Of all the estimates, they were by far the best and they knew and took into consideration I was paying out of pocket and that I simply wanted done what was most necessary (door) and everything else (scrapes, scratches) can just be touched up. They were even able to find a used door in great condition to help cut cost, which was truly a great move. I was surprised they were even able to transfer the rain deflector to the new door. I had one place try to take me to the cleaners with adding rims and everything else they could think of. Northern Frame & Auto were straightforward and honest. They didn't try to screw me over. Purchased a 2010 Nissan with 100,000 miles. Was told by Joe Davie the owner if you have any issues…read morein the next couple weeks just bring it by and I'll have my mechanic take a look at it. after one week the power steering wasn't working correctly and it was power steering fluid leaking. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.
