I had a blow out on i55 2 hours from my home and knew I needed a tire place close to have my car towed to. I spoke with Walter numerous times before my car even made it to their location and he was empathic and genuinely concerned for me. He located a tire and they haven't fixed yet but his help has been outstanding. Just tires did an amazing job and took attention to detail when removing tires from my rims which I know is their job but concerned me with custom rims. I truly cannot thank Walter enough for everything he has done for me. read more

I had a brake warning come up on my car. The brake fluid needed to be topped off. I took it to our local Mazda dealer. It was suggested to me to get new brakes, tires and the brake fluid. I was charged $199.00 diagnostic fee, which would have been removed if we had the work done there. A total of $1,300.00. We decided to take it to Just Tires in Plainfield. No diagnostic fee, no brakes needed, no tires needed, and an alignment for free. Nice people to work with also. Linda Moore read more

Had my tires filled because my low tire pressure light came on my dash. This has been happening every winter when the air gets cold. A week later the light came back on. They took off the tire and found an old nail in it. This nail must have been in my tire for years! They repaired the tire and even saved the nail in a bag for me to see. I am so happy that they found it. Repair was quick and priced right. I highly recommend this company and location! read more

One of my tires had a bad leak. I took it to the Just Tires in Plainfield, IL. The man behind the desk said they would check it out. I quickly recieved a call telling me my tire was not repairable because the puncture was on the shoulder. The problem is I had located the puncture and it was a screw, clearly in the threads, flat surface. I picked up the car and took it to a different tire place 2 miles north on route 59. They fixed it quickly and told me I would probably need new tires before winter. They are right and when I need a full set of new tires, it won't be from Just Tires. read more

I stopped by after noticing my tires slipping in the rain. Bernard took my car close to the end of their day and replaced 4 tires on a hot moggy day. I was out in about 45min tires installed. I've never received service like this, keep up the great work guys! read more

Went in expecting the worst, because that's the stigma of tire places. Luckily, Steve was up front about everything, and really listened to what I was looking for. He laid out all options and I left relieved that everything went smoothly! Great experience! read more

Friendly and professionals guys! I'm changed and balanced my tires two times right there and every time we have great job. They are what to do. Really professionals! Respectfully! read more

Prices here are more then most other tire shops. However, I was in a rush and needed a flat fixed since this spot had only a few customers, it was only a 30 min wait. The place next door was half the price but was booked out for a week (FOR A QUICK FLAT FIX!). They don't price match here so don't waste your time asking. The people working there are great so I don't blame them for not being able to match pricing since I know its out of their control. read more

I took a vehicle in last week because their was a nail in the tire. I was told the tire was not repairable and I had to buy a new tire. This wasn't too big of a deal as the vehicle needed new tires anyway. I have another vehicle I took in today because I had a screw in a tire. Just Tires told me once again that I needed to replace the tire at a cost of $320! It seemed suspicious so I took my vehicle to Discount Tire and not only were they able to fix the tire, they did it free of charge. I also asked them if I had to replace the tire what they cost would be and it was only $200. I will never go back to Just Tires. Discount Tire has all of my business moving forward. read more

My tire was low, and my mechanic (aka my dad) told me it was likely that I needed the rims cleaned, because no puncture holes were found and the same tire kept getting low. Finally, I caved and went to Just Tires. Brad, or Brian, at the front desk was very polite and friendly. I explained my issue, and I was told it would take 30-45 minutes for them to check one tire and clean the rims (I was given an estimate of time after I asked.) I hesitated whether or not to call for a ride, but I'm so glad I did. An hour and a half later, I called Just Tires to find out when my car would really be ready. I was told the following: -My car was "just sitting there." -They couldn't find where the leak was coming from I explained the problem for the second time. He asked, "oh did you want the rims cleaned?" and they told me it would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I returned to pick up my car. Front desk guy tells me that I had a road hazard protection warranty, so they replaced the front tire. I was very happy to learn this, but wondered why they hadn't checked earlier when I was in the store. The rims were not cleaned, which I guess was fine since they changed the tire, and I walked out happy paying only $38 for valves and an adjustment and I honestly don't know what else - they didn't explain it too clearly. But the tire itself, probably a $130 value, was free. I'm totally happy with the results, but not too thrilled with the overall experience. I was told I need rear tires "really soon," and I'm inclined to shop around. read more

Crap.....First off the person working the desk is not well versed on tires but has a attitude as if she is! I took my truck in for a tire quote. I requested all terrain tires but wanted something a little meatier than the factory tires currently on my truck. She replies so you want mudder tires...no want all terrain tires...I do operate on highways a lot just something more aggressive.... she replies well you get either all terrain tires or mudders... really? I had to show her what she had in inventory. Not the person that should be working the front desk. Total waste of my time. read more

I cannot believe the level of customer service this business believes in!! Extremely helpful staff who go above and beyond for the patron. Knowledgeable and friendly top to bottom. You will not be sorry that you visited them for new tires. Able to accommodate off sizes, and Oder what they do not carry in house. I will always return when my car needs new rubber. read more

They advertise a $19.95 oil change on their sign..... they stated it included everything for $19.95.... three hours later when they could finally do it, they ask me to sign a work authorization for $30.56. How does a $19.95 oil change that includes everything become $30.56? Next question, if I had signed the Authorization how much more would it have cost before I got done? I went up the road, where they were honest with me from the start, oh yes I actually paid them $35. The difference, I felt they were honest from the beginning and that I could trust them to be honest about anything else they might find. My advice.... save your self the time... don't deal with bait and switch deceptive businesses to start with. read more

Came in with a flat tire. Ended up getting me all taken care of in under a hour and they got me out of there without spending a penny. 100% recommend working with Walter. Super honest guy. Easily could have sold me 4 new tires and whatever else. They do not do business that way, honesty is an important part of the culture at this Just Tires. read more

