I went in one afternoon for interior cleaning " the whole thing" I went to get a $10 tip off my card so I can give a generous tip within not even 15 minutes. They called and said my car was ready. I thought that was really quick, but I was greatly disappointed when I went to my vehicle and saw that condition was greatly neglected. We are doing construction at home dust got in the inside of my car. Everything was left as is. Just to back up when I pulled into the bay to have my car interior cleaned Christian is his name did not ask if there was anything that I would like for them to pay close attention to because that is one of the perks so I felt it necessary to explain tohim that our home is under construction a lot of dust if you could kind of pay attention to everything. He said OK. He didn't say hello. He didn't greet me. He didn't say anything. I was equally as surprised when I went to my vehicle that they did not ask me to walk around to make sure everything looks good so I took the liberty in doing it on my own. I handed a different gentleman $10 tip. And I was expressing to him that my maths were puddled with Water. If he could dry them off, I paid extra for that not that it matters, but it was important to me. I walked around to the driver side and saw that the jams of the car were covered in construction dust, it was just a very, very sloppy job. The gentleman said I did not do that side. I said somebody did a shit job. Christian came over seething. He was trying to tell me that it's raining outside. That's why my mats were puddled with water. There was a mist of rain. If you could call it that. I asked you if you could just dry them. He again told me it's raining outside. I said can you just dry my mats? He again went on to tell me it's raining outside. I realize that at that point that Christian was very confrontational. He then continued to repeat himself. I said I just gave the other gentleman a $10 tip. I am here for a service. I'd appreciate it if you would just dry my mats and quit talking to me. He said you don't have to give a tip. I said I've been coming here for a very long time. He said I'll give you your money back. I said I don't want my money back. I want the service that I just paid for to be completed. He aggressively walked up to me and said "did you tell one of the workers here that somebody did a bad fucking job on your car?" YIKES!!!! I immediately felt threatened and intimidated by his aggressive demeanor. And I said no, I did not. Can you please quit talking to me? I opened the back door passenger side of my car. The jam was covered with construction debris and I said, do you see this? Can you wipe this down? He said is that a rhetorical question you told me not to talk to you. I thought this guy is a ticking dangerous person, and I did not speak to him after that. When I noticed he was done with my car I got in my car and he was at my car window after I shut my door carrying on asking me "so you're just gonna leave?" Over and over again at my window.. After I left, I immediately reached out to speak to their corporate office to report him. A gentleman from a different waterway reached out. I let them know that it was imperative that I speak to somebody in position of authority. Jason called me several days later he made it clear that he spoke to employees at waterway regarding the situation. I told him I demand to have something written in Christians work file regarding his aggressive behavior toward me. Jason went to talk about having a safe work environment for his employees. I thought that was very odd. YIKES!!!!I BELIEVE customers need a safe environment as well. Christian's behavior was extremely aggressive. My conversation with Jason was concluded when he said he is going to tell me something and then this telephone call is going to be over in essence. Before I allowed him to have his say, I told him I'm going to contact my lawyer and hung up on him. When Christian walked up to me using the F word I feared for my life. He was very angry. The way he was at my car window when I was just trying to get away from him was frightening And Jason was talking about a safe work environment for his employees. How does that make sense? I am unsure if Jason from the corporate Arena put something in Christian's file. That's why I'm here at Yelp. I do not recommend this car wash

We pulled into a spot so the car could be dried. The waiting area has drinks, snacks, candies, greeting cards, car accessories, a few chairs, and I assume bathrooms. Not a bad spot to chill while they dry. Overall, a pretty decent job. The employees were pleasant, they did a nice job. They didn't dry everything as my car has those telltale water lines crisscrossing the exterior. Some parts of the windows still have salt. Let's face it though, a better job than I would have done, and during winter? I'm glad the crusty salt is gone.

I appreciate the mat cleaning machine as well as the rubber mat cleaning station. The way it is set up, I feel safe walking back and forth to clean more items. The last time I checked out a tote to detail the inside, most of the products were almost empty, but the previous time was wonderful! There are always people around so again, I feel safe taking my time to empty out garbage, vacuum, and care for the mats. As a single mom who feeds the local marching band and will drive a kids as long as I have seatbelts, I am happy to have access to keep the car clean and smelling nice! As someone who avoids the automatic car washes, it was amazing to find a spot that offers the speed of an automatic conveyor belt wash while providing a detail oriented hand wash approach. Let me tell you, these guys are a well oiled machine. Once you pull into the bay you are instantly met with a rinse and soaping, then a meticulous two stage drying process. If you opt for an interior wash, door jams, floors, trunk and interior surfaces are also quickly cleaned.
