Mobile detailing? Who knew? What could be better? I can sit in my own house while they're working on the car. I wish I'd taken before and after photos! I was given a car by a rescue owner. She'd use it to transport dogs, move hay bales to put out in the dog yard, and it's a 1995 vehicle so it needed a GOOD cleaning anyway! These guys did an awesome job, every nook and cranny just like I asked them to. Inside and out, everything shines, including the tires! The young men were most courteous. Forgot to mention: I really wanted to get this car clean and feeling like MY car before having to use it. Only good thing I can say about these guys is that they were on time and friendly. That's where it stops. I have a 2018 f150 that I have a lot of work done to and keep it immaculate. The only reason I wanted a detail was for a good buff and wax due to the fact my truck is black and prone to swirl marks. They told me their service included a buff and wax. They did not do it, they left scratches in 4 different places on my truck. When I contacted them about it all they said was "I'll come Saturday and redo the outside and fix the scratches" no apologies nothing. Their lack of empathy is what made me post this review. These guys know how to take care of a dirty car! They did a full detail on my 2017 Lexus IS300 FSport. They cleaned it up very nicely and was very respectful with my car. They kept me updated in a timely manner they cleaned the inside and outside of my car my rims are shining like they've never shined before they also cleaned the inside of my engine. My main probably was my cat peed in my car and also stolen so it was veryy dirty. They shampooed my seats and did a odor bomb the pee smell is completely gone my carpets and seats like brand new my radio dash is clear with no dust.