So I went back here to have them look at a tire that had a screw in it.The girl told me they would charge to look at it.On their website it states they do free flat repair.Well apparently they don't know what they offer.I went down the street and discount looked and repaired for free. Will never return again.Oh and to add insult to injury they added me to thier email list for some reason. So I rated them poorly on there as well. read more

I got three tires here less than six months ago. Today, my low tire pressure light went on, so I brought it in to get checked. I was told just to LOOK at it would be $36, repair would be more, because I didn't get the roadside hazard. My car, and the three other cars that I am responsible for will never come back here for service. Regardless of the warranty, after six months, I feel like this was a very bad customer service experience, and lord knows there are plenty of car repair places at the intersection of 135th and Route 59!! It's a bit later - oil change place filled my tire a few times. Finally went to Discount Tire at 111th and 59. They repaired the tire and rotated and balanced my tires FOR FREE! I always knew I'd never go back to Just Tires, now I know where I WILL go! read more

I was just at this location , and had the worst experience ever! I had a flat tire due to a leaky rim. The tire was purchased at this location 6 month prior. The girl at the counter began to assist me, but then stopped to sign for a delivery. There was nothing said by her like excuse me for a moment. She just stopped helping me. As I was standing at the counter waiting the then was socializing with the deliveryman about the forth of July. I had to wait. Customers come last. After a wait I finally did get service. It took then 25 min to repair a leaky rim. I paid them $39.85 went out to my car to find the tire that they just repaired going flat!!! I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes, or more for the to repeat the process. This place sucks. read more

Brought my wife's car there to check a slow leak. I was told that they could not fix it and a new tire would cost $260.00. Took the car to Discount Tires and they said it was fixable. Friday after work nobody in parking lot. Nobody in any of the bays. Walk in inquire about an oil change. Told if anybody with an appointment comes in they will have to stop immediately and start on their vehicle. Left went to Crossroads across the street and got oil change and free wash. Drove past a Just tires with empty parking lot and empty bays. Pretty sad. This left a really bad impression on me and I wont be going back. Apparently looking at reviews a lot of others won't be as well. read more

What a joke. Zero cars in the lot waiting, a sign that says fast service. Came in for an oil change, the wait: "it'll be just a couple of hours." Went to crossroads, 5 minutes later and I'm on the road again. read more

A little on the expensive side & when we told them that we wanted to check around they said " No problem, we'll put everything together for you." Well when we got back to the shop, our car was still on the lift, so they could "show us the problem." I don't like tactics like that, and it makes me not want to return for anything... Guess I'm not getting a Dukedom here. read more

Service was ok nothing special. I was told I had the wrong size tire on my even though they never brought it up when THEY had originally installed the tires. I showed up for my 5:30 appointment at 5:15. The took the car in at 5:25. It took until 6:40 for them to finish removing my all season tires and mounting and balancing my summer tires. The guy at the front desk was a little arrogant. And kept one uping me on my car. Which I could not care less what he had done to his old Evo. While I was in the waiting room he repeated talked down to people who called in asking about questions. It was annoying to listen to him treat people that way. I will not be going back. The only plus about Just Tires is that they are open till 8:00. Next time I will leave work early and go to Discount Tires they are a much more professional company to work with. read more

Had 2 completely different experiences within 2 days. Made my appointment with Jason and he was very helpful and accomodating. I was ready to recommend this place to anyone until I went in and dealt with Richard. He was very demeaning in the store and proceeded to tell me they couldn't do the requested alignment because all 4 of my rims were dented. I took it to my dealership today to get my rims repaired and they said 1 rim was slightly damaged and there was no reason Just Tires couldn't perform the alignment. I'm pretty sure Richard just didn't want to do it because it was close to closing time. If you decide you have to use this place, ask for Jason. read more

I went into this shop to purchase new tires. Nicole really listened to what was most important to me. She really knows her stuff!!! All the staff are very courteous. No one talked down to me. They have a friendly enough staff, but their prices are higher than local competitors and they Messed up my oil change causing all of my oil to leak in my driveway. Customer service from attendant Brian was very rude and even hung up on me. Discount tire down the street was running promotion for$ 50 less and I asked to match it...he said no and to take my business there. Wow! Worst experience. Oil change was done and they couldn't get my car out because they didnt put on my oil pan properly. I watched as they try to fix it. As soon as the brought my car out I asked if everything was ok.. Guy said yes. Next day my oil pan was hanging off and scratching the bottom of pavement while driving. Went back and they rebolted it on. I contacted just tires corp and they completely gave me the run around and said my oil pan had a problem before I came in. The guys there completely lied. The worst experience I ever had. There concerned with saving themselves rather than replacing an oil pan they ruined. read more

Another Just Tires location (Maple, in Downers Grove) biffed an oil change (didn't securely replace cap). I had a semi-catastrophic cap loss (mess of an engine: filthy, smoking, and not functioning properly) and ended up taking it here to get the engine cleaned, cap replaced, etc. Staff here were attentive, called me with status updates and thorough in showing me what steps they had taken since they received my car. As it was a Just Tires that had made the mistake leading to my problems, I wasn't charged for any of this. read more

Scheduled an appointment and went today. Lady at counter was rude from the time I walked in. Said I did not schedule the appt. online, didn't show up. Tried to charge me $30.00 more then the price I was to pay. What upset me most was the lady was RUDE! When I said to her I've been coming here for years and was never charged that much," she replied, "And that's why they are all fired, she is now charging the correct price." Scheduled an appt. with a different service. I will never go back to this place again. read more

Every time I have gone there they have been very honest. I was a mechanic a while ago and I like to think that I can see through the BS games that some of these places play with customers and I have never experienced that at this location.
