There are a ton of staff, but not one of them is helpful! They ruined my day!!! Their entire parking lot is like something out of a horror movie! They do not take pride in their business at all! Staff is milking the clock for sure! The assistance button is just for decoration, guys. read more

DO NOT RISK IT! The car wash prices and tech look good on surface. The two star review is because the washers were super aggressive. Got the most expensive. After inspecting the wash there were multiple digs into my paint all the way down to the metal. Past the ceramic coat, clear and paint. WTH?! And I don't ever get touch washes. 5 stars! Believe the reviews. My hubby and I headed to Zippy's over the weekend to clean the winter out of our car. This place did a great job. We opted for the $11 Deluxe wash: Basic car wash plus clear coat protectant, tri foam polish, and tire shine. We pulled in, paid, received a receipt, and followed the signage and headed to the drive-through wash area. Of course my hubby was spacing out, and his window was open. I kept telling him to close his window, and at the same time the attendant was telling him to put the car in neutral, so we got some suds in the car for a brief moment - haha. Be focused as you drive in. Anyway, we got a nice brush wash on our car, and drove out looking shiny and new. Our car thanked us...trust me. After the wash, we headed over to the free vacuums. The area looks like something out of Willy Wonka. The vacuums were strong and there is a little station where you can throw out trash, clip your mat to the vacuum stand, and get right to cleaning. They thought of everything! Note: Our mats still have salt on them. We definitely still need a good mat wash. If you don't mind self-serve, you'll love it here. And, it made for a fun date with my hubby while the kids were out. It's definitely out of the way for us, but we'll be back for the vacuums! read more

I feel like I have waited so long for a place like Zippy's to open up in the area. For too long there has been only one discount car wash in the area that really hasn't kept up with the times. After a winter full of snow and salt Zippy's is the perfect cure for your car. It gets your car pretty clean considering the price. The rain-x treatment in the Extreme Shine truly does a great job in keeping water from beading on your windshield for better viewing when it's raining. In addition to their wonderful washes they also have plenty of vacuums available, mat holders and high pressure air sprays to clean the mats. Those sprays definitely do a good job but don't get too close or the dirt will blow back on you. Don't ask me how I know this. Highly recommend this wash! read more

First, this is a very busy location and it is commonly packed. The cleaning process isn't that good. I Rafaela exit the location with a clean vehicle. The scrubbers don't work very well and the vacuums don't always work well. I pay $28 a month and I always have to clean the outside of my vehicle even after it goes through the wash. It's probably time for me to look else where. I just wasted a trip and almost no soap was applied to my vehicle. read more

This place is a scam. Or at the very least, grossly incompetent. I paid $7 for the basic wash and I am positive that it didn't wash my car at all. I went in right behind another car, on the direction of the guy working the entry door, and as I'm going through I can see that there was no water or spray or anything that washed my car. The car in front of me however was getting a complete wash and spray. The guy directed me in way too soon. I don't know if he did it on purpose, but if he did that means he's saving on the output/machine operations, while he's taking the money. To top it off, and to prove my point, the garage door at the end of it actually shut on me before my car could leave. Stopped at Zippy's today for the first time. My car was really dirty and I usually park under a tree at home. The hood looked like it had blood spots or something reddish. After paying for a wash, I pulled up to vacuum, and saw the hood looked just as dirty as when I came in. I saw they had an office so I decided to go see if they could help me to figure out what this was on my hood. I believe I was speaking with the owner. I didn't catch his name and he said he'd come take a look at it. He let me know that that was tree sap and it's hard to get off, but he had something that he could spray on it and then I could go through the car wash again! I have never been to a car wash that offered such fabulous customer service. My car looks brand new and I will be a customer of theirs going forward. I highly recommend this place. read more

Stopped here today and got the $11 wash. I don't normally stop after a wash, so when it was done, I left to go to a Dr's appointment. I got out there to see how the wash did and first noticed it didn't clean the bugs off the front grill. I then walked around back, and it looked like it never even washed the back. When I get to the passenger side, there is a long line of what looks like plastic down the whole side of the car with a fine scratch under neath it. Absolutely the worst car wash I've gone thru. Don't take chances here unless you have an old clunker you don't care about. read more

We drove to Chicago on Dec. 23, 2022 from Charlotte, NC. The worst weather we could have made that drive in. Our white Santa Fe was unrecognizably filthy. Everyone at zippy's were so helpful when our car didn't clean the first time around and let us come through a second time free of charge and offered a third time when it still wasn't completely clean. They brought us out some cleaning supplies which was a huge help. just generally a friendly and helpful group of people there. Wonderful customer service. I really wish I had taken a photo of what our car looked like before the car wash so you can have a sense of how bad it was beforehand. read more

New in my neighborhood! They offer a free car wash via adverisement in FB when you sign in to their website. Good wash experience, safe rollers, no scratches after, dry blower is powerful, free vacuum. One good thing is they kept my lost front car plate that fell during my 1st carwash. This is the best car wash I've ever been to. It's brand new, has offered a couple great deals, and there is plenty of space for many cars to visit at once. I particularly liked the track system inside the wash. There are studded, flat tracks that you drive onto that are different from every other car wash I've ever been to. I felt like my tires were more safe on these and less likely to damage tires. Also, easier to drive onto without having to try and align your car. I received an email when they first opened with a voucher for a free car wash, which was a very nice introductory offer. The employee who helped me at the machine when I arrived was so helpful and approachable. Even the second time, I was approached by another employee at the machine who offered help. I usually see an employee outside when I'm there which is nice knowing there is an actual person available to help instead of using the intercom at the machine. The car washes I've received were thorough and I haven't noticed any damages to my car. The dryer at the end is powerful and pretty important overall. There are, I'd say, at least 15-20 free vacuums available and all seem to work very well with good suction. I currently have an unlimited package which I have never signed up for in the past. They offered an excellent deal around New Year's and again I appreciate the offer and customer service. Everything is exceptional here, just wish it was a bit closer to my house, but worth the drive for now. read more

Great car wash and really good vacuum suction on each of the vacuums, I've never had to move to a different vacuum. They also have mat holders to make it easier to vacuum the mats in the vehicle. If you have rubber mats they will power wash them by the entrance into the automatic car wash. If you have a question and call they don't answer but they will call back. Been here 2X, the first visit was not great but had brushed it off and wanted to give the place another go. I had opted of the $18 wash, but the wash itself takes no more than 2 minutes. The wash itself is just okay, the windows still dirty after the wash is over. The worst part about the experience is the abrasive brushes scratched the paint. I won't be back, but totally understand how convenient the wash may be but not for me. read more

I got charged twice!!! I called for cancel the monthly charge and he told me he will refund but I got charged twice same day!!!! And I just reallized that they charged last month without getting any services Most of all their car wash service isn't so good and my front tag was fall and missing after the car wash here. Best car wash in town!! I honestly go there every couple of days because their monthly service is so affordable.

The most important thing of course is the wash is fantastic!! But equally important is the staff and management are great!! with all the construction around town something got on my car and the manager literally had me go through twice then Grabbed a hose and power washed everything with the help of staff and upgraded my wash. I previously bought two monthly passes for our cars and I can't recommend them enough not only for a great wash but real commitment to service and as someone who works in the customer service industry it's awesome when someone provides you great service especially after a long day. read more
