Dude where the hell have I been! Free air in tires, free inspection and patch service!? if your not coming here your crazy, or didn't get lucky to find them. Came on a Friday, week after I got an air fill. Definitely a fool house but couldn't tell it was peaceful, clean and the staff looked like an elite team ready to tackle anything issue. Stopped in to get a flat repaired On 4-28-26 around 4:30. The staff was so professional and helpful. Beyond what was expected. I spoke with Ivan and Andrew D. Both went above and beyond to fix my flat to get me on the road. I noticed other customers being treated with the same level of respect. The manager is doing great job of training the employees and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. Well done! read more

They're good place to if you ever need new tires. I had nail in my tire and they fixed right up. They're good and dependable.

I have an appointment at 3:30 which was made three days ago, I arrived at 3:23pm. It is almost 4pm. They have not started on my car. This is ridiculous. If you can't honor your appointments, then dont make them. I guess these businesses are doing appointments to find out the daily service load not to make it easier for the customers. Never again. Guess what he just told me that there are two cars ahead of you still. What. Why did I make an appointment then??????? read more

We've Been Coming To This Discount Tire On Ogden In Naperville Since It Opened Around 20 Years Ago & Have Overall Been Very Happy With The Prices, Attitude & Service Here At A 5 Star Google Review Level. Of Course With Any Labor Related Business, Mistakes Are Made But How This Company Responds With Corrective Measures Is Impressive. I Recently Had An Issue That I Reported & Was Called Back Immediately By The Manager Kurt Who Specifically Supervised The Needed Repairs. Thank You Kurt For Paying Special Attention To My Issue & Hope DT Knows How Lucky They Are To Have You! read more

Always great service at fair prices! I've been taking all my cars to Discount Tire for over 20 years and the last 10 years at Fort Hill location. Well trained, professional advisors and technicians! read more

I have been a customer for more than 30 years. I brought my vehicle in because I had a nail in the center of the tread. I had told my spouse that they would come up with some excuse why they could not repair the tire. Discount Tire did not let me down. They said they couldn't repair it because the tread was separating. Keep in mind that I've brought in more than a dozen tires to be repaired over my 30 years - they repaired 2. As I joke " they will repair any tire as long as it wasn't manufactured on a day ending in a Y". I'm done. I took my tire elsewhere and they repaired the tire and laughed at what Discount Tire said to me. My Belle Tire card will arrive soon. read more

Service requested - tire replacement for winter. Quality - terrible! They had 3 business days to get 4 tires. They got 2, never called to inform me of only 2 arriving. Came in for the apt. No update on missing tires. Took my car in and removed all the rims and tires. Finally got an update that they only had 2. They couldn't get me the other 2 or schedule me an apt at the one place that had them... customer service is complete trash at this location. Had to reschedule to get the other 2 put on. Will NEVER come back. Value - no comment as it's for a fleet (work) vehicle. FOLLOW UP: got the second set of 2 tires replaced. They were very quick about it and the mechanics did a great job (as they do). Want to stress that the issue is not with service but with customer service. Added 2 stars for courtesy of the guys who do the tire changing read more

I came here to put new tires on. They got me checked in right away with my appointment. I recommend making an appointment on their site instead of just showing up randomly. It'll save you the trouble of them telling you you'll have to come back later. There were 3 other cars in the bay so there was a small delay which is fine. They still got my tires finished in a short amount of time. Only reason why I had to stay longer was because I wanted to get a wheel alignment check. Just a FYI, this is the only location in Illinois that does wheel alignment. They do offer free wheel alignment inspection and the actual wheel alignment is about $90 without taxes. Service is always wonderful from all of the times I've been here. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Never leave the car overnight. They don't have cameras and they don't take responsibility if someone takes anything from your car. My headrest was stolen and I wanted to talk and see the manager. The manager said we don't have cameras over the phone and also when I went to meet him of course he didn't show at all. VERY DISRESPECTFUL... read more

I had a nail in my tire. Scheduled an appointment on line & was able to get one same day and was out an hour later even if they were busy. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Best of all, I was not charged for patching my tire . We will definitely come back here when it's time to purchase new tires. read more

