Had a few chips that quickly became large cracks and needed a full windshield replacement. I compared a few options and found out that Safelite wouldn't do OEM glass. Called auto glass plus based on the good reviews and they took care of working with insurance and gave me instructions on what I needed to do as well. They were able to have insurance cover OEM glass replacement which made the process smooth. The day of the repair I was running late and ended up being late for my appointment. Initially I was told I would have to rebook since there wouldn't be enough time for the repair. It was my fault, so it was fair, however one of the techs came in and said they might be able to get it done. I was thankful that they tried to work it out and they ended up being able to complete the work. So far the work seems good! The only issue was that the wiper arms were misaligned and were smacking the A pillar. I ended up adjusting it myself to fix it. TL;DR: Staff made process smooth. Tech made glass smooth. read more

I was recommend to go see Joe at Auto Glass Plus from Dave & Jim's Auto Body and I couldn't be happier. Joe was able to get my '70's muscle car in and out in a couple days. He had to remove the rear window, do a little body work, and reseal/set the window so it won't leak any more. His price was very fair and he kept my car in the shop over night. We went there because of good reviews here but think again!!! We went there because my windshield was leaking on my passenger side.They fix the passenger side but now other side is leaking so went back again but they couldn't find problem area. We came back home and found the leaking area asked them to fix that area but still couldn't fix the leaking area.But the problem is his attitude toward fixing this problem. We have wasted so many days back and forth to fix this problem but they never apologized for this inconvenience. They end up giving me refund without fixing the issue. My problem is in his attitude toward this situation!! My precious 4 days was wasted and yet issue is still not resolved. He never apologized and was irritated by me going back and forth trying to solve this issue. They are not professional!! read more

I was backing into my garage and before I knew it, I hit my driver mirror on the wall and it shattered. I went to this location and the owners were amazing. They offered me water too. (I refused, I had some in the car) I got my mirror fixed within 15 minutes. When I drove away, I was able to see when I reversed. That might have been the best part. Cory told me the windshield would be fine, with the dent by the roof. The work was done and only at check out was the disclaimer supposedly voiding the warranty put on the invoice, which of course I did not sign. Been leaking since day one, a body shop has re-done this and 12in of lower left had no glue on it. Total disgrace. read more

I can't say enough good things about this business. We've used this business multiple times for all of our vehicles and have always had excellent service. Today I brought our vehicle in and dealt with the company on my own for the first time. It was what service should be. They took down my number and called when the vehicle was ready. Not only does auto glass plus replace your window at a reasonable rate they also fix what other replacement window dealers ( Safelite auto) have done to rust the window frame which eventually led to the window breaking on its own. What? You do more than just windows? They're actually very high skilled and take pride in their work. For example, Joe replaced my broken antenna that was duct taped to the roof and their next job for me is to re-condition, fix the rust and paint the wear and tear that's accumulated around the rims of the tires. I spoke with Corey, and he gave me the quote over the phone (the price was very reasonable). I dropped off the car, check In was super easy and fast. I got a call from the shop that afternoon, letting me know that the car was ready and asking me to call the shop to make pick up arrangements. I got tied up with the meetings and totally forgot to call. Corey from the shop called me again, just because he wanted to make sure I can pick up my car in case I needed it that evening. I ended up picking the car up he following morning, and again- they called me from the shop to make sure someone is there when I pick up the car. I had a cracked windshield and they came out to my home and replaced it right away. When I came home to inspect the windshield I noticed a scratch on my brand new 2015 Lexus Rx 350. I've done business with Joe a few times. Great, friendly guy. Every time was a favorable experience. Over the years on various vehicles, I've had a broken windshield, broken driver's side window and most recently the spongy rubber trim was coming off my Accord sun roof and catching on the roof upon closing. Joe took a look, grabbed some sealer and it was fixed in five minutes! Same day, he also repaired my wife's Sienna windshield rubber trim that was shrinking and coming off the plastic shroud. My wife's sunroof/moon roof recently broke (the actual glass, not just the motor). If you're not aware (I wasn't) it's really difficult to find a place that can do this kind of work. My wife has an older car, so I didn't really want to shell out the dough for a brand new piece of glass, and he was able to find one in a junkyard in Kansas or Missouri (she drives a 2001 European car, so replacement parts can be difficult to come by and/or expensive). I appreciated the effort in tracking that down. The work was performed in a timely manner, and pricing seemed fair (but it's not like I'm in the market to replace my sunroof every month). Maybe I'm just being picky, but I would have appreciated a quick vacuum to get up all the bits of broken glass. Maybe they did and just missed a bunch. Either way, I heard about it from my wife after she picked up the car. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to return to these guys. read more
