I purchased a BMW from this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before buying the vehicle, I did my due diligence and contacted the BMW dealership that had serviced it. They informed me that the valve cover was leaking, and there were signs of leaking CV axles. I asked the selling dealership about these issues directly, and they denied any problems. The vehicle also had an overwhelming air freshener scent at the time, which I now realize was likely intended to mask the smell of burning oil from the valve cover leak. After purchasing the car and bringing it home, I confirmed that the valve cover was indeed leaking and had to be replaced, along with addressing the leaking CV axles. More concerning, the blower motor later began making noises, and during inspection, multiple hidden air fresheners were found crammed near the blower motor intake--five in total--causing the issue. These were the same type and scent used throughout the vehicle when it was sold. I had to pay $400 out of pocket just to have these removed. This clearly indicates they were intentionally placed there to mask odors and were never disclosed. When I contacted the dealership to discuss this and see if they'd be willing to make it right, they were dismissive and defensive, even going so far as to deny ever using air fresheners--despite clear evidence to the contrary. They then accused me of "threatening" them when I mentioned I would be writing a public review if they weren't willing to address the issue. I also plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. This dealership was not transparent about the vehicle's condition and used questionable tactics to hide known issues. I strongly urge any potential buyers to get an independent inspection and be very cautious when dealing with this business. read more

Buyer beware!!! Make sure you see the vehicle in person and do a thorough review. I bought online out of state (can you say sucker) and asked many, many questions regarding its condition. Was told by Marvin & Joe the car was in perfect condition, no issues. Yes, clean CarFax but is a rust bucket POS. Sure, they painted a few rust spots under the car after I questioned things (just to satisfy me) but at the end of the day sold me crap. Brake calipers rusted out, amongst many other things. Don't let their staged photos fool you. What things appear aren't reality. The Explorer showed up with bubbling rust spots, chipped/starred windshield, bad curb rash on every wheel, scratches and dents all over and smells like a wet dog inside. I'm none too pleased. They knew what was up and lied. I own it now and am looking at thousands of dollars to make it right. I sent Marvin an email documenting the issues and no response. SHADY is being kind describing what they do. As a buyer do your due diligence and see/inspect the vehicle in person because they cannot be trusted for their word (or their "shop" that does the in house maintenance work). It's unfortunate because what was portrayed to me wasn't what the car was in reality. read more

Not worth the money for the Platinum Wash. First - the exterior was not cleaned properly and trunk was still dirty. ( hard to capture in a photo) Second -employes are not professional and damaged several cars right in front of everyone. When asked if they might of hit our car managers response was why are you complaining its not yours. Would not recommend this place and would not leave a car for detail. Employes do not respect cars and management does not want to address the problem. After driving the car for 20 min i had to revise my review to a 1 star. The interior panels and doors have this nasty milky residue all over. So disappointing and definitely not worth $40 read more

So I've been coming here for about a year now ... they do amazing work ... always happy with my car when I leave !! I've had the same car every time I've come to them to do the interior and exterior! But for some reason today was different... one of the car wash people came out and asked what I would like .... I said I'd like the interior and exterior done .. he then ask's me a question they've never asked before ... do you have a dog ? I said yes.... He said that will be $25 more... I said why ....? I've never paid $25 extra for my interior done ... so I said while I was on the phone they wanna charge me $25 fucking more for dog hair.... Lol there isn't any dog hair in my car... my dogs don't go in my car!!! He said I don't like the way you're talking to me ... because I said the f word and wasn't going to let you screw me !! Unprofessional!! Do not bring your car here if it has 2 hairs in it !!! They'll charge you $25 more !!!! This is the interior of my car ... that has dog hair lol!!! read more

I had brought my car to this location for a full detail. I found out that the location was now owned by new people and decided to try the new guys out. I left my car overnight for them to start the detail work in the morning. Went to pick up my car the next day and found that my cars OEM hood scoop had been broken (I have a newer car and had photos from 2 days prior with the part attached and the car hadn't been driven in days prior). I pointed this out to the owners and then told that it was like that when the car was received and was told they have everything on video. I asked to see this and they tried to find an image showing this but they could not produce. In frustration I paid and went home then fixed the hood scoop myself within 20 minuets of pointing out to the owners (it was not in clipped in to place and was probably jarred loose during buffing). When looking over the work I found that the car still had wax and portions of the cars exterior visible panels were still dirty. The same day I called and told them problems and was told to bring it back in. I left the car for 2 more hours and went to pick it up and found they still did not address some of the dirty locations. They brought the car back in and I also pointed out that they scratched on my instrument cluster. I was told that it was their when I dropped off the car. I asked for evidence and was told that it was not them. Even though I was told that with my full detail that I would get a free car wash, I never went back (never will with these owners). I found that one of the old employees started his own detail shop and now instead of driving down the street for a wash or detail, I go to Lake Zurich to get my car details done (with all people I used to bring to this location). The owners Joe and Danny are not honest people and will not stand behind work done "beware". Note: I would bring multiple cars for full details, but will not recommend this location any more! read more

A young gentleman (look Hispanic) greeted me and explain everything with detail about the problem I was having with bugs in the bumper/ hooded parts of my car. So I am disappointed and will not go back soon, but I think the business deserves to know why. It's not the wash (and I was too cold to really inspect my car when I arrived home - I ran inside to warm up). I have always used this car wash location, despite ownership changes. When I arrived this time, a sign indicated the front door was broken (where prices are listed), not to worry, a nice man greeted me. Told him the wash I typically use and went inside the waiting area to work and wait. One of the benefits of this car wash is that I can usually get some work done while I wait. Not so fast...it is a chilly day and once I popped open my laptop to start working I realized the place was freezing cold. I checked the thermostat on the wall (no one was inside) and it read below 60...well, no wonder. I was so cold that I could not possibly concentrate. So I headed over to grab a cup of coffee to warm up...power on machine was off, with no way to turn it on. Annoying ad videos blaring on the screens (please turn the sound down if you must). No TP in the ballrooms. I could not wait to get out of there. Look at the wall...and the prices have increased significantly. If I am charged this much for a car wash, need to wait this long, the waiting area should be MUCH more hospitable than this. Prior ownership always had the inside in lovely shape for its customers, for a lower price. I will not hurry back. read more