I use to love Discount Tire and I've bought all my tires with this franchise but this location is the worst. If you don't know much about cars or tires avoid this place. They say they patch/repair tires free of charge but they have yet to repair one of my tires. On three occasions they tired to sell me new tires. I took them up on the sale once. I had the warranty after the first nail in my tire but miraculously they didn't have the receipt in the system. I had to drive home the retrieve my receipt. Somehow they only had the receipt for the two front tires but the one (rear) tire I needed replacing, they didn't have. Imagine that. Another time, my wife had a screw in her tire. I called to ask if they do repairs and how much they charged, again they said they patch tires free of charge. And again they refused to repair my wife's tire but this time the tires were less than two years old. The guy looks me in the face and says they're bald they weren't, the tread was fine, barely any wear at all. The guy says they don't have them in stock but he can order them, but they won't repair the tire because it's bald (which it wasn't). One day after getting out of the gym I noticed my tire light come on so I drive straight to this location because it's the closest location to me & they won't patch it or put air in it, understandably, due to liability issues. It's the middle of winter so I have to drive my flat to a gas station to put air in it and I patched it myself at home. If you go here needing a rescue, you'll be SOL. I'd avoid this place at all costs. False advertising and predatory sales tactics. Zero stars. read more

Stopped in today because I had a nail in 2 tires. Fabian came out to greet me, and while chatting a little explained the issues I was having. He was very patient with me as well as very kind. He answered all the questions I had and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. It was nice to feel welcomed and be taken care of with kindness and swiftness. I'll definitely be back. read more

There are better tire shops out there. If you buy a tire and an extended warranty on the tire and the tire needs to be replaced. You also must re purchase a mother warranty. Bull shit. And then when they looked my car up They accounted me of not getting the tires rotated I've gotten the car serviced by the dealership. You think I'd let them touch my car Not recommend read more

Today I need an appointment to have my flat tire serviced and replaced on my vehicle. I was in and out of there in under one hour which has not been the case at other tire places. When I checked in I was sent a text and every step of the way I received a text so I knew what was going on with my car and when my service would be completed. I really really appreciate this! The additional services that they offer at no charge make them my go to tire place. read more

Came after work because I didn't have a torque wrench for wheel locks, Jose came out and put them on. Thanks!

Jose (red shirt) helped me with some dismounted wheels/tires. In and out 5 mins. Super cool and helpful.

I found a nail in my tire while loading my groceries at Costco, so I went to Costco's tire center only to be told they could not repair the tire and didn't carry my tires, so the best they could do was replace all 4. I was shocked. My tires still had a lot of life left on them, and no way I wanted to replace all four. I went online and made an appointment with Discount Tire for the next morning. I was greeted promptly prior to my appointment time. Tim and the crew were able to fix my tire puncture. I was beyond grateful that they tried to fix it before jumping to the conclusion that I needed new tires. They knew I was willing to purchase 2 new tires if needed, but they were honest with what could be done. I left Discount Tire owing nothing and now have a new place to go to for any future tire needs. Thank you for being professional and honest. You made what could have been a nightmare a great experience. read more

$20 per tire installation $2.50 env fee per tire $3.00 disposable fee per tire Free lifetime rotation, balance and flat repair of tires purchased here Good service. My sisters, mom and brother in law have been coming to Discount Tires for years and I can see why. They recommended this place to me. I'll explain more below, Discount tire was cheaper overall in comparison with other nearby tire shops for the same tires including the above fees, Discount tire was cheaper then Pepboys, Walmart. It was not however cheaper than Sears (due to a $30 higher rebate offer at the time of my purchase) or Costco.... I provided Craig, one of the workers here with the Sears quote and he was able to match that offer. Keep in mind they will need proof of a quote to match it. However, compared to Costco... if you wish to purchase the certificate (warranty of tires up-to thread life which includes replacement or refund of tire if it's unfixable), they are not able to match this. But costco only covers up to 2 years while Discount will offer 3 years. Also, costco does not cover tire damage from potholes, construction etc while discount tire does. One other bonus is that the wait time is usually less compared to Costco for air, rotation, balance. Overall, they are able to match all nearby tire shops in prices including installation. In comparison to costco, there is a discrepancy in price and I would say I paid $20-$25 more at discount tire but got the added benefit of one more year of "warranty" which includes damage due to road hazards. I came here to fix my mom's flat tire due to a nail. This time Jesus helped me out and he was very kind and helpful. He is straightforward about what he sees wrong with the tire and if it's repairable or not. They DO NOT do wheel alignments, brake service, suspension repair. read more

