So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! I had scheduled the windshield tint on my tesla app which I paid for the service thru them and I told the person at the counter, which he tried to bill me additional to tesla. After the work is done which was 45 min. I received no warranty info on the work. He gave me my keys and no paperwork at all. I find that very odd. The work itself is great. The front office was a bit weird for me. Would I come back for other work. I am not sure.
