Was going to bring it to Infiniti to get it fully assessed and fixed but the dealerships outsource this type of thing and I wanted to be sure it was done properly. Scouted around the Northshore looking for someone with a stellar rep and Windshield Pros is who kept coming up as the best rated so I figured I'd give them a try (Lombard). I called and explained the issue and the office manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating (she's definitely a credit to their operation). They squeezed me in 1st thing in the morning next day at their shop and the owner (I believe) himself handled things (personable, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and by all accounts truly trustworthy). He brought me into the shop to explain a few issues after assessment and was able to fix it without needing to replace all of the expensive pieces necessary. I was fully prepared to replace everything and get a new windshield and new trim pieces but after working his magic it turned out to be unnecessary for the time being. Honest, quite knowledgeable, and very good at what they do (also had an opportunity to meet a couple other techs and they were equally savvy, friendly, and obviously knew their trade). The price was more than fair, imho, and frankly I can't think of any reason why I would go anywhere else in the future for any of our 4 vehicles. Since the original paperwork stated a lifetime warranty on Gerber's work, I took it back and the location manager, without hesitation, said they would prep and repaint the bumper at our convenience. The bumper looks great. The work was done on time and without charge plus they thoroughly cleaned the exterior and interior of her car. Hopefully, we won't need bodywork in the future but we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Despite that bad experience, I reached out today to ask how long it would take to assess my battery (for a newer car, not the one they drained the battery). "30-40 minutes", and that was with an "appointment". How does it take 30-40 minutes to assess a battery when you have a scheduled appointment? It does not. The one good thing about Belle Tire is that they have self-service air available 24/7, so if your tire pressure is low this is a good place to visit.
