision Service Center in Schaumburg, IL . As soon as I arrived at the shop I was greeted by the owner Ernie De Loera. He made me feel very welcome and then went over the issues with my car. He promptly gave me an estimate which was very reasonable and about less than half of another estimate I had. He then accommodated me on the schedule and arranged a rental car for me. Needless to say, the excellent service he gave me has made a very good impression on me and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a reasonably priced and high quality auto body workshop. Great service. This is the second time I've used Collision Service Center. First off they remember you secondly they are real down to earth people. And 3rd they do great work at a fair reasonable rate. I came in yesterday to have some trim work done on my Chevy Tahoe and they realized they had received the wrong trim part. They offered to get me a rental at their expense until the correct part came in today. I don't know of a lot of places that would do that. They have my business from now on. Highly recommend them read more

This is the second time I've brought my vehicle to Collision Service Center, and both times my experience has been AMAZING! From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, everyone you interact with is absolutely wonderful. They are personable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Aurora, the Office Manager, is so pleasant and professional, phoning throughout the repair process with updates and expected work completion dates. And Nancy, the Estimator, she will give you an incredibly thorough estimate. She painstakingly inspects every inch of the damaged area, taking photos in every nook and cranny. Once the work has been completed, someone will review the repairs with you to ensure everything is top-notch before releasing your vehicle. Whether you're dealing with Ernie, the President, or anyone else on staff, you will receive outstanding customer service! The employees at Collision work and communicate very well as a team. Until this past year I've never needed auto-body work, but am I ever grateful to have found such sweet and skilled people at Collision Service Center. My Chevy Colorado and Toyota Camry look gorgeous after Collision finished working on with them; the sections that were damaged look brand new! read more

This is an overdue review. Around two years ago, my wife got into a car accident. The whole roof and part of the side of the truck (Honda Pilot) needed to be replaced. The repair was done by CSC and you cant even noticed what happened to this car due to a great job these people did. Then, 2 weeks ago, we got into fender bender on the same car and obviously we took car to CSC. They fixed it and the result again was great. Excellent customer service, Alex the estimate guy did a great job explaining the process and we are very happy with the customer service and the repair done. Highly recomended. Thanks. read more

Nothing worse than getting in a car accident. Especially when your favorite car is now in horrible shape. But nevertheless, CSC was there to restore my car back to life. Ernie and the crew were amazing. They were friendly and professional, handled work with my insurance company, and it was all done before the deadline given. Cannot recommend these guys enough! read more

This shop is amazing. I can't even describe how well they take care of people! It is truly a family environment, and the work they do is amazing. They are incredibly fair, fast, and friendly. They treat you like you are a member of their family. Having an accident is stressful enough, and they totally understand that. I can't recommend them enough, and I have had a lot of experience with body shops in my profession. These guys go above and beyond! read more

I've had a chance to look at the dent and paint repairs after I drove it off the premises today. The dent and paint repairs: seamless and beautiful! I feel I got a good price for the repairs as I wanted to pay out-of-pocket instead of going through my insurance. Thanks for taking care of my baby, Joe. The office staff were very nice, too. Highly recommended! read more

I got into my first car accident and had to deal with a crappy insurance company, but dealing with this auto body shop made the process bearable. I probably called there everyday while my car was in their custody and the receptionist was just as sweet every time I called. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner was very nice too. If you want good service this is a good place to go. My car drives just the same as it did before the accident, which was almost 3 months ago, and nothing has had to be repaired since. My experience with them was great! read more

Most importantly, the stress about "what if's" has been removed, because at Collision Service Center, the GoodWill comes 1st. I'm in the Woodfield area and for years had been using a family owned business in Hanover Park for body work. On return of my previous auto after their last work, the battery cap was missing. My calls to ask about resolution of the problem were not returned. Fortunately, although 3 weeks past its Interstate warranty, Firestone provided a new battery. That car has been replaced by a new 2015 that has been collecting mishaps and rather than have it age into looking like a jalopy, I decided to get some work done. Having the garage door frame pull the cover off a side mirror helped in deciding to do it now. All the costs for repair of my collected concerns are under the deductible, so these would be out-of pocket costs. I went to YELP to check reviews and found the 9 (now 10) - 5 star ratings for Collision Service Center, and it being near to home, I headed out for them. 1st meeting Nancy, she attentively took the needed information, and seeing that I had the housing for the side mirror, she went to the car to attempt to reattach it. When the parts were not cooperating, she called on Joe. No problem, he was able to immediately attach it, no charge ~ CAN YOU BELIEVE? We then reviewed my other concerns, including a dent with a deeply gorged scratch obtained from an inconsiderate Costco shopper. Joe shared with me my options, from the customary costly fix of removing the door and its trim to paint, to simply applying touchup paint to lessen the noticibility, and who can touch it up better, and why. Don't you love having the options presented to you? I sure do, and due to the neighborly fixit contributions of Joe and Nancy, and our discusstion of options, Collision Service Center will be my GOTO. read more

These folks know who to turn a bad event into a great experience! They held to their word on how long and how much. Prices very fair compared to the competition and repair was expertly completed; you'd never know where the damage was located. Nancy at the front desk is pleasant, friendly and a good communicator. Joe, the owner, very customer oriented, dedicated to his trade and a nice guy! Strongly recommend this shop based on excellent people, good prices and outstanding work. read more

A good friend of mine referred me to collision service center my friend had some work done there in the past, the receptionist Nancy was a complete pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with the service that I received, you do not get this kind of service now days. When I got a phone call that the repairs on my Mercedes Benz were complete I was not sure what to expect, my car looked like nothing had ever happened to it. I am not one to write reviews very often but Collision service center impressed me so much I had to tell it to the world. I highly recommend anyone with any car make to try them out you won't be disappointed. read more

By far one of the BEST customer service experiences I've had in a VERY long time. Both Joe (owner) and Nancy (Front Office) were exceptional. I stopped by this shop based on Yelp reviews for an estimate. I was paying out of pocket (versus going through insurance) and Joe explained in detail what he could do to keep the cost down. And, without asking, he lowered the quote once I made the appointment. When I picked up my car it was spotless and I found a handwritten thank you note in my car when I drove away. As another reviewer said it best...they turned a bad event into a positive experience. Highly recommended! read more
