Walked in for a quote and they gave me a printout of of 6 different tire types along with prices. No high pressure sales pitch which was nice compared to other places I went to. Went back during their Black Friday Sale to compare prices and was surprised that I could not get a rebate per tire...bonus! I prepaid the tires and made an appointment for a later time. Very convenient. When I went back for my appointment, they took me in immediately which was great considering this location is very busy. They told me it would take about an hour so I waited in their waiting area where they offer complimentary coffee. During the tire installation they also do a complimentary wheel alignment test. In a little over an hour I was driving out with 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Great service and professionalism...now I hope my new tires last another 60k miles!

I dropped my car off on Monday for a scheduled inspection and didn't receive a single call or update all week. When I finally stopped in on Friday, Drew told me they wouldn't be able to do the work because it required engine work. I understand if a shop can't take on a job, but waiting until Friday to communicate that is unacceptable. A simple phone call from Drew or anyone on the team would have saved me an entire week of waiting.

This place primarily specializes in tires for long haul trucks & commercial trucks. I pulled up & just like Nascar three workers came out with tire jacks & lifted my car up. They started taking my tires off & went through all of the steps & put my new tires on the car. From the moment I pulled into the lot & parked my car they had new tires on my rims & installed within thirty minutes. While I was waiting the guys putting my tires on were very friendly & made conversation. The most important part is that I got some really good tires for an amazing price. Before I came here I had quotes from three different tire places & they beat their estimate by over $150. Overall the service was very fast & they were very friendly. The prices here were great. I would definitely come here again when I am in need for some new tires.

We were happy with the work and kindness and we will consider them for future stuff. One of the times (for the muffler service) I was in here, I saw one of the counter women (Hispanic woman, maybe 30-40s) taking a LOT of abuse, by another younger Hispanic woman - maybe late 20s to 30s) regarding some problem or complaint they had involving tire service. I don't know what the exact problem was or if the customer had a legit complaint (perhaps they did, but still - try and iron things out professionally), but their language and attitude towards the woman and staff was completely out of bounds. Whoever the woman was behind the desk attempted to handle the problem with class and a soft tone and demeanor, and for that I respect the staff woman.