I have dealt with this tire shop for many years but listening to the management speak to a customer in a really condescending way a short while ago makes me take pause as to if I want to deal with them any longer The guys who I initially dealt with are no longer here and these new guys always seem to want to drag your wait time to the limit. I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation and was told my wait time is an hour and 15 min. I did a walk in the other day and was told an hour and a half ... they suggested an appointment for faster service. Seems I get 15 min and and extra trip Poor show read more

Arrived at discount tire for service today only to met with a huge 18 wheeler blocking the entrance to the store. The truck was unloading tires. Totally understandable but why is the truck blocking the only entrance in and out of the parking lot. I called to inquire about getting into the store and was told oh we have to unload the tires we should be done shortly. UNACCEPTABLE. Either ask them to move the truck or move the cars in front of it so that customers are able to go around the truck and enter the parking lot. I left ran another errand and came back 15 minutes later to the same truck in the same spot. So much for being done shortly. I was prepared to replace 2 run flat tires at a significant costs and was basically told to come back later, we are too busy to take your money right now. No worries... I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I know you get busy. But dont tell someone hours wait thinking they wont wait it. Over 2 hours waiting and dont even pull my car in for simple rotating. But some one walks in off street to buy tire they get preferred?I've spent over 700 for new tires and was here to do my rotation to keep warranty applicable. But that doesn't matter to you guys. If someone isnt buying at that moment you push to back of the pile. Unprofessional. I will no longer buy tires wheels or do service with you for my 4 vehicles. Period. read more

I like the service at just about every Discount Tire I've visited. This used to be my go-to spot but the other location in Naperville on Ogden gets my service now. Since I was out and about and had a visit at Menard's, I thought it was time for some winter air. Yes you should really rotate the air in your tires. They came right out for the free inspection and they promptly filled the tires to the correct pressure. It's not unusual for the pressure to drop 4 lbs. when the cold air sets in. They'll generally fix a flat free of charge and are always helpful to make sure you get the best bang for your buck. They stand behind their advise and have never been disappointed with the road hazard warranty. On one occasion, years ago, they had sold the wrong size wheels and tire combination. It was months later that I started using the van to tow and was having issues with the tires exploding. They promptly ordered the proper size wheels and tires and replaced it all free of charge. They focus on one thing and do it very well. When it's time for new tires give them a try, you too will be satisfied. read more

I was there yesterday as a walk in. They were clearly very busy for a Saturday. However they did not turn me away which was a good sign for me. I met with Emil N. who was very nice and honest. I was shown several different tires and prices. Never did I feel like he was trying to over sell me a set of tires. He even tried his best to match a price that I was quoted somewhere else earlier that day. We agreed to a price that was best for me in these recessional times that we are in. Emil N. told me that my car will be ready in about an hour. It was done in 45mins tops!! I'm very happy and satisfied! read more

I requested a tire check and possibly a rotation if needed. The employees at the front were very receptive. However I told them that my tire felt like it was loose or wobbly so they rotated my tires. On my way home I felt no change in my tires it was still wobbly. I took it back about a week later to get it rechecked and they did a tire balancing and another tire rotation. After they assessed the situation and my car was never fixed properly I decided to go to Firestone and I honestly was so surprised at the diagnosis! My tire was LITERALLY about to fall off at any moment! And they showed me in person! It was so dangerous! The fact that the employees at discount tires just handed me my car keys back and charged me for unnecessary services with my tire in that condition is inhumane! I could have DIED Driving my car in that condition! I will NEVER use this business again nor do I recommend anyone else should! . read more

The guys at discount tire are amazing friendly and knowledgeable... I will not go anywhere else for tires...

