My one-year-old vehicle was damaged in a 50/50 fender bender (you should see the other guy!). The damage was substantial, and complicated by hip replacement surgery (i.e., no driving for six weeks) shortly before the repair was done. No problem - Armen had the car picked up at our home, and promptly delivered when finished. Honestly, the car looks as good or better than new, and working with Lakeside is always a pleasure. The cost estimate was very reasonable, and Armen worked very well with the insurance adjuster, without any significant reduction. Thanks so much, guys!!

The team did a awesome job using some state of the art ceramics. The ceramic coat on the paint…read morecreates a deep lustrous shine. I have had black cars before and none had the deep gloss of my GV60 with Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The finish repels water and dirt. Super easy to clean and then dry with a leaf blower. Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.

I left them the truck for a week, since I was out of town for work. When I returned, could NOT tell the bumper was replaced. Matching that paint was an absolute work of art, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their work. Their pricing was EXTREMELY fair, considering the paint matching I am SURE was a VERY time-consuming event. THE PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE BEYOND REPROACH...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Two repair places had promised they could fix the glass and then cancelled on me because they weren't qualified to make the repair. I was skeptical that Nick & Ernie's could fix the windshield because I had been burned twice already. They were very professional, communicated well, and updated me throughout the process. The day of the install arrived and they took my keys. They let me know when my car would be ready, and when I arrived, all was well. Windshield looked perfect, car was freshly washed and looked gleaming. It even had those paper mats. Nick & Ernies is certified for my brand. Hope I won't have to see them again (fingers crossed), but if a problem comes up I know that they are preferred and can be counted on to do the job right!
