I ordered my original equipment tires rom Tirerack online and had them shipped here for free (they have a partnership), made appt online for install and they installed them for $123.00 (includes disposal of old 4 tires). Easy peasy! They even were so kind as to place the one scratched up rim on the back of my car (thank you guys!) without my asking and pulled my car up for me when I came to pick it up. I don't think it gets any better than this! I received texts reminding me of my appt time, asking to update them when I left my home, and when I arrived at their store. Along the way, they kept me informed of the approximate time it would be ready. They have such an accurate system that they greeted me by name as I entered their door, at the beginning of the job. oh, and they also replace windshield wipers! Very competent service. On May 9, 2026 I went on time for my scheduled appointment to have tires rotated and balanced. The service writer greeted me as I walked towards the store. I gave him the key to the car as he wanted to check the tires and get some information about the car. He came back and said the store could not rotate and balance the tires as the depth on ALL four tires were 3/32". I had checked before and after going to the store with a manual tire depth gauge at home and the tires measured 5/32". He wanted me to buy a set of tires. Today, May 19, 2026, I took my Nissan Pathfinder Platinum AWD 2024 into the Nissan dealer for the 30,000 mile maintenance. The dealer also measured the tires to be 5/32". I asked the service writer if I needed new tires and he told me he would like to sell me a set of tires, but new ones are not needed yet. I just checked the Discount Tire website and it erroneously showed that I was a no show on May 9. Unbelievable. I had previously bought all my replacement tires from that Ogden store, but I won't any more. Beware of this shady practice, think twice about going to this store and, if you do, double check what the store tells you. read more

I had a great experience at the Discount Tire on Ogden Avenue in Naperville. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated by calling the shop directly. FYI- if you purchase tires from them, they will rotate your tires for free for life (recommended every 6 months). I called on a Friday afternoon and got scheduled for the next day at 1:00pm. I only waited about 20 minutes max for them to work on my car, and when they were about done, someone came in to update me. Ok discount tires has been my favorite place to buy tires and customer service. This time I was very upset because I came to this location with a major issues and they neglected to believe me and did not fix the problem until I had to come back and I told the next person to please make sure they check the tire. The tires keeps loosing air and I am sure it has a nail. The second time around after driving with low air pressure they actually out the tire in water and they found the nail I had told them it had. So all Sunday I was putting air and waited Monday morning to have the tires fixed. I spoke again with the guy that neglected to fix the issue that if he new how nervous I was for Driving with a tire that had a nail in it and he neglected to fix the first time I told him to fix. I spent 2 different days and hours having to be have the tire repair and sure it had a nail. They actually gave me the nail as a token. The first time I came here I told him that it was My sons car and has a young child the car sit is the car how there he NEGLECTED and refuse to have that tired fix. I chose this location because it had the earliest appointment time on President's Day. I can't believe the other locations are full for the morning. I had an 8:15 am appointment and I was able to check in at 8:04 am with no waiting. The tire pressure sensor fault kept coming on, so they checked all 4 tires, topped off the pressure, and checked the lights. Nothing was wrong. The techs all worked very fast and were efficient. Customer service was excellent throughout the whole time I was there. They kept me informed on what's going on. I wished the parking lot was larger but no complaints. read more

I went there for the first time and had a very different experience than the Discount Tire on Fort Hill Drive (I have been going to Discount Tires on Fort Hill for years). . I took my car to this Discount Tires on East Ogden because one of the front tires was losing air. I also mentioned that I might be looking into replacing two front tires. I went ahead and have them replace the front tires. I told them many times that the new tires would go on the rear and the tires from the back would go to the front. When it was all done, I wanted to make sure that the new tires are on the rear. To my surprise, they had put the new tires on the front. Looks like a lot of miscommunication between team members. If I hadn't asked before leaving, I wouldn't have known until my next air pressure check. They are more into marketing than listening to customer requests. . Extra shady location here. Next to no parking. Walking into a dingy waiting room. The garage was blasting music at a totally unprofessional level...turned up to 11 for sure. can't begin to think dominic the second in command and the staff of discount tire on ogden in naperville. ## i've been using discount tire for 30 years... i've cheated on them we're competitors once or twice and regretted it. i had new tires put on 3 months ago. i always have low pressure in my back tires due to rust on the inside of the wheels.. i called dominic and asked him if they would take the tires off for me and reinstall tires back on the wheels after i sanded all the corrosion off the wheels.. instead at no cost to me. remove both the wheels and tires###and did all the work for me-- wire brushing the wheels, . reinstalled the tires on the wheels and then put them back on the car... ##reset the tire pressure warning light that wouldn't go off## thanked me for coming in and letting them repair my car, no charge.....} that's truly awesome customer service/ above and beyond thank you dominic & the discount tire organization... every member of the team starts changing tires and management still does that when there really busy professionals across the board !!! a customer for life, thanks discount read more