I have used this Discount Tire location for many of my vehicles over the last 10 years, and they have always done a good job. They are very fast. We dropped the car off at 9AM, and said we didn't need it until later in the day. An hour later they called and said it was done. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished. I had 2 quotes for tires from 2 separate places, both of which were right around $1,000. My entire bill from Discount Tires was about $850 out the door. Definitely recommend bringing your car here for tires read more

We went to get a rim and they didn't give us the things we needed even though we were first time customers. Took my vehicle here on Thurs 4/25/19 because my tire had completely lost air the previous night. After inspecting the tire they informed me that the tire couldn't be repaired due to the tire currently having 3 punctures adding to the one I had repaired before would make a total of 4 which 3 is the limit that can be repaired. So I have to get a new tire & I'd get a prorated credit because I purchased the tires from Discount tire. Not too happy but it happens, so they proceeed to find the same replacement tire ( 315/35/20 Continental DWS06) which is on a national back order & they can't find it anywhere. Of course I'm frustrated because I want the same tire based on the fact I had just purchased the 2 fronts 2 weeks ago at the Lombard location & the other rear tire was replaced less than a year ago. Long story short I left this shop without a tire because I figure I have to find it on my own probably through another retailer. I get back closer to home and start visiting other stores to see if available & also ended up ar a local tire & repair shop, long story short this company looked at the tire & showed me there would be a total of 3 puntures repaired which is allowed to keep tire in service & NOT 4 because the 4th puncture didn't fully penetrate the tire. They charged me $50 to fix it and sent me on my way! Of course I'm happy with there honesty & service BUT extremely Disappointed & Angry with Discount Tire, they cost me time, frustration, and money because if they would have repaired this tire I wouldn't have had to go through all these extra measures! The next time I purchase tires unfortunately Discount Tire won't get my business & I'll make sure ALL my family, friends, & coworkers know about this situation & follow suit because this was totally unnecessary & dishonest. read more

I went into this store with 15 left until closing time and was just wanting to get some air in a tire and maybe get it plugged. When they looked at the tire the tread was too low to add any air or do a plug. They replaced it right then and there for me even though it was after closing time. I never felt rushed or the employees were trying to push me out or not help because it was close to closing time. The employees all seemed to be on good spirit and enjoyed their job which is very rare these days. The management staff is amazing and always make you feel welcomed and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of or pushed to get something I dont need because I'm a female and have no idea about cars. I will always choose those business for all my tire needs. Thank you everyone there for everything you do and for the help you gave my son and I. read more

Matt helped me with my appointment for wheel rotation and balance. Even with the pandemic situation they handled the customers well. They came up with creative ways to handle the customers with minimum contact and max care. Kudos to Matt and team at this store. Things you like to hear: Birds chirping in a park Rushing waves People laughing Things you are afraid to hear: Bones snapping Balloons popping Your car tire popping Cross country driving toyota style, 2120 miles later my tires were starting to sound a tad bit on the tired side. When I finally made touchdown and situated at my new home I felt my tires to check the damage. Ooh, it was bad. Very bad. So I asked advice on decent tire dealers in the area and was told to give Discount Tire a call. I called and the shop was able to take my car in and under 2 hours brand spanking new tires are now keeping the rims company with much needed padded space. After talking to the guy about the tires he suspected that there was only about 300 miles left on them before the big POP was going to happen. Great experience, the fees were definitely lower than I had anticipated and they even prepared the tires for any upcoming snow/slate conditions. read more

If you're just getting your tires checked, they have cones set up, and you just pull into there and wait. I didn't know this so first I went down and asked. And he told me, so I drove into the cones and no one came right away. So I started walking to the garage until someone came up to me. So yeah, you should be able to wait there and they will come to you. He checked all my tires since my tire pressure light was on but they all seemed fine. He said it was probably just the cold air causing the difference in pressure. But he pumped them up and I was on my way. Would have been a lot quicker if I knew what I was doing. read more
