When I was looking for a car wash place, this is one of the top ones Yelp recommended to me, and…read morewhen a friend in the neighborhood said this is the one she goes to that sealed the deal. I got there at a good time--it was raining so I guess no one was interested in getting their car washed; there was literally no one there but me the entire time I was there, which based upon the other reviews may be unusual. Better for me because I had six or seven guys working in my car so it certainly sped up the process. Since I had removed all the junk from my car AND had un-installed my daughter's car seat so I could clean it and wash the fabric, the rain was not about to keep me away. I asked for their ultimate wash, as well as conditioning the seats and a hand wax. They were done within 30 minutes, and my car looks great. I'm going to get it detailed closer to summer, but the cleaning I got here makes me feel so much better and now I can put that full detailing off for a while longer. The car is shiny inside and out and now I'm not embarrassed for people to see inside my car! Although there's a place much closer to my house (it took ~15 minutes to get here; the other place is maybe 2 minutes away) they have better hours for me so I'm pretty sure I'll be back and keep racking up stamps toward my free wash.

However, the Monthly Pass is a problem. Don't do it. I had the monthly subscription. They make it impossible to change payment sources and impossible to cancel. When I go there in person, they're to busy with lines on cars to help. Furthermore, I went to another Fuller's around Schaumburg/ Palatine, and it's a different owner. Luckily, the owner gave me a free car wash because he felt sorry for me that I was hoodwinked. They should be upfront about owning only certain Fuller's. They should make it possible to change payments. Not to mention, it's hard to read the numbers on the sticker and no way to look it up!

My car looked sparkling shiny. There was a line but it went really fast. I'd recommend this wash if you live in the city and you have new/newer car especially with ceramic coating.
