Moved to Des Plaines three years ago and this is a neighborhood gem! The team here have their process on cleaning the cars and haven't had any issues on any of my cars. I discovered this place on accident while getting gas and have previously gotten my car cleaned #5 interior and exterior with floor at cleaning. Always satisfied. Has been my goto car wash as it is. Hand car wash. But this time, I don't know what the reason was - the owner Juan C did a shoddy job with a exterior wash.. Compaints: 1. Corners were cut while washing. Car had a white stain on bumper which was still as-is after wash and wax. I clarified with Juan - the owner and pointed it out to him on the spot. His response - this has to be waxed and polished for a total of $250. I came home and Sprayed Bug And Tar remover, let it wait for a min and used microfiber towel to clear and voila the stain was gone. Cmon - if you can not do your job properly, with how a hand car wash is supposed to, you don't deserve my business. I tried calling the shop to notify them before posting this review to give them a chance to rectify,, but no one picked up. I GUESS this shop will lose at least one loyal customer. read more

Wish I could give a five star. We came for a simple car wash, #5 in their menu, meaning it is not their basic. When we came home, we realized that the trunk was never cleaned. Mind you it was an empty trunk that we had purposely emptied it so they could clean it faster. I called immediately but they never answer, couldn't even leave a message. My first visit here was a few days ago and the rave reviews on here are not wrong. I came on a Thursday before 11 so I caught their Early Bird special ($13.95) that runs during the week and before certain times (check out my photo for exact details) it applies to cars only and cash only for the "Basic in and out " service (menu also in pictures) I haven't had my interior cleaned for an embarrassingly long time so the work was cut out for the fellas. Not that it was filthy per se but definitely needed a good vacuum and dusting. While you wait for your car there is a small waiting room with a TV and magazine to keep you entertained. There is also a locked Tip Box on the counter inside for you to leave something for the hardworking guys. By the time they finished washing the interior and exterior and exterior was hand dried, it was give or take 20-25 minutes service only. This does not include me waiting in line with one car ahead of me. So realistically speaking- my guess would be - if you see a line you may be waiting more than 30 min from being in line to finish at the very least and more if there are a whole bunch of cars. If this is the case, use your judgment if you are on a time crunch and don't get upset that there is a long wait. It's pretty unfair to rate a place poorly based on unrealistic expectations.You wouldn't want them to rush through your car and finish in like 10 minutes doing a half a$$ job right, so don't expect them to rush through others. Anyway I had a great first experience here and plan to come back for future visits! read more