They had a wonderful store manager named Matt a LONG time ago, then another Matt, and now Kurt. Even though management has changed a bit the past couple decades, their quality, staff, and management have been top notch, and that's very rare. First off, I came in with a right front worn/cupping, requested they work with me on stretch out the tires until the holiday season starting in fall, so I got could get better pricing, had 3 cars to do. (Possibly warranty out 1) All these guys talked about was balancing my tires, and wouldn't offer alternative options to be supportive They just kept pushing new tires and their associated place down the street. I finally got offered a price that was still high. I accepted out of safety for my family, and finally begged for a discount. Then they didn't call my number correctly, called my parents house, which should have no longer been on file. They promised to leave the keys under the seat/mat, we showed up 15 minutes later to find the window open and the keys on top of the gas lever. I would say more, but you get the idea. Sharks...this location convinced my wife to replace two tires on her new (2021) car with 21k mileage when she took it in for a separate tire issue (puncture) of an unrelated tire which they were able to repair. No 2021 stock tires need to be replaced after just 21k miles of regular driving and no puncture issues. read more

I bought my tires here 6 months ago. It was a big ordeal since they had ordered the tires for me and the time for installation kept changing due to the delivery times. I always have bought tires from Discount Tires so I expected better service. Now that I have my tires on and the weather is so cold, my tire pressure was low, so I went to MY Discount Tires for air. Unfortunately, customers AND non-customers were in this extremely long line and I couldnt get air in my tires that day. I called to ask for estimated wait time around lunch and first thing in the morning and they were very rude to me! I then called back to schedule my tire rotation and since I work extremely long days, they can't fit me in on a Saturday for a few weeks now. I believe there should be a priority line for customers getting air in their tires, opposed to non-customers. Long story short, I went to a nearby automotive shop at my lunch and they filled my tires and wouldn't let me pay them for doing that. Guess where I'll go for my next set of tires? They were able to order my new tire (odd size) and had it by 9:00 am Thursday. I brought the wheel to the shop at 4:30 pm Thursday and they had the new tire installed, balanced, and ready to go by 5:05 pm. Fidel at the counter was great. I can't say enough nice things about this Discount Tire location. The staff is so knowledgeable and attentive. Their work is efficient and effective. I went there thinking I needed a new tire after being told so by a Gerald Auto Group dealership (definitely don't recommend them). Dominick took the extra time to find the leak in my tire and fix it. He just as easily could have sold me a new tire. Even better he repaired it at no cost. Even if I had needed a new tire, it still would have been $100 less than the dealership was going to charge me. I got my tires mounted and balanced here yesterday (Saturday 01/08/2022 - 12:45pm appointment). I was told that they accidentally "dropped" one of my wheels shattering the center cap, denting the wheel, breaking a lug nut. The installer told me to order a new wheel and bring the receipt in for a replacement. I will update my review on how the reimbursement goes. Secondly, I purchased my own tires elsewhere. I had them neatly wrapped in plastic and put them in the back of my jeep. When dropping off my Jeep o told them that I would like to keep my old tires (just sold them for $350 on Facebook and then wanting to charge me to dispose of them). I told the employee that I brought industrial plastic wrap and garbage bag that was big enough to fit the larger tires I was getting installed and would like to wrap them prior to putting them in my car (didn't want to mess things up with tire grease, brake grease,, salt from the recent snow, and mud). He told me not to worry about it. They would actually wrap them for me! I arrived home and found out he lied. They just threw the dirty tires in the back of my jeep. The broke the tension cables on my soft top. Put one of the heavy 35" tires on to my sub, tire shine grease, dirt, brake grease all over my cloth interior. I called and spoke with a Kurt and he told me to come back in next week and they will make it right. Such a horrible experience and I was so looking forward to mounting my new tires. I had my skepticism about letting the big tire shops work on my wheels, but due to good reviews and great pricing I gave Discount Tire a shot. I'm glad I did - outstanding customer service and install. I purchased new wheels and tires and from the start Joe was phenomenal in answering all my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle.
