The shop is spotless and everybody working there is professional and friendly. My car was ready on the day Daniel conveyed it would be and it literally looked better than the day I purchased it. I had to fix the rear bumper in my Genesis. So I went to NorthShore Car Center. In two days job was done. Flawless. They gave me a loaner for a two days, no hassle and price was OK. Around two months ago I accidentally hit a pothole. Bent a rim, also some damage to suspension was done. So, went back to NorhShore. They told me that RIM can be fixed, straightened. Tire had to be replaced, so they ordered the replacement. Alignment was done the same day when they installed the replacement tire. Pricing was very reasonable. I think I will stick with this place for car repairs, if needed. read more

I own a 2016 Audi A4 with a check engine light on unable to pass Illinois emission test to renew my license plate sticker... I received two very pricey estimates of repairs from other shops ... My car had broken fender and door before I brought it into Northshore Car Center. The door was completely destroyed to the point where it wouldn't even open and the fender was all banged up. But after just a weeks worth of time the car was looking brand new with a complete fix of both the fender and the door along with a car wash to top it off. Had Northshore do rust repair on my BMW wagon tailgate (rust came back after the dealer repaired it six years ago). They did a nice job, and even buffed out the brake dust-stained wheels and detailed out the entire exterior of the car. The claim is a lifetime warranty on repairs which no other body shop is willing to offer- certainly not the dealer that fixed the rust originally under the recall. Certainly worth a visit if you're looking for auto repair of any kind. read more

I had a simple repair my left turn signal bulb went out. I requested a quote and was told it would be $10. The dealer had previously told me 40 because it was hard to get at. I made an appointment ten minutes later the bulb was replaced and the mechanic said its nothing. I was very happy with the service. We will use them for more extensive work on our cars. read more
