I wasn't even really sure about the products or techniques to use either. I went in for an estimate and I was lucky to get a next day appointment for a Saturday at such a reasonable price. I received a phone call before my scheduled pickup. I was overwhelmed by how my truck came out, beautiful and like brand new. I ran my hands over it and it felt so smooth. I got there at a good time--it was raining so I guess no one was interested in getting their car washed; there was literally no one there but me the entire time I was there, which based upon the other reviews may be unusual. Better for me because I had six or seven guys working in my car so it certainly sped up the process. Since I had removed all the junk from my car AND had un-installed my daughter's car seat so I could clean it and wash the fabric, the rain was not about to keep me away. I asked for their ultimate wash, as well as conditioning the seats and a hand wax. They were done within 30 minutes, and my car looks great. I'm going to get it detailed closer to summer, but the cleaning I got here makes me feel so much better and now I can put that full detailing off for a while longer. The car is shiny inside and out and now I'm not embarrassed for people to see inside my car! Although there's a place much closer to my house (it took ~15 minutes to get here; the other place is maybe 2 minutes away) they have better hours for me so I'm pretty sure I'll be back and keep racking up stamps toward my free wash.

Over the last 8-9 months I've run my automobile through and the majority of times I end up having to DRY my BACK END OF IT because its not even touched and I spend a good deal of time drying it myself ! THE BLOWERES DO NOT DRY THE BACK END OF IT. My monthly fee includes everything including the TIRE SHINE... If its not 2 of the 4 tires it is all 4 OF THE TIRES NOT BEING SHINED WITH THE ARMOUR ALL. Not realizing until I told him I have the monthly package with everything did the DUMBASS say , "well I can run it through again but your tires look shiny already". to which I said , THATS BECAUSE I RUN IT THROUGH EVERY DAY! Plus I said , I'm paying for a wash thast includes everything and if its not drying it , it's not getting the tire shine. and they've done it before I don't understand the problem, if its not working then do it manually like everyone else has in the past. There are about 6 people put in different areas of the cycle that are spraying, washing, waxing and then drying your car all by hand. They even have an air blower that the dryer person uses to get in all the nooks where water collects! My car desperately needed it after all the salt and debris caked on. My car looked sparkling shiny. There was a line but it went really fast. I'd recommend this wash if you live in the city and you have new/newer car especially with ceramic coating.
